Had 2 screws in my tires in 2 week. One was an easy removal, not patch needed second however was deep and sideways. After driving all over town looking for a replacement tire I was referred to Martin Tire and I am glad I went here. Very friendly and helpful, ordered my tire and was told it would be arrive in 2 days. Got a call a day early the tire was in. Put on very quickly. Great service and staff! Thank you. Hopefully I won't need you any more while we are stationed at Bliss but if we do I know where to go!

I changed my tires and i usually go to another place, this is my first time here, and i am amazed with the Excellent service they provide!! Theyre fast, great prices, great guarantees, a lot of services i didn't know i could use ,they check the car and they even give you a detailed report of everything on your car ,things you need to take care now and what you would need on the future, anyway, i love it!!! I received an Excellent customer service from Mr Jose, I'm very grateful

I went to Martin Tire (1341 N Lee Trevino Drive) to mount tires that I purchased elsewhere and I was very pleased with the service they provided. Mr. Brian Diehl was very polite, professional and courteous and provided me with updates while the staff worked on getting my tires mounted and fixing a flat. There was another staff who also came and escorted me to his work area & showed me what they found on my flat tire, I really appreciated that! This was my first visit and I plan on returning soon!

My TPMS warning light came on as I drove home at 5 pm on a Monday. I called Martin Tire and spoke with Lance. He said to bring the car right over. Brian helped me when I arrived. He checked the tire (it had a nail) and processed my work order, explaining the estimated costs. He also explained the tire may or may not be salvageable. In about 30 mins my car was ready. The tire gotpatched and all else looked good. Both gentlemen were friendly and professional. I will go back. Also, the price was good. Less than $30 with tax.

Totally unacceptable ! Went in early for brakes and radiator service. Was told 2 to 3 hour service, they would keep me informed on the status of my truck. 4 hours later I called and was informed they couldn't get to my truck till the next day. Total lack of communication from them. Cancelled and not even an apology when I went for my keys. Never again, don't recommend at all

While traveling through El Paso on my way to the Hill country for a week of motorcycle riding, my motorcycle trailer suffered a tire blow out. The Martin Tire team jumped right in to replace the tire and saved my trip! Very quick, very reasonable price, great job. Highly recommended!

I stopped in to get a quote and they were able to take car of my needs today! Swift professional and priced right! In and out isn t that how we want our automotive experience to go!!!I highly recommend this chain of shops to anyone who wants to be treated with respect and excellent service!!!!!

Best experience ever. I had to be towed in after an accident and Gabriel did an absolutely amazing job of taking care of my bad situation. They had me up and running in a matter of hours. Needless to say, Gabriel and the Martin's team makes me want to return to El Paso!

All employees were professional, knowledgeable, and kind. Went in for an air leak to one of my tires; ended up being a problem with the stem. They resolved the issue straightaway. The gentleman at the register said it was an easy fix so no charge! Couldn t believe it! Still left them a tip for the excellent service. They definitely have my business going forward!

My car was vibrating and making noises, all coming from the rear wheels.Couple friends recommended Martin Tire.They kept it more than 24 hours. "Didn't find anything wrong" they said... They tried to sell me tires, claiming it would get rid of the noise. "If the noise doesn't go away with new tires, we will put your old ones back on."My current tires are Continental with less of a year of usage. So obviously I refused that offer.Took it to an actual mechanic shop, found the issue, and Car was fixed all in less than 24 hours. Same tires and all. Mechanic said the issue was obvious upon inspection on the car lift, assumes Martin Tire didn't want to deal with the labor and the time required to fix it, they profit on volume.So in summary, just go to Martin Tire.... For tires.

This store was highly recommended by family members and I got a good deal. They did forget to reset the tire sensors, so my tires kept reading at different pressures during every trip. They told me my tires needed replacing because my alignment was off but didn't tell me they performed the service there. It was fortunate that I overheard a service advisor tell another customer about the alignment when I went in the 2nd time. I also needed an oil change to head to AZ and wasn't told they also do oil changes until I was being handed my keys to leave. Their customer service could be improved some. I was told some AZ tire stores will honor my warranty but couldn't get a list when I asked for it.

Terrible experience. This was a warranty issue thru carmax. The scam went like this. We checked out your car. The warranty declined but we can help you out with a charge of $330.86. My ? but what about the warranty? They declined because the charge didn't meet the $200.00 deductable. But you are charging me $330.86 and that is more than $200.00. Jose states he can't explain it but im welcome to call the warranty that i have, so i did. Assurant said the martin tire claim was indeed denied because the actual cost of part and install was $146.00 well below my actual deductible of $150.00. At this point i called back and Jose stated he could help me by lowering my bill to $199.77. I agreed just to get it done fast.Great customer service throughout the entire scam. Jose even had the nerve to ask me to buy some tires afterwards. No chance. Then Jose personally pulls my car out hands me my key and leaves. Tools and work order in plastic holder still in my car. Yes i walked back in with items as i am not the thief that martin tire is!

This is a busy place and therefore waiting is sometimes unavoidable. I needed 2 tires on one axle and asked for a recommendation for a tire for wet conditions, better than the ones I m currently on because my driving environment has changed. Let s see if the Firestones will prove them right.Service is always friendly and accommodating to my needs, that s why I m coming back here time and again.

Mr Dielh, the manager, assisted me. He was very thorough in his explanation of what needed to be done with my car. He provided me with a ride to and from my home. My car was ready before the estimated time. I am very appreciative for all their help.

Outstanding Service!! Walked in and got line expecting a small wait, but as soon as the assistant manager saw us he stopped what he was doing and helped us out!He reassured us he would do their best and even kept us updated throughout the entire process! Closed us out in a timely manner and sent us on our way feeling good about coming to this shop. Will most definitely consider this shop for any future work needed just because I felt welcomed. He helped turn a stressful situation to a small inconvenience.

Went in on a Saturday morning to repair a nail on my tire I arrived at a little before opening time. Jose helped me and got me out in timely matter. Extremely helpful.

Tire repair was really quick and they say its part of my tire now. Friendly service reps. I would go there again if I have to. The repair was fairly cheap. I don't know about new tires though. New tires seem to be competitively priced again very quick service very friendly representatives.

I went to Martin Tire on Lee Trevino to see if I needed new tires before I out of town trip. Brian helped me and went out of his way to explain the cracking on the tires is normal. Even showed me pictures of good and bad tires. I got 2 leaks in my tires fixed and I was good to go. Awesome job by Brian and the guys in the back who worked on my leaks

The assistant manager Gabriel did his best to make sure that I knew what exactly what was wrong with my car, what I needed, and what my options were. Amazing customer service and always kept me updated on the repairs. Would 100% come back again!

UPDATE - 4/13/24I want to update my review. As always I had excellent service when bringing my vehicle in for service. Jose & Marco were great with addressing my unique situation. Our family will only take our vehicles here.Excellent service, friendly staff and done quickly. Will go there again for service. Once again, Martin Tire exceeded expectations for service on my vehicle. Will continue to take my vehicle there.

Fast. Efficient. Affordable. We had 6 tires put on our Class C motorhome. Job completed promptly! And it didn't break the bank! Thanks guys!
