Great service, very attentive and always leave my cars in great shape. The Assistant Manager Lee is great, very personable, knowledgeable and kind. I feel very comfortable bringing my cars here. Definitely recommend them!

Great service at this shop. They provided me with a shuttle from to and from my house so I didn t have to stay waiting for my car to be serviced. The service was great and very quick also. Highly recommended!!

I recently visited Martin Tire Company for a routine oil change, but unfortunately, my experience was marred by questionable pricing practices. While the service itself was satisfactory, I was taken aback when I was charged an additional $45 for a cabin filter replacement without prior disclosure of the cost.The lack of transparency regarding the price of the air filter until after it was installed was disappointing. As a customer, I believe it is essential for businesses to be upfront about all charges associated with the service, especially for something as basic as a filter replacement.While I understand that I should have asked about the price beforehand. However, being hit with an unexpected charge left me feeling deceived and dissatisfied with my experience.In the future, I hope Martin Tire Company improves its communication with customers and provides full transparency regarding pricing to avoid similar misunderstandings.

A quick, effective and experienced crew that provides an equal car service. The Assistant Manager Lee was very knowledgeable and polite when providing me information about the status and condition of my vehicle. Overall an amazing service I recommend.

I have been bringging our GSA to this shop and they have always done a great job. My car need it all rotors and brake pads replace. I happened to remember that we bring our GSA to this shop and decided to call them and ask them if they also do brake service.Best decision ever. Lee was very helpful and reassured me that my car would be good taken care of.Customer service was great and for a major job like that, the price was very reasonable. Also, their warranty on the job is great.I would totally recommend this shop to anyone. Thank you Lee for all your help.

Best service you're going to get anywhere in El Paso. Lee is the absolute man. Manager puts the customer first every time. Always a good experience here. Could not ask for a better shop in the neighborhood. Oil changes are seamless, and most things you need, staff is ready to help with.

Customer service was wonderful. Everything was explained so I could understand. Service was quick and correct. I use this location as my go to for tire and alignment service. I will continue to use this location and recommend it to others.

I did not know that this place fixes flats for free, but they do. Scouts honor. I get out of work at 5, so by the time I arrived at Martin Tire, it was about 5:40, and even though they close at 6, I was treated so kindly. My tire was fixed within 20 minutes and the customer service was warm, and sincere. Thank you so much guys.

The manager knocked off almost $100 for paying cash. The tires were installed in about 2 hrs. Better service than WalMart.

Came in to get an adjustment on my alignment and was convinced that it was due to worn tires. I truly must say that Asst Mgr Lee was very professional in describing my situation and also getting me easily approved to purchase a new set if tires. Shout out to the team of installer, aligner and manager Martin for previously getting me involved. Hats off. SALUTE

Even though, they stated it would take 30 minutes to an hour to fix my tire. They worked very fast and was not expensive. Great customer service.

Returning customer to Montana store but....Seems like place is falling apart: eg. Front door literally fell off it's hinges; Only 8 tires on display in a way that appears as if low inventory; Coffee maker sitting full of old, cold coffee and unplugged; Popcorn maker also sitting with old pocorn; Pepsi machine "sold out"; waiting area dirty. Very disappointed & worried they're having problems.?.Service good but maintenance of facilities appears neglected.Hooray...started repair on front door as I waited.People are friendly helpful and courteous; just need to make waiting area more inviting.

Amazing customer service Costco had me waiting for three hours only to tell me they couldn't take off the tire and fix my flat. All the guys here where super helpful, made us fresh popcorn, and quickly fixed our tire. They definitely turned our day around. Thank you! Definitely coming back to this location.

I usually go with to the Lee Trevino store, but they were very busy. I decided to go to the Montana location and I m glad I did. I didn t get the young gentleman s name, but he was very helpful and I was out of there within 30 minutes. Martin Tire is my go to tire dealer. I won t go anywhere else. Thanks guys.
