Staff was incredibly friendly and informative! We walked in without an appointment and got both of our vehicles oil changed in under 45 minutes.We will be back for all our vehicle needs!

I took my truck in there to get fixed they took it in right away amazing customer service but they charged me $4663 to fix it and ended up braking something else and the check engine light never turned off which ended up having to take it back in to a different shop and fixing it through them

Best place ever! I was in and out in one hour! The staff is super friendly and they talk you through each step. I totally recommend this place.

Excellent service. Chris was friendly, curteous and respectful in explaining what they were going to do. Generally, automotive places try to take advantage of the fact that I'm a woman with no knowledge about cars. At no point did they try take advantage of that fact. I expected them to come back and say I had to replace the part because of this or that and tell me it's gonna cost $800++... but no. They actually repaired my vehicle and did the state inspection for less than $70!!! I would HIGHLY recommend them.

We used the MPG on Dyer. They are not listed, so I will use this location. We are a military family and used them before our last PCS move. They did not tighten the fuel filter correctly & we ended up with a leak that created a large mess. We took it to the local dealership not knowing what the problem was. When we contacted Bryan @MPG & explained what had happened they asked for the invoices. We sent them in. MPG "claimsto have a 12 month warranty on their work. Yet they will not stand behind this mistake. They said we should have contacted them 1st. 1. We didn't know what the problem was until the dealership fixed it. 2. We are in a complete different state. 3. It was their mistake and they know it, and still will not stand by their work. DO NOT GO TO THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I went to MPG Automotive Services to have my brake pads checked out. When I walked in I was greeted by Chris, he was extremely polite and friendly. I was walked through and shown what they were going to do and what the issue was, which I appreciated. Everyone was polite and friendly. I would definitely one back for any other issues.

Chris was very helpful and professional. I went in for an oil change and it was far the best time I have ever had getting my car oil change. They took the time to look over everything on my car. Then they called me out to show me what they have found. I did not feel pressure to get it fixed so they let me know it was not just about getting more money out of me. I got the repairs done to my car and chris was keep me informed and everything. I will definitely be going back again.

All I can say is that I was desperate to get my truck's AC fixed and Chris the manager took care of me. He had me on the road in under two hours, extremely pleased with the professional service and honest work they did at a very fair price. Highly recommend. Thanks to Chris and his team.

No problems whatsoever. Went in for ac problems in my car, and got out of there with ac blowing cold, with a full detailed explanation of what got done to my car, and when to bring it back for a follow up check up for any leaks. The people that work there where very professional at all times and nice people as well. Highly recommended.

Took me in without an appointment. Excellent customer service. Chris M. the Service Manager was knowledgeable and took excellent care of my car. Repairs were done quickly and with great care. Will not hesitate to visit them again for repair work.

I m so glad this is the shop we stopped at. We definitely feel like Gods hand had a lot todo with us coming here. The guys in and outside were understanding of our situation they took care of our truck and trailer while our brakes were being replaced they finished in under 3 hours.

Most of the time I m hesitant with going into mechanic shops (With past experiences). Either being taken advantage of because I m younger or not knowledgeable on cars. Chris intimidated me at first but soon found out he s a good manager . Every call I made (which were a lot since I didn t know what was wrong with my newish vehicle) he wasn t annoyed. Chris answered everytime and told me what was happening. Called to assured me it was ready. Overall happy with my experience and glad that my vehicle will be serviced here. Also within walking distance to my house so I m really grateful they turned out great.

Reliable and honest service! Chris the sales manager was very professional and accommodating. He went above and beyond to assist me with payment options. He even arranged transportation for me to and from my destination while I waited for the repairs on my vehicle to be completed. I had an overall A-1 experience with MPG.

Chris in the office was really nice! Everything was efficient! Willy the main manager even picked me up from where I was stranded so I wouldn't wait for tow truck in the hot sun. I am grateful how everything was explained and was taken care of in one of the scariest car trouble moments I've ever had. Great job guys!

Very impressed with the customer service and quality of work at MPG. Chris, the manager, was very helpful and worked with me to get my truck back on the road. He gave me updates in a timely manner and the repair was done in a timely manner as well. Reasonable prices also. I would recommend this shop.

At first things went ok. They seem to have time for last minute oil changes or battery checks. Yet when it comes to doing important repairs in a timely fashion I would give 0 stars. No communication and absolutely no customer service skills. My car is my job so it was crucial to have repairs done in a timely fashion. They ordered the part on Monday afternoon I called them Tuesday and they said great the part will be in on Wednesday. I called Wednesday no part called Thursday no part called Friday and got attitude for calling so much and Chris said that he didn't know what happened to the part because he wasn't the one who ordered it and that person was not in the office. I had no choice but to call to check on the status since no one could pick up the phone and update me as a customer. Turns out the part actually did come in on Wednesday and was faulty....did anyone inform me of this ..no. on Friday morning when hearing this I had to take action into my own hands. For a part that was quote unquote special order I made one phone call and found that part and purchased it from another distributor it took me 30 minutes to get that part installed at another mechanic and I was back and working and making money. I will never recommend MPG automotive services to anyone.

All staff were very helpful and friendly! My truck was fixed rather quickly and was on my way. This was the second time I have used their services and will continue to do so. Third time using MPG they are great and fast service my first choice with service thank you I will continue to use your service!

Chris was very helpful and professional. I called in and had questions. 10 minutes later I walked in and he and Joe started working in my car. Everything was done quickly and at a very reasonable cost. I will definitely be returning if needed. Thank you!

The lights on my new VW Beetle weren't working. I took it to MPG and I was impressed by the excellent customer service provided by David. I felt very comfortable and confident that he was going to take care of my concern. As expected, my lights were fixed within a reasonable amount of time. I highly recommend David with MPG Automotive Services and I will definitely go back.

Chris helped me and took the time to explain what was going on with my truck. My truck is running great! We replaced fan belt and treated the fuel injectors. No more squeaky noise and running smoother!. Thank you and your team!

Took car for an AC repair & oil change w/complete overall check of filters, etc. and Cris was very professional. Service was excellent and total cost was very comparable. I highly recommend MPG for all car repairs, oil change, checkups.

They were attentive and came through as promised. I had taken the car previously and they told me to try something less complicated before taking the car in. This showed me that they were really interested in helping me out and not just taking my money.Highly recommended.

Dealt with Chris service manager, gave me a honest estimate. Saved me about 600 dollars from quotes from other shops. Very honest mechanics and super friendly staff. High recommend.

I hope you don't go through what I did.Went in for a thermostat job that was quoted at $260 + tax. Dropped the car off and my total would be about $325. About an hour later I'm told that the antifreeze reservoir is cracked and my new total for parts and labor is $680. Argued with them on why the Price doubles. No straight answers but they lowered the fee to $520. I had them finish the job because I need my car for work. They took advantage of the situation.

Recently just got my water pump done at Mpg on Montana. They did a fantastic job! Customer service was great with Chris at the front desk. Thank you Mpg! Highly recommend!
