I went on a Saturday and waited a while for my service. Carlos did advise me there were multiple cars ahead of me for my oil change and was transparent about my waiting times. I decided to wait in the lobby. He was amicable and had great conversation. He made my wait time great with good conversation.

Fast service and the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Didn't know they offer free tire rotation with oil change, which is a plus. Definitely coming back. Also they re part of carfax which a lot of similar businesses are not.

I took my car for inspection and I couldn't find my insurance. Javier was very patient with me. I had to call my insurance so they could email it to me. After that the inspection was fast!

Awesome experience with the staff, super helpful and friendly. Solved an issue that the dealerships in town couldn't solve and charged me thousands for things my truck didn't need. Few hours with the staff here and they diagnosed my issue and it was a simple fix. They listen to the cutomer and aim to please and not sell you anything other than what you are looking for. They will be seeing me for all my vehicles needs. Highly recommend the team here for your needs.

New management seems incompetent. I first brought in my car one day and them that my tire was going low consistently but simply puts air in all four, claiming its the temperature. A few days later, the tire is low and finally convince them to check the tires. Unsurprisingly, there was a nail. But instead of simply patching it up, the boss tells me they are unable to patch it due to wear the nail was and says i have to buy a new one. A day later, I go to the Discount Tires near by and within the hour they patch up the same tire (free of charge).

Advertised Oil Change and Tire Rotation for $54. Charged $90 for oil change only.(No tire rotation) Took an hour and a half.

Stopped in because my pressure sensor was going off they checked the tire and advised me that they couldn't patch it since it had already been patched 2 times and in the same area. Recommended me a new tire asked if I had warranty I advised them I did and would get in touch with Goodyear I asked them to just put it back and they did not charge me for the diagnostic or filling it back up with air and resetting my sensor. Super nice Fernando the tech was super friendly and the owner was also very kind and informative. Definitely will go back and highly recommend

They wanted $500 dollars to do an alignment and put chims on on side of the truck. They might do honest business with people who have contracts with them but regular people are the ones taken advantage off never doing business with them. Called pep boys and they are charging $185 for the job big difference when you are not a thief. If there was an option to leave a zero I would.

Excellent, affordable service! Duke and his staff are awesome!I went in for an alignment; they found, and fixed, some problems that others had missed over the years! Thanks for all you guys do, and KEEPING MY FAMILY SAFE!!!

Very rarely do you come across a place like this. Integrity and honesty reign supreme at this unassuming shop. Not only did Duke work to bring in our repair bill down, he called to let us know that work we had ordered done was unnecessary and came in $200 under the quoted estimate. They may not be the cheapest shop around, but they are honest about their prices as well as those of their competitors. We will be bringing our two vehicles here as long as we are in El Paso and Duke is Manager!

I have been a customer there for 12 years plus. And they always take great care of me and my vehicles. A completely professional service. Duke and all the staff there are great. I highly recommend Tire Pros for all you vehicle needs.

I should've written this review sooner, but I asked them to change my brake pads for me and while Brembo's are a little steep to replace the pads on they aren't $4,000 dollars expensive, they tried to hustle me, stay away from this shop and the guy known as Duke. Con artist.

The wannabe manager at this place seems to be an outsourced ex military, commanding customers in a way, only very weak people behave. Getting rude in front of other customers and mechanics. He told me to get out of his way, when he checked my pcm for inspection, which did not pass after 550$. Just disappointing and no respect for customers. He literally swept me out of the shop and didn't want to help me to fix what I had paid for. I switched to the Pendale location, because they know, what to do and what they're talking about. Luke you need training for customer service. Nobody is responsible for your lack of communication skills. Get this job done first...

Called him when I was passing through needing a tire. He was able to get one in before I got there, and took my car right in for the install. Excellent service, great people, highly reccomend Duke and his crew.

I ve been here quite a few times and thought I was getting good service. Then things kept going wrong after they worked on my van. They told me I needed engine mounts and quoted me $700 per engine mount!!! Even at the Honda dealer they are only about $200 so right then I knew they were trying to rip me off. I went there for an oil change before leaving town but I will never go back for anything else. Complete rip off I m sure they overcharged me on a quite of bit of work they previously did.

I came here because it was highly recommended BIG BIG MISTAKE!! Their great with tires yet as i found out by Mr. Its out of my hand Duke they will rip you off with no problem please dont go to them for any other service it took them 2 weeks of empty promises & having another shop actually do the over priced job i dont know how Duke smiles at you like he cares & rips you off with such ease so sad!! If Duke tells you "Its otta my hands!!" Get your keys & run!!

Highly recommend. Duke and Jorge were able to flawlessly replace my 5.4L engine in less than 3 days before I moved back to the East coast. I made the long trip with no issues.

The customer service here is beyond exceptional! If you ever want to get your vehicle serviced, this is the place to go. David and his team are extremely honest and will do whatever it takes to help you out. I highly recommend it here.

Why is Duke a manager? Has zero respect for anyone. I overheard him tell his mechanic, "don't check anything, he never buys, he's a loser", then laughed. He shouldn't talk so much or so loud. This is the reason I check my own vehicle, but thank you, won't be coming back.

I will only go here for tire support for as long as I live in El Paso. These awesome dudes helped me fix several problems that the dealership was trying to charge me hundreds of dollars to fix. The first visit in and out with 2 new tires in under 1 hour. Second visit they fixed the programming issue with the tire sensors and didnt even charge me.

Called and they said come on in! Less than an hour 5 tires mount/balance/installed...jumped on it soon as i drove up NO Appointment! Thats my style of service. Excellent customer service.
