Unbelievable service by an enthusiastic place! I m a full time traveler who does almost all my own work. But, I needed to have the rear shock on my 690 Enduro nitrogen charged after I resealed it. The local KTM shop said they don t perform that service. I found Moto Sage on line, they told me to stop by and they would do it. I was in and out in less than 1/2 hour and they only charged $20 labor which was so ridiculously low that I left a tip to buy the whole crew lunch. I made my living for 42 years as a mechanic at BMW shops where there is ZERO way I would have been treated so well. It isn t fancy, which is like a breath of fresh air. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars!

My buddy and I were passing through on our way to ride the Continental Divide Trail and needed a local shop to change a few tires and perform an oil change. Aaron explained that they were quite busy but he was able to work us into their schedule. Within a few hours, all work was completed to our satisfaction. What's more, the prices were incredibly reasonable. Aaron and all the shop guys we spoke with were incredibly courteous and professional. We left very impressed and extremely happy we chose this shop!

Staff are friendly and the shop seems to compete primarily on fast service. In my case parts were on back order for 2 months although I had been warned that it would likely take 3 weeks for parts. Shop rate is $80 per hour. I think the most important factor for a repair shop is to hit their estimate, and of course fix it. I m accustomed to shops putting on paper the large number and then explaining that a lower figure is likely based on certain expectations learned from their experience. In this example the motorcycle had 50,000 miles on it and is likely to soon require additional repair for other worn out parts and isn t worth much anymore. The $852 repair estimate was for a carburetor issue and a burned clutch. The mechanic thought the cable just needed adjusting, but couldn t test the clutch because he couldn t get it running even though two weeks earlier I put about 200 miles on it burning through bad gas. The carburetor was diagnosed as a worn out diaphragm resulting in $300 additional cost. The diaphragm was fixed. When the clutch was opened up they stated it was burned. Replacing the friction and steel plates in the original estimate wasn t sufficient; the inner/outer basket and associated bolts, springs, push rod, steel bearing, etc needed to be replaced at an additional cost of $850 (doubling the original total estimate). With the new bid the motorcycle is totaled, and I ve sunk $600 into a bike that might never run again.I m not qualified to determine if additional parts needed to be replaced so I ll attach a picture for your own opinion. I spent about 45 minutes cleaning the basket off with a wire brush and scour pad. I understand you can sand down grooves (wear in the teeth) but that didn t seem necessary as there is barely an impression. The bolts, push rod, steel bearing, and even the spring and bolts seemed fine and didn t require cleaning. The replacement cost for these extras was about $180.I picked the bike up as it didn t make economic sense to put more money into it even if I already spent $600. The staff was kind enough to remove a charge they had completed for a $30 brake flush as I wouldn t have done this task until the repair cost was firm/honored. I was offered to have the bike put together which I accepted so long as there wasn t additional cost. I noted putting it together finger tight would be nice so that parts wouldn t be lost (and I would know how it is supposed to be put together). A mechanic called in sick so I was given the parts in a box and yes I hadn t noticed that my exhaust pipe was missing along with 2 crankcase bolts until I was back home 250 miles away. When I picked up the pipe 4 weeks later it had been disassembled and put in a box warping the gaskets. After conducting hours of research and purchasing a new $100 OEM clutch kit (friction plates, steel plates, springs, and crankshaft gasket) I was able to put it together myself and the bike seems to work fine now. The extra parts weren t necessary to have a functioning bike.I don t think the shop was fraudulent in escalating the cost; it s just easier to work with new parts. There isn t a supervisor to balance cost with ease of repair. No attempt was made to complete repair without the extra parts or take other steps to reduce the cost. I talked to a couple of other shops for estimates and they seemed surprised that I would want to replace the basket. Staff seemed genuinely apologetic. Still, when this error was going to cost me an extra $1,150 ($850 + $300) over the original estimate, that s significant; and ultimately the extra parts were unnecessary. I ve got 700 miles on my repair and it runs as well as before.

Awesome customer service. I don't believe I caught her name. The woman they have running the front desk was amazing. She answered questions over the phone when I needed additional info. I Travelled from New Mexico to have my tires changed as I need them done ASAP. Every shop here in town booked weeks in advance. No time to even answer or return a phone call anywhere in LC. Moto sage on the other hand. Same day walk in service. Got my motorcycle back within a hour. Will definitely be coming back.

Great experience! Highly recommended!!!I was visiting from out of town and didn t have all my tools. Found Moto Sage and thought I d give it a shot. They could have easily tried to shaft me, but instead demonstrated amazing customer service, honesty and great quality work. They only did what was necessary and pointed out what I should take care of soon. These guys are real pros. Everyone is extra helpful and friendly. Their high rating is well-deserved.

Excellent work! I took my fz07 to get my new tires mounted. I also asked them for a recommendation on my chain. They were honest and said I only needed an adjustment. Wendy and the tech(sorry didn't get your name) are awesome. I'll be taking my bike there from now on. I highly recommend this place. Thank you!

'Front desk guy' is the face of your company. Retrain or replace...for the love of bike enthusiasts. We called to see if they had tires for my bike. Over the phone he 'verified' the tires were in stock so my husband drove out on my bike to have them replaced for me. The location is almost an hr away from our house, but they were recommended by a coworker, so we went with them. When he got there, 'front desk guy' admitted that the computer system said they were in stock but he failed to physically check and they only had one. He asked if my husband wanted to take the tire home with him...on his bike..! Tires come in, so my husband takes the bike back, and this time when he comes home, license plate is missing. Finally able to make it back to the shop and my husband was given a random license plate. On the road home, I noticed it wasn't mine and we drove back. The 'front desk guy' was confused, saying they wouldn't take of my plate because they only replaced the front tire. God help me, I calmly explained that 2 tires were paid for and in fact, replaced...front and back. He then proceeded to take me to the back of the shop to explain that they wouldn't need to take off the plates to do the job. Regardless, plate was on when it went in the shop, plate was missing after. OFFER A SOLUTION FOOL! Finally, bless his heart, another gentleman stepped in and offered to run the plate number the 'front desk guy' gave me, and as stated, it wasn't mine. Very odd, frustrating, and totally inconvenient experience. 1. The shop is small enough to physically check inventory. 2. Front Desk Guy is an idi0t.* on a good note, bike tires are great, and the job was well done. 2nd gentleman offered to reimburse me for a new license plate. Only a couple of bucks, but its the whole situation that I'd not wish on anyone.

Lady in the front was extremely pleasant to talk to, found my tire and had me set up for an appointment in the most helpful manner. Clocked in at 1hr for a rear tire install. Love this place, will recommend.

Had my R1 engine head rebuilt, Christian was very helpful and knowledgeable with everything. Only suggestion is to be patient when it comes to them giving you a call back , they are usually really busy and sometimes miss to call back . I didn t take it personal I knew they had a lot of work but I guess they could improve a little in that . Other then that service what s great and my R1 runs better then ever .

As a woman in a "mans world" its a scary thing in finding a good mechanic. Hoping that they do not BS you around is the main concern. I am without a doubt that the staff at Moto Sage went above and beyond to fix my situation. Their main concern was that I would be safe...that is priceless!! Thank you, Wendy for you patience and thoroughness, it is so appreciated! If I had ten thumbs I'd give you all 10 thumbs up!! <3Service: Tires

Bought a used rzr 900s from here and the whole experience was great! Me and my wife came in to look and got a great deal. The whole process was very easy and even delivered to my home for free! I recommend coming here you'll get better service and care than going to a big dealership.

I do not recommend Moto Sage. I scheduled an appointment to have my motorcycle tuned on 9/9/19. I schedule this appointment over the phone and had the the bike dropped off around 3:30. I'm out of town fast forward to today 9-10-19 I got a phone call from Moto Sage asking what kind of tuner I have on the bike I explain I do not have one and that it was not mentioned that I needed one when I talk to them on the phone when I made the appointment I said you told me $$80.00an hour up to 4 hours and the lady replies. it's a $$100.00 an hour to tune bikes when I was quoted in writing 80 an hour

Amazing service, great price! Perfect example of customer service. Very recommended to anyone who cares about their bikes. Staff here recommends what your bike needs and not what they want to sell, local shop with outstanding staff!

These guys are top notch. Going from New York to California and my rear tire was shot. Next morning they had a new tire fitted, oil changed, and informed me my chain and sprockets was on it's last legs. Instead of taking my money and replacing the chain, they encouraged me to do them both at a different shop later so could get them both simultaneously. Honest enthusiasts and quality team. Thanks for the help moto sage!

These guys are the best around by far, their diagnostic fee is only $50 bucks which is the cheapest I have found so far and if you have them fix what ever the problem is the $50 bucks will go towards the repair costs. They will also not BS you around about what the problem is or make it seem like its something bigger than what it really is to get more money out of you. I would come back to these guys if I need any future bike repairs.

Being on the road with my BMW K1600GTL I needed new tires, and I experienced very good service in this shop. I am a motorcycle mechanic myself, I watched them mounting the tires, and they did a perfect job, everything was done perfect, they used a torque wrench for every bolt they touched- and I think that is important. The tire balancing was also done perfectly. I also noticed they have all the tools to readout and reset the computer of BMW motorcycles.I recommenced this shop

Nothing but praise for these guys. Took an old Suzuki dr350 to them had it back shortly thereafter problem solved. Christian always explains everything and I never feel like I'm being sold something I don't need. Currently have a KTM there to get an engine rebuild. I would highly recommend, and have, this company to anybody.

Bad motorcycle shop: On 09/05/2020 , I took my 1983 Yamaha Maxim to fix at Moto Sage where Claudia and Wendy provided me customer service and recibe my motorcycle to fix it. On 10/20/2020 I received a call from Wendy that the motorcycle was ready. I went and pick it up. I spend $1021.68 dlls for front and rear tires, carburetor cleaning and new seals , hand brake cable, ignition coils, master cylinder, pet lack, spark plugs, check signal lights and a new recommended battery. My surprise was when I got home and check all the repairs, I notice that they left the old seals on the carburetor, they ordered a wrong battery, screw on front axle was loose, all seals from the carburetor were loose, they did not fix one of my turning signal, after few days running the motorcycle I notice that motorcycle did not have any power or started to loose its power, I removed the gas thank and notice that two old small plastic were inside the thank causing to clog the line of the gas going to the carburetor, this was done for me probably in purpose to take back the motorcycle to them and steel more money from me. Be careful doing business withMoto Sage and Wendy and Claudia. this is a fraud business I do not recommend to anyone Moto Sage.Services: Carburetor cleaning, Electrical repair, Tires, Wheel alignment, Brake service & repair

While traveling from Florida to California on a 1985 Honda Interceptor I had unfortunate damage to my hydraulic clutch caused by a broken chain in Alpine, Texas. After having temporary repairs completed to a motorcycle to which I have a special attachment, I continued to travel to the west. As the repairs were only temporary, I wanted a more thorough assessment completed in El Paso. After calling the local Honda dealer, who would not even look at a 1985 motorcycle, it was suggested that I see Christian and Motosage. Here I received outstanding attention, service, assessment, and advice. Christian and his staff were all extremely knowledgeable and attentive. I would recommend the entire staff to all traveling through El Paso on any motorcycle. On the return trip I needed a rear tire for the same motorcycle. After calling at least seven dealers in NM and TX with no success I finally decided to take the bike a little further to El Paso to see Motosage once again. And once again, I received great service and successful results, especially with the help of the Parts Manager who was more successful in ordering and understanding parts and the parts system better than any other Parts department I had called enroute. Unfortunately I have forgotten her name, but she was great.I arrived and 90 minutes late I had a new tire on my bike. After forty-five yeas of motorcycling Motosage is perhaps the best independent motorcycle shop with which I have dealt .
