****UPDATE******Huge thank you to Chris Guzman and the management team for getting what was a bad situation back into a positive one. I got my mini back today and i am more then pleased with the turn out. If you are on the fence about taking your mini in DO NOT HESITATE!! Chris is by far the best service advisor I've ever had and will continue to come back to him for all my current and future Mini needs.

I ve called over 15 times since 4:50pm to get a status on my mini. They said they would call to update me on when I could pick it up and would let me know in time for me to make the 4 hour drive to go pick it up and now I will be without a car for over a week due to their laziness, and inability to return a simple phone call.

Came to buy some parts for a Mini cooper i talked to Mario at the parts department. I really dont know how you can have people like this working here. He has the worst attitude for customers. Even talk to some sales persons here that told me the same thing. NEVER coming here to buy parts again!! just go somewhere else or buy them online people.!!

Marco was an excellent help for my wife and I as we bought a new Mini Cooper. We were prepared to order a custom build because we couldn't find the perfect model on the lot, but he persisted and found the car that met our needs. Then when we were finalizing the purchase, he helped find us a rebate and got us a better financing rate than what our bank had originally offered.

Tried to schedule service appointment online line, no confirmation received. Called left voice mail, no return call, sent email, no response. 2 weeks later still no word. can't reach a person. you suck

This is the worst possible place to get your mini serviced. I recently took my mini they cracked my windshield and not even management wanted to do anything about it. The mileage is different from when I left it there to when I picked it up. I wanted to buy a new mini but just because of the bad service I think I should trade it in with some other company. I asked to see the cameras and they claim to have no cameras. Miniusa if you see this message they are giving you a bad representation for your company. I only put one star because it will not let me post but I would give 0 stars .

Judy is the best. While traveling, our Mini ran out of batteries and I had to get it towed to Mini of El Paso. She help calm my fears of the worst major problems. Her knowledge of the safe city was honest and reassuring. The service is very friendly and top notch. Judy was kind enough to provide a loner. They took the day to address the issue and did a point inspection to make sure we d be safe on our journey home. We are safe with no problems. The cost was average for battery replacement. There s no price for a peace of mind and superb service. Best place to take your MINI.

My experience at El Paso Mini was extraordinary. I was treated like I was the only customer they had. The technician working on my car did a very thorough job with extreme attention to detail. I received a call every day from the Service Advisor and was given updates so I knew what was going on with my car at all times. The staff were allVery pleasant to work with and I was very happy with all the attention I was given. Overall, it was the best relationship I ve ever had with a dealership.

My service advisor Judy Alberts has always been very efficient and knowledgeable in servicing my car. I can always count on her valued expertise. Stopped by Mini of El Paso as my Copper S was having an issue. Once again, these folks led by Judith, my Service Advisor, quickly and efficiently took care of the problem. I was offered a loaner which I declined as my car was promised to be ready in a short while and it was. I was given the opportunity to discuss the issue with the mechanic who worked on my car and she (Magda) clearly explained all of the details to me. All in all a wonderful experience and a great place to have your car serviced.

My wife and I brought in our Mini to have a recurring warning message addressed. The staff were very pleasant and had us in and out in no time. I would have given the Service Department 5 stars if they had a fast charger onsite for my electric vehicle.

Chris Guzman showed patience and professionalism when I was disappointed with the price it cost to get my vehicle back to standard. In comparison to the total price, he was able to get his management to approve a small discount. No complaints from me there! The mechanics fixed the issues and I could tell on the way home and the drive to work the next morning was a lot better. Thank you Chris, the mechanics who worked on my vehicle, the managers who approved the discount, and BMW of El Paso.

I received awesome service (again) when I went in for a broken passenger side mirror. They didn t have the part in, gave me a loaner car, and called me back in 3 days later when my car was fixed. It was that simple.I really enjoy the service at the mini station. The staff has been consistently supportive, responsive and accommodating (not to mention they are genuinely nice people).

I ve been a MINI owner since 2015 and have always had a great experience when I take my car in for service.I always ask for Judy Albert in the service department; she is professional, direct, and always goes above and beyond to make sure things are done perfectly. She is excellent in returning calls, answering questions, and solving issues while being cognizant of the customers time.

Brought my Mini Countryman in for an odd issue that was diagnosed by another mechanic who didn't feel comfortable tackling the job. It was a pricy fix but it's been two weeks and so far so good. The staff is friendly and professional, very communicative. Thanks again!

Every person I came in contact with at Mini of El Paso treated my family and I so well. Everyone was so helpful and I could tell they really wanted the best for us. Being that that it s my first car that I bought, Valerie Lozano was an excellent saleswoman! Very honest and straight business!Judith in service was an amazing service person! It s not every day you get amazing service with such a great attitude! Thank you Judith!!The only bad thing of car was we weren t able to get a new bumper for the car being that it was cracked just glued back was the only bad thing I was not to fond of!!! Other than that I m very excited to be apart of the Mini Cooper family!!! Thank you

My service representative was very pleasant. I was sent a text link to keep in contact while my car was being serviced. I felt the rates were reasonable and I received a full print out of all the work needing completed on my Mini Countryman to get it into top condition.

Chris Guzman is always a top performer! He always provides the best service to me and my wife in regards to our Mini s. His friendly welcome every time I enter the show room and is quick to provide what ever information and service I am asking for. He provides update when I have to leave cars for any type of maintenance. Hands one of if not the best employee you.

Never a customer service issue. Sales were awesome, found me my perfect car. The customer care had been out of this world. I'm not gonna lie, out of all the business I've had dealings with there. MINI is literally the best, treat the service people like people and they have your back. If I get this service in NC, when I leave, I will be buying MINI as often as possible. All other business take note. Sales and Service are top notch!

My car had to be left at mini for almost 2 weeks. Judy made sure I had a rental vehicle and I was aware of all the repairs that had to be done. She made sure to help with the insurance company and made sure they covered what they needed to. Great customer service at Mini of El Paso.

Christopher helped me out like no other!! Dropped my mini off and I was confident it was in good hands. I was well taken care of and informed at every step of getting what I needed done and I had my car back within 2 days it was very quick I m very pleased with my experience there at Mini of El Paso.

Best team in El Paso! Once again Mike and Rodney delivered outstanding customer service and actually got me into the mini that is me! I considered these guys my go to for all my car needs. In fact I even took my sister to get her first mini there! She loves loves her Mini! Thank you guys for always giving your best and treating us like family!

Had to drop off my car at the service department due to a "check engine" light turning on. They put me in a rental for the duration of the repairs, they sent me an itemized report of the repairs that were suggested, the ones that fell under warranty, and the ones that I had to pay for. Sandra was my service advisor, she made sure I was taken care of. Awesome customer service, no hassles, no surprises, super friendly people.

In July, parts were ordered over the phone by a family member of mine for my car since I was attending a funeral. The dealership staff claim that over the phone they mentioned that parts were non-refundable. That is not the case. Please review your recorded phone conversations. We were not aware of this policy and were not told of this over the phone. There is a lack of communication going on with this dealership. We aren't use to this type of mini service. Is it because this location is new? We would like to speak to the owners (Garcia's?). Thank you.

Great cars for a good price. Wish they had a little more selection for the hard top 2 doors. Customer service with Rodney is top notch. The man was very honest and had a lot of integrity. Only Mini dealer in El Paso but they will still try just as hard to give you a good deal as if there was other competing mini dealers.

Great car buying experience, Jaime Ponce was our salesman, my wife and I were very pleased with the service he provided, very knowledgeable and friendly. They are also lucky to have Chris Guzman, the service manager, on staff. He also is very friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to work with the individual car owner s needs. If you are in the market for a Mini Cooper, I would highly recommend this dealership, and these individuals in particular.

Ended up here while vacationing in New Mexico. We experienced an irreparable flat tire in New Mexico and headed to El Paso since we had a tire protection plan through MINI. Showing up without an appointment, we were treated like royalty by both the service and sales staff as we lounged around waiting for our repair. Great customer service!
