CAUTION.,,,.. THEY SWITCHED OUT MY NEW ROUGH COUNTRY STRUTS for and OLDER CHEAPER ONES...on my Toyota, . they ruined My Front Suspension,, ... I had an 2.5 inch Rough country strut lift installed in 2017,, and in Jan... I had my front end Suspension replaced... they take video to keep you posted on the work they do...I wanted to go a little higher... you can see the lift kit I had installed on my truck ... and the struts they replaced when they installed their spacer lift kit... I'm new at all this, I wasn't explain exactly the process or if I needed it with a strut lift... I trusted in would work out... but shortly afterwards my truck was making strange noises when I turned or brake.. took it to where I had my original suspension rebuild thinking it was something loose.. yet they pointed out when did I replace the struts cause they weren't meant for my truck.. my suspension was ruined...since I was at Top techs shop then I just wanted it fixed.. I ordered new struts n coils..Rough country again... Had to pay alot to have them fix it .. but my linkage and ball joints were damaged.. I decided to order a better set that would be manufactured for trucks with a 2-4 inch lift and and have a sway Bar instead of ball joints... that's what the techs at the Garage suggested.. it worked ..Yet my truck was in a slight angle (like an old hot rod) due to the plates they installed under the leaf springs, at Monster tire... I spent alot to fix their mistake..So I decided I had to save some money. I went back thinking they would remove the plates, And I would save some Money, but Marlene the owner practically called me a liar, she refused to listen to me and was Rude and Unprofessional.... she kept saying they have no reason to steal my struts... I didn't Say that I said.. They made a mistake and unintentionally made my truck worst... by replacing my RC struts with cheaper ones... she refused to assist me and correct their mistake.. by any means possible.... DO NOT GO TO Independently OWN SMALL SHOPS LIKE THIS MONSTER-TIRE, OR KONGSTER-TIRE, same owner ... THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR WORK , and you will not have a Warranty.. Stick with the more established Bigger shops that are perhaps better suited Financially to fix and stand by their work...STAY AWAY FROM THIS Independently OWN small SHOP.....ITS A RIP-OFF.... if you value your vehicle..... remember that saying about mechanic shops "MECHANIC SHOPS ARE ALWAYS TRYING TO RIP OFF THE CUSTOMER" ..... THIS IS ONE OF THEM... This owner is twisted ... she misunderstands simple conversations... my 2.5 Rough country was installed in 2017... they dont come with the truck... she doesnt know much about vehicles....obviously... .. SO YOU ADMIT YOU SHOULDN'T HAVE INSTALLED A LEVELING KIT WITH MINE ALREADY LIFTED WITH A STRUT LIFT KIT.. but you did... You INSTALL USED OLD PARTS.. ... I removed your used U -Bolts & replaced new ones.. LOOK BUYER BEWARE... . ....

Excellent service and great prices. Victor and Ruben and staff are great at customer service. Have taken my vehicles there to get new tires alignment and breaks overtime the years, they never fail.

This place is the best place you can find for tires. We went there at 5:30 hoping they could still help us and they did. We went there for only tires and came out with new tires and rims for both me and my husband s vehicles. Pepe did an amazing job helping us pick the best tires and best rims. He was very attentive, we love this place. Even made us a deal for everything. I 100% recommend coming to this place for all your needs

Waited 3 hours for an alignment. Got charged $97 for labor and $50 for some screws. Just for the guy that was working in my car to tell me it couldn t get aligned after all. Luckily I had no issues getting my money back.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND! If I could put 0 stars I would I went there yesterday and spoke to the so called owner she told me to come back the next day so I take a day off of work just to show up and say she can t do it anymore. I waited 2 hours for nothing they didn t even speak to me when I showed up for about 30 mins VERY unprofessional. Im African American and workers began to speak in Spanish making inappropriate comments not knowing that I speak Spanish as well and owner did nothing to correct these situations. Came to oasis tire on Americas/alameda and had the best customer service if you are looking for good service and goods I would highly recommend them instead

Place was great...the old Vet at the counter was awesome!! They hooked me up with some new wheels and tires at a decent price, the financing they have couldn't work out better. I'd recommend this place for sure. They only had 2 of the wheels I wanted on hand, but they sent someone to their warehouse and grabbed the other two.

I don t recommend this place. I left felling discriminated just because im a women wanted to take advantage and make me pay more. I when to get alignment mechanic mentioned i was going to need some parts he show me what I need, really nice mechanic and i ask for price he said $350 I agreed. Another gentleman came and said it was going to be $450 i told him that they said $350 first he said that no it was going to be $450 he was rude and not polite. How are you going to give one price they change your mind and give another price? I don t think that s right you should respect the first price made me feel really uncomfortable and discriminated just because im a women and what s to charge me more. Will be taking my business elsewhere i was even thinking about getting some tires and a lift but won t be doing business here no more.

Stopped in to see about a couple of used tires. Great friendly service and staff. Got a great deal. I was extremely happy with this place. It was recommended by a friend and I will be recommending it to anyone needing rims and tires.

These guys will sell you tires and won't take them back when they go flat less than 2 weeks later. Don't buy from them. EVER!

As soon as I pulled up to the shop, I was greeted and taken care of immediately. Jose was the associate that helped me and he was incredible. Very friendly, helpful, and did his best to get me the best deal. Everyone at the shop worked together to get me wheels and tires fitted and installed. I highly recommend this place and will never buy new wheels or tires anywhere else as long as I m in El Paso. Couldn t be more satisfied with the experience I had at Monster Tires!

Made an appointment for some services on my truck. Dropped it off at 9a was told about 21/2 hrs.picked it up at 1p. The tire sensors hadn't been installed yet. But my truck was in the ready bay. Nobody called me to let me know about my truck. I just stopped by. The cashier told me about 20 mins. To get the sensors installed. I lasted another 11/2 hrs. Then the guy who programmed them said I needed to drive my truck so my sensors would program. It did but all my tires had a different tire pressure which in turn set off my tire pressure sensor. Good thing I made my appointment on a Thursday for Saturday if not it probably take alot more than 21/2 hrs. First time I went the service was good second time it sucked.

Was looking for semi new tires and found them here. They have a great assortment of new and used tires. Price included dismount, install, balance and remount! Can't beat that $160. Great customer service and manager was great at finding the tires in a heart beat.

By far the worst place to get a lift . Got a lift here and they didn t do an alignment lost out on my tires I already know how the manager is trying to blame it on other things like the truck I wouldn t recommend this place

The owner Replying to my review I wrote in a unprofessional way like I said Marlene(owner is a stuck up b***** that shows no good character to her customers I would go as a returning customer when mike and Leo were there both Great sales people, not Julian and this other b**** YOU GUYS SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND A HEADACHE GO TO OASIS TIRE AND TIRE CLUB this new management is terrible I will also be REPORTING this with the better business bureau for the remarks I was hearing from your employees and I will be publishing on Facebook and other social media apps to let people know of your services

Scratched my rim. Waited an hour and a half very slow bad service. Just go to gueros tire shop a mile away on alameda took care of me in 15 minutes.

If you can wait 1 hour per wheel, just changing tires. This is your store. I feel part of the family since thats all I saw them working on.

I had requested the 3inch leveling kit for my dodge ram. I spoke to 3 individuals, including ruben which i believe hes a manager,before they did the service. As they were doing the service i asked the mechanic the reason he was putting 2 inch spacers, stating that i needed 3 inch because i had added a heavy front bar to my truck so it made the truck and extra inch heavier. He left then came back stating the 2 inch spacers will level it out. I didnt argue with him since he was a mechanic and i assumed he knew what my truck needed. When they finished the job. As i was right, the truck was not leveled, i got upset and notified them that this is not leveled, that the 3 inch would of leveled it out. The crew huddled up then came up to me stating that if i wanted a 3 inch lift he would have to put new shocks and idk what else. That the job would go from 180$ to a 350$ job. Idk if they were trying to upsell at that point , but i was upset that i got quoted 180$ 3 times, then they end up upselling the price after they had done a different job already. I had to go back to work so i decided to just pay for the 2 inch and leave. They have really good reviews but i guess i didnt get that service. :(

Went to there location on Doniphan to get my truck bed sprayed and all I can say is that it looks great!! I had great customer service from both Ruben and Marlene! I will surely visit again if I need anything.

Good service but not well organized they leave cars since morning hours and start to work on them (WHEN) they remember also leave customers unattended and give service to the ones that get there after you.

Messed up my vehicle. Didnt bother to fix what they broke. Horrible customer service. No ownership for their mistakes. I do not recommend this place. Very unprofessional.

Great people!!!! Really made me feel comfortable showed me several different options .Sold me a set of tires at the price other shops wanted for 2 tires.Awsome place
