Highly recommend this service , these folks are by far the quickest and most reliable in the industry. Great vibes and Quality Service. The boys get it done military friendly, veteran friendly, family friendly . Best spot in the 915 / 79938 Area hands down!!!

Had to get my Jeep inspected, and had great customer service. The guys working here are very helpful in letting you know of any issues they see that could be potential issues in the future. The employee I had was Martin H, and he was curteous, professional and honest. Highly recommend y'all support this business!

From beginning to end, the staff at this store is on point. A few crew members i want to highlight, Sergio, Assistant store Mgr , Lube Tech, Martin and Eduardo Morales, have great customer service. Knowledge and professional all through & through. Highly recommend this location for any of your car service needs!

Basically a real life cheat code, these guys make life almost too easy when it comes to oil changes and courtesy services like washing the windshield, topping off the air in the tires, and washer fluids. Easily the most convenient oil change service I ve had.

Lube X-press on Zaragoza has been my go to since they ve opened. I made the mistake of trying other locations and I was quickly reminded of why I choose Zaragoza, every single time.As soon as I drive up, I'm almost immediately greeted with not only a friendly staff member, but a bottle of water. I always appreciate being acknowledged, even if I may be a car or two behind. As always, the service performed (oil change) is done quick and efficiently. I never feel pressured to purchase the recommended services, but I do so when it's needed. I REALLY appreciate that. The staff always seems to go above and beyond the simplicity of an oil change, and their content demeanor always makes the task of an oil change much more pleasant. I m a o grateful for this neighborhood service and the staff at that specific location. Sorry Lube X-press Pebble Hills, but y'all need to step up your game and take a page from their book. Any one of these gentlemen could definitely help you with your customer service game.Service: Oil change

I would not recommend to come here to get an inspection. I usually come here to get my oil change and never had much issues that s why I continued to come here. I was waiting to get an inspection they said it will take about 30 min that s fine. What is not fine is that I have a new born, was already waiting for a whole 1hr and then they allow 2 cars that just got here to go before me to get an oil change ??? What is that , they said because they prioritize oil changes before inspection . So if you re needing and inspection I d recommend to take your business somewhere else that prioritizes BOTH of that s what their company says they handle !!!!! And the fact that I was speaking to their manager Miguel mora the whole time was very rude and unprofessional. Very disappointing

The two employees I interacted with provided good customer service keeping me updated and showing me the oil stick before and after. I tried this company for the first time based on reviews and location, however , the cost for a basic oil change were way above what I pay traditionally at a different company down the street from this location. In addition, while completing my State Inspection one of the employees advised me that I needed new windshield wipers. First, the car is 3 years old with the little rain El Paso receives and I m never out driving while it s raining I was surprised that I was told the wipers were torn. Now they did not show me the before on the wipers. This trip cost me nearly 150.00 which is ridiculous. Try not to nickel and dime consumers through aggressive sales tactics recommended as this will be my one and only visit to this company.

The staff were awesome. Efficient. Complimentary Cleaning of the windows and checked the tires. Very knowledgeable and shared information willingly. Mike was great and I look forward to returning.

The service was fantastic. There were 4 personnel doing oil changes, filter checks and other maintenance actions while we sat in the car. They didn t try and upsell everything like some other oil change places. I will certainly take my car there again to get serviced.

It's a lube center, but the prioritize expensive services. So if you are getting an inspection or.a basic oil change and someone comes in and gets upsold you will get pushed back in line. Definitely not first come first serve
