If I could give them 10 stars I would! No pressure salesmen, nice quiet environment, very accomodating! So polite and they answer all your questions. We shopped the competition and Mission got our business by giving us the best value for our buck! Chebo was our salesman. He knew his stuff! We came there to check out a different vehicle, didn't feel it was the right fit, and he led us to the perfect vehicle! My girl is so happy with her new ride and when we had a question, we called Chebo and he picked up right away! If you're looking for a solid deal and positive purchasing experience, give Mission Chevrolet a try! Thanks Jerry for approving our purchase! We're customers for life!

I came into the service department after work 30 mins before closing trying to get my vehicle taken care of that was out of warranty that I also didn t even purchase.I was treated like family! I was greater promptly and with a positive and professional attitude. Mike Nunez helped me and did an amazing job providing the service and the slogan that Mission Chevrolet prides them self on. It s all about you! I will definitely be coming back if I have any service related needs or problems.

My husband and I had been shopping around town trying to trade in our previous vehicle. But weren t able to find the right deal until we stopped here huge thanks to Julio Flores and the team that made it possible just wish we had only gone here from the start instead of wasting so much time at other dealerships. Julio always communicated with us gave straight answers throughout the process, completely professional he followed through beginning to end and actually made efforts to work a deal we were happy with. Definitely recommend Mission Chevrolet to anyone looking to get a new vehicle you ll have people that actually want to help. Thank you again Julio and all the Mission Chevrolet team.

This is my 3rd purchase at Mission Chevrolet, and I am definitely a customer for life. It was absolutely a fantastic experience from start to finish. Israel Melendez is a true professional, is extremely knowledgeable, and made the process very pleasant. Israel's attention to detail and thoughtfulness is unparalleled which made the car buying process much easier. Israel made sure that the delivery of the vehicle was perfect, and followed up with me several times after leaving the lot. He was available to answer questions, and even remembered to ask about the results of a cheer competition I mentioned during the car buying process. To say that I am extremely satisfied would be an understatement!

On 02/17 my family & I drove into the parking lot of Mission Chevrolet. At first, I wasn t very happy being at the dealership due to the bombardment of sales guys wanting me to talk to them. My husband directed one of them to come talk to me as I was the one looking to purchase a vehicle. When that salesman came up to me, I informed him that I just wanted to look and to please not ask me tons of questions, that if I have a question, I would ask him. He decided to pan me off to another salesman. That salesman was Blane. I again stated the same thing at which Blane did not have an issue with. He stood there waiting and answered my questions when I had them. I did end up test driving and purchasing a 2024 equinox because of Blane s patience with me. A few days later 02/20, I came to pick up the vehicle and did notice some issues with marks on the vehicle. A staff member wrote down the marks on a paper and someone was supposed to call me and set up an appointment for me to bring the car in as Blane was out sick; no one called me. I had to call Sergio in the finance department on 02/23 and leave a message. Sergio returned my call the next day & informed me that Blane was still sick, we talked about the issue I have and he said he would call me back once he spoke with the service department. Again that call was on February 24, today is February 28 and I still have not heard back from ANYONE at Mission Chevrolet!!! The motto at Mission Chevrolet to my understanding is At Mission Chevrolet it s all about you! , well that s not true once you purchase a vehicle from them! I m not very happy and my husband too! Hopefully they ll resolve my issues soon and I can change my experience with them!UPDATE: Been very busy so just now able to give update.Shortly after my post I received a call from Mike Nunez the service department manager. He was very responsive, polite and helpful. After some discussion back and forth I was able to go back to Mission Chevrolet and Mike personally took care of my issues!NO ONE who I originally dealt with ever responded to me!ONLY because of Mike have I added another star.My husband has decided NOT to purchase a truck from Mission Chevrolet because of the lack of professionalism.

The worst service from managers, service center, finance, even the owner... He make fun of me because I told him I got a light fron the washer fluid.. he is like well you only need Windex.. what's the problem... I told him not to laugh at me... Hew said no I'm not... So sarcastic.... They give a inspection report . But they didn't check the truck before before they sell them.... Never buy anything there...

Conveniently located to shops when you have to drop your vehicle off. The service department has an awesome manager. He goes above and beyond to get it right. They care for all our vehicles!!

Recently went to Mission Chevrolet for a transmission service on my truck. The customer service and efficiency at this place is great. I'd like to specifically mention Mike Nunez, who was my service representative. Mike is knowledgeable, professional, and provides great customer service. Mike went above and beyond to make me feel like a valued customer, and he is definitely an asset to the service team. Highly recommend this dealership

This was one of the best experiences me and my wife have had at a dealership. Chepo arrived in a golf cart and drove us around to look at the cars. This was great since I have a broken ankle. Everyone made my son feel special as well! My wife loved her new car for sure! If you are looking for a car, you have to go to mission Chevrolet and speak with Chepo he will get you into the perfect car!

Mission Chevrolet and the sales rep (Jesse) followed through with everything they said. Jesse kept in contact with us and asked often what could he do to help us buy a new vehicle. Everyone who worked with us was extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. We would recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from Mission!

I took my wheel to get a tire replaced, Izzac was very professional kept me updated. Service advisor did what he is supposed to do. When it was time to bring my truck in to install new tire it took 1 hour 30 mins whatever no big deal. When it was finally ready tech couldn t install spare tire back that it didn t work the cable that holds the spare. No big deal whatever it was working I used it to lower spare when I needed it. I go home took me 5 minutes to do it myself. Also tech didn t secure the tools to replace tire just threw them under seat didn t attach with hardware the way it supposed to go to avoid rattling noise. Either the tech is extremely lazy or he doesn t know how to install a spare tire back where it s supposed to go.

Mike Nunez, the service dept mgr. was very communicative and forthcoming with the details of what service was going to be done to my truck. His hands on approach and superior customer service is what made me feel confident about getting the job done at Mission / George Dieter location. They didn t take long to get the major mechanical work done , which in turn was super convenient for me and saved me from missing work . Outstanding team he manages because they were all attentive and made sure they knew you had been taken care of ! I highly recommend you get your service work done at this location.

Very friendly. Good service. Would help if you carry your business cards w/you. We're looking for an SUV. Carry keys to other SUV's w/you. Tried the Traverse. I was ready to try the Blazer but thought by the time they go for the key and... Be prepared. Think ahead. You never know, the sale might be made.

Took my Equinox in due to a misfire. Jaime Ramirez was very helpful in finding the issue with my vehicle. Once he diagnosed the issue, he contacted me and explained the cause and what steps needed to be taken. My vehicle was fixed to my satisfaction.

I took my 2023 Silverado truck in for its second oil changed. When I got there, Izzica did a great job on assisting me at the start. I wish the advisor would work with you from start to finish and letting you know when your car is finished just in case, I have any further questions about my truck. I also felt pressured to have to buy a new filter for my truck, the way the random gentlemen approached me and took me to see the filter was very weird and concerning. I looked at the filter and it wasn't that dirty, and I haven't even had my new truck for a year yet, and this was the second oil change I have had on my truck. It made it seem this random gentleman was just trying to get a sell and pressing me on buying a new filter. It was overall a weird situation to be placed in. This is what I mean about the first advisor (Izzica) should have been with me from start to finish, other dealerships I been to, their advisors are with you to start to finish, I feel this is great customer service when this happens. That s how I felt on my overall visit.

Bought a bedliner +instalation for my truckit took all day for the installation which was fine, but when pick up the truck the bedliner that they installed seem like they took it out of the garbage full of dirt and trash, they wanted me to reschedule so it can be cleaned another day.

The cost of replacing a sun visor was surprisingly high- almost $400!! Add to that, the fact that a simple cover for the joint was not included. I was told that I could get it- for just a few dollars more. That made me realize that I probably won t be returning as I felt like the making of a buck off of this older woman (me) was the motivation in dealing with me as a customer.

It takes too long to invoice and pay for the services. I spent one whole hour from the time I got there to the time I drove off. I had some coupons so they had to adjust my invoice, therefore I understand it should take a few minutes more. However, my invoice was on the clerks desk for a while before she even started working on it and still had to ask for manager approval because VIN was not on the coupon. However, it was a mailer to my address under my name, how is it that manager approval is still needed? After waiting for "manager approval" they said they would "match it".Coupon was sent by Mission Chevrolet, what do you mean "match" it? Like it is a favor I am being granted?I just find it a little annoying to spend an hour to pay for 3 services I could have made somewhere closer to work or home, and avoid the long drive to the dealership.

I am a returning customer. This is my second purchase with Mission Chevrolet and I am so glad I went back. Great customer service both from Enrique and Sergio. Enrigue kept me updated every step of the way. So happy with my purchase and the attention I was given. Good to know that 7 years after my last purchase, customer service at Mission Chevrolet hasn't changed.
