I started going to this place after another lube shop pissed me off. These guys are great and straight forward on services need without being super pushy.UPDATE: so it's been atleast a year and unless it's free at the dealership I bring my vehicles here.

First timer at this place. Had a couple cats ahead of me, The wait didn't seem too long. Had my grandmother with me and they let her stay in the car. Friendly staff

Horrible. THREE people checked my tire. All I needed was a fix for a nail in the tire. They fixed it for me to end up with a flat hours later.

Fast, courteous service. They do a better job on my vehicle than the other Mister locations. The unlimited wash option is a good value if you need to wash your vehicle more than once a week.

I must say that this was the quickest oil change I've experienced in my life... I was in and out within 15 min... and they were busy... cars were flying in and out like bees looking for pollen... I definitely recommend this place for oil changes... if you want to tip them take cash since i used a card and they don't have a space for tipping...

Been going here for years. I only go here for my Texas State Inspections for my vehicles. I do all my own maintenance, so I can't tell you how they are in that department. I can tell you that the people are friendly and get me in and out promptly.

They are really fairly quick. I had 6 people ahead of me, for a safety inspection, and I only waited about 30 minutes. They are courteous and polite. I have gotten an oil change here as well. They took my proof of insurance from an e-mail from my insurance company. It is easy to pay. Also...I have come here with a nail in my tire...on more than one occasion. I think they have a guy who takes care of flats ASAP. They get right on it and charge me $7-$8. Good place. Nice to find a mechanic place that does good work.

My daughter came home with a horrible story on how a technician over 60 yrs of age there who charged her treated her so bad. She saw how courteous and nice he was with other customers; then when he asked about her car (looked At Her) he rudely asked her to go into the office, threw her keys on the desk and instructed her to fill out the invoice. She doesn't complain about people. This must have been bad.

Use to be the place to take my cars for AC service but the technician was a novice and almost got charge twice for flushing and adding freon need better techs

Went in for an oil change and I don't mind paying even if it's pricey but when you go to use your windshield fluid and it's empty, not a good feeling. I payed over $135 so I figured least you can do is top off all your fluids.

I called about getting an inspection on my car, the guy was friendly and said they weren't too busy. When I arrived, I parked and walked around looking for an employee in the office, the waiting area and the adjacent office with their name. I finally stood outside the garage in the falling snow until an employee spotted me and asked if I'd been helped. After saying, "no" he started to walk away saying, "okay so you've already been helped" I said I hadn't yet and he audibly and visually sighed and rolled his eyes as he turned and asked what I needed. I told him, he said to pull behind the last truck that got there after me, so I left and went to Rialto where I was in and out in less than an hour with EXCELLENT customer service.

Cannot give this company any credibility at all used to take all my vehicles here for annual inspections. Not the friendliest felt like maybe different skin color could have received better service.But overlooked that because they took care of the inspections needed...Until one year the owner was inspecting, need wiper cannot pass your vehicle until fixed, also serious price gouging. Well never again after that experience...!!

So I had a hard time getting an appointment at pep boys for an inspection which I really needed to renew my stickers. So called up masters instead & they got it done that same day. Same when I needed an oil change, few hours wait at pep so went back to masters & got it done in minutes. Honestly, was planning on getting new tires from pep boys too but the George s really helped me out with those too! I appreciate them, they really go above & beyond for their customers! Thank you! No more pepboys for me!

Price is fair, service is extremely fast and you'll never have to wait long for an oil change or inspection, in all the years I have come here the longest wait may be half an hour at most, average being closer to fifteen minutes. Can't ask for much better if you need to be in and out quick, cheap, and done extremely well

Drove ten miles to get here before 18.00 which is the time that is posted for closing. Got here17.40 they were already closed. If you cant be honest enough close at the posted time which you advertise what makes me think you'll be honest when inspecting my truck?? Faith in little is faithful in much..

Quick in and out service. Been coming here for years. Never have I had a bad experience. Prices are fair , Employees are knowledgeable, friendly good overall atmosphere. Highly recommend this Masterlube Traewood location.

This establishment charged $50 for a cabin air filter for a 2016 Toyota Corolla, which cost $10 dollars at Wal-Mart and takes less than a minute to change. I spoke with the manager and he stated it was due to labor and would not lower the price. I would not recommend this shop to anyone looking for honest work.

They fast and friendly with good customer service. Mostly takes 45 min for my inspection. And that's on a slow day.
