I stopped by to get an oil change and presented the coupon for 50% off to the gentleman. The maintenance light is still on therefore I need to get the car checked to make sure the oil was changed. I was told I would get charged, if I remember correctly, $39 to change the air filter when I let the gentleman know that I had an air filter I just needed to replace it. I was told they would replace the filter free of charge but then I was charged $10 to replace the air filter I had. I was also told I would need to change the coolant and brake fluid yet I heard someone else recommended such service to another customer as well. I was told it would take two hours to change the oil and I chose to wait yet I heard a gentleman let a customer know that they were very busy for her to return some other day. Overall it seems as if you are overcharged, service might not have been rendered and trying to discourage customers from getting any type of service by telling them it will take a long time

Came to get my alignment on my truck asked specifically how long it was going to be he said 45 minutes to a hour . Came back one hour and a half later and told me he had a coupon for $100 off because my total was $1700 Dollars so far. He said the tech said I needed shocks and ball joints are bad. I never had a issue with truck never pulled to either side stopped straight without holding steering wheel . The reason I took it is because I just purchased brand new tires. Funny how it's on a flat lift and my tires had play but never once showed me when I was there. I will never come back all they want to do is charge you but don't want to physically show . And after the alignment was done everything was perfect on truck.. very poor experience. If the truck was in that bad of shape it shouldn't have been worked on. But at the end he told me alignment came out good and I didn't need anything. . WOW .. I'll stick with FIRESTONE . they have always showed me what was wrong and why I needed to replace. Please people be careful with your vehicle and your money. It's sad how instead of helping you all they want to do is charge you .

Got a flat tire yesterday and by sheer luck managed to arrive to this location nearly closing hours - they managed to fix and patch my tire in less than 10 minutes. I am pleasantly surprised this business offered excellent speedy customer service and most of all, they did not try to upsell me on any unnecessary items (which I was ready to buy on the spot) - thank you very much for your honesty and superb customer service. Will definitely come here for future needs!

I'm sorry I didn't catch the names of the two gentleman who helped me today at the front desk but they took very good care of me. They were quick and courteous and got me out within the hour. I had spoken toBrian at the Lee Trevino location earlier (also very helpful) and got my stores mixed up but it worked out. Very professional and would definitely come back. Thank you!

Took my vehicle in to have a tire repair, the front desk was friendly and they had me in and out in no time. The only reason I m giving them two stars is because the technician that brung my vehicle out of the bay processes to rev my engine one the way around to the parking lot.Now I m a car guy, so I get it! But rev your own vehicle or at least speak with the owner to see if their ok with it. I will not be taking my vehicle back to this location.

Worst experience ever! I was a new customer and went in for a Mail Ad coupon , and before I went I called so see about the promo and if I need appointments, sure enough they said no but I drop my vehicle. Trusted my vehicle and left to eat, came back 1HOUR and car wasn t even in the bay. Went in said and guy said I was next after 1 hour of wait. And the coupon came out to almost $90 vs their promo of $49. What a waste of time. We should charge this companies for wasting our time.

Great service, walked in for an alignment and Jesus (I believe the manager) was absolutely helpful to get the job done. Will be back to have my other vehicles serviced at this location. I would definitely recommend this business to my friends and family.

Been coming here for years. Skilled, honest, hardworking employees that deliver consistently every time. I learned my lesson about using shadetree mechanics. These guys are trustworthy and use top-notch products backed by a great warranty. Thanks Edwin for getting my truck back to its original glory! Rides and brakes like a $100k King Ranch F-150!

BEWARE!! They took advantage of me, they deceived me!!Single mother here, and my car had a flat tire, I have 2 small children I needed to fix it ASAP, first they told me they could fix it, then according to them it could NOT be fixed that I had to buy a new one, they sold me one supposedly New but it looked like it was used and they charged me for it as if it were new, I accepted because I had no other option, but I don't recommend them at all, they are cheaters.

Loved my experience at Martin Tire today. Was given better prices for all 4 tires and a wheel alignment and my car was ready by lunchtime! Not to mention the friendly and helpful customer service! Thank you Jesus Borrego.

I had a flat tire, have always done business at your Mesa Store. Had the car towed in. I asked the tire be replaced with the spare and use the rim from the tire they were replacing., as the rim on the spare tire was bent and unsafe. They changed the tire with the spare and used the bent rim. I was told it was unsafe for me to keep driving with those tires and I needed to replace them immediately., this was some time last summer. I asked if it was so unsafe why would they use a bent rim when there was a perfectly fine rim on that front tire, if they were so worried about my safety? The same tires are on the car and I had the good rim put on the front tire, and will have the rim repaired, which I was never offered as an option. I was on the east side of Montwood and had the service done service done at that shop. The young man remembered Mr. Fitzgerald and asked how he was doing. There service was very pleasant and completed in a short time. We will not do business with your Mesa store again. They just were interested in selling me a new set of new tires that moment.

I took my truck in for an oil change and tire rotation on a day that you could tell it was slow day for them. I ended up having to take my truck back because my truck warned me that it was low on oil after they had replaced it. They usually do a good job, not today.

The level of professionalism by Jesus and his team are second to none. It is never an easy experience when you have to leave your car somewhere but the staff at Martin Tire made it painless. From the communication, trustworthy advice, accurate to the penny price estimates and genuinely sincere appreciation for my business, this team knocked it out of the park. Great service. I hope they keep up the good job to retain and gain customers. Went initially for a flat here and it was fixed in a couple of hours at no cost. Can't complain about it or the time. Dropping off vehicle is probably best during busy times. Second visit was the TPMS sensor, it was fixed at a reasonable price to me. I'll con sider using them for new tires when I'm in the market for some. The interior is a tire shop so you will get a healthy dose of tire smell. Overall though, the place is clean and it's not the worst if you have to wait. I would recommend them. Consider you'll also be supporting a regional business versus the competition across the street.

Services was great, I was able to get all four new tires and wheels aligned at one time on my car in a timely manner. Oil change was done in a timely manner. Staff was courtesy and very informative on pricing and services for your company. I am very satisfied with the service and quality of work I received today. Drove home feeling safe and free of worry. Great job to all your staff.

I came to Martin Tire to have a tire patched up due to running over a screw. They informed me the wait would be roughly 45 minutes before a tech saw my vehicle. They were able to patch up my tire, and put my spare back underneath my truck. Although the tech did break a clip on my wheel cap while having the tire balanced, I was appreciative that they informed me about the mishap. Overall, I will return to this Tire shop.
