I always get superb service at MPG Automotive. This time I went to the Montana store and they saved me from cracked pads and my warranty covered replacements. This is a very good Auto Service. I trust them to do the proper service. My grandkids are my usual passengers, so I want my truck in tip top shape.

We were just traveling through and getting ready to push on when I noticed the check engine light. After getting our ride to MPG they provided a thorough diagnostic and shared with us the results, blown head gasket. Given the age of the vehicle, repair (engine replacement) was not in our best interest and at that moment we were suddenly and unexpectedly facing having to go find another car. Despite the fact we were traveling with our dog, MPG offered to get us to a hotel or car rental vendor and we quickly took them up on the generous offer of support. MPG helped us when they didn t have to. Would highly recommend this shop if you are looking for quality people to work with.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Called the one on MONTANA, Got no answer. Called the one on George Dieter was put on hold for over 15 minutes. I just hung up. I guess they don't need business.

They are trying to charge me 1300 for a clutch when I can buy the clutch and take it to another company and there charging me 650 to In stall the clutch I can buy from O'Reilly Auto parts. I'm trying to get my truck back from them and they quoted me 620 for storage lot fees and now he trying to tack on more lot fees when I called I was getting a quote so I can get my truck back from them and I talked to the store owner.

This is by far the best auto shop I have ever been to. They really help as much as they can and try to give you the best options and prices for whatever you are needing fixed. Even with other customers that came in, I could tell that they really try to put the customers best interest first. So thankful for the guys working here especially RAFA he was able to answer all my questions and get my car AC running in less than 30 minutes. The lobby with clean and stocked with refreshments and snacks for customers.Had already tried to had my AC fixed at Honda only Trevi�o on three separate occasions and driving all the way from the Northeast back-and-forth always getting a different story regarding it I got fed up and decided to take the spot so thankful I did.Thank you guys

Chris was so great, open communication, full disclosure and he was able to get my truck serviced within 1 hour..and I ordered new tires which will be installed within two working days. I ve been coming to MPG for over 2 years and highly recommend them. Wonderful place to get work done whether a simple oil change down to getting a engine replaced. I recommend this place not only for my experience repair wise but also service. We had such a great experience during a very stressful time. We were on our way from San Antonio, TX to La Paz, BCS, MX when the air conditioner clutch flew off, destroying our compressor and condenser. Chris had Uber take us to the mall while we waited on the work to be done and then had us picked up, all at his expense. One of the Uber drivers said she had the same thing happen with her car and the co. she used (not MPG) took 2 days and it was never right. Ours took an afternoon and it works GREAT. Chris was a pleasure to deal with and he did not overcharge us. We were in contact with our mechanic in S.A. and he said it was a good price. We highly recommend this business. Great job. We took my car in as we knew my starter needed to be replaced. Chris stated he checked the starter (for $80.00) and reported to us that the starter indeed was in need of replacement and would cost $600.00. Now everyone knows a starter is not that costly nor the labor. So we did not have it repaired at this worthless place. We had another mechanic look at it, at he reported two things: 1) he could tell no one had attempted to check the starter. 2) he could replace for $249.00. So customers be aware that Chris is dishonest and over charges. The 1 star is because you can't give anything lower, as this dishonest place deserves a "0"

I was at mpg yesterday, Will the owner, very professional gentleman, helped me with my tires, break pads, roters and side window. Their work is awesome, i would recommend MPG to anyone needing tire services. He has good tv, good cooling air, cookies, coffee and water. Great professional service...when i come back through El Paso again, this is the only garage i will ever use. Will, Christian and the other guy, youre the best!Service: Tires

10/10 would recommend this shop to anyone. Brandon worked with me and kept me updated throughout the whole engine swap process. MPG is the greatest!! Chris is amazing when it comes to helping you understand your car he is all over it. Customer service is prompt and professional. These guys are the greatest. Had my AC recharged and the same day had an issue. Called them up and took the car back the next day. They are so nice and helpful! I will be bringing all my cars to them from now on!!

Took my car in February 2020 for a a/c problem they fixed it cost me $220 had the same issue occur about 2 weeks ago and was told I was going to need a new compressor and a hose when u had warranty on the previous work they did. Didn't even try to recharge to see if it was ok. They quoted me $2300 then $1800 after discounts. Took it to peak auto performance and they fixed my a/c for $80 and gave me warranty on the recharge. Miles per gallon SUCKS.

I do not recommend this business at all. They quoted me an outrageous amount to get my oil change they started to tell me my car had all kinds of problems. I got it check by another place and got oil change done and nothing was wrong with my car. Rip off don't come to this place .

Went several times for the A/C and paid several hundred dollars and still not working. They said bring it back again and wanted to charge me $355 and was told by area manager it can't be guaranteed "because my van was old." Bottom line they have my money and my A/C still not working. Don't EVER get anything done that has "lifetime" warranty because at the time of service, they'll come up with some excuse as to why they can't or won't complete the service. The only reason I do go is because of Auto Center's warranty of oil changes for the life of my car

They were very patient with me, answered all my questions, took me outside to show me the problem and didn't screw me over. They even worked with me when I couldn't afford some of the things. I'd go back.

Don't go to this place they will try and rip you off! I went for estimate and they wanted to charge me $500 for brakes. I ended up going to another location.

They were going to charge me 400 dollars for an 80 dollar fix. Before going to MPG Automotive I recomend looking at other shops so they don't rip you off like they almost did me.

I went to get different quotes for my car and this by far was the business that was trying to rip me off. Don't come to this place they will try and take as much money as they can.
