I recently had the most amazing experience at Lube Express in Montwood. It was my first time visiting, and let me tell you, I was blown away! It was hands down the best oil change experience I've ever had. I didn't even have to step out of my car. The staff was incredibly friendly and informative. I had the pleasure of meeting Justin, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect and kept checking in on me.What really impressed me was how quick and efficient the service was. Not to mention, the pricing was so much better than other places I've been to. Instead of shelling out $150 and waiting 2-3 hours elsewhere, I was in and out of Lube Express in just 45 minutes at a more affordable price. They truly care about their customers, which is something that seems rare these days.I can't recommend this company enough. They have definitely won me over as a loyal customer. Thank you, Lube Express, for the exceptional experience!

Very efficient, friendly and straightforward on what my 2012 Jeep Wrangler Sport needed in changing my oil. Highly recommended LubeXpress on the corner of Montwood and Lee Trevino.

Excellent service. Under 15 min oil change whilr staying in the car.. They gave me water, explained prices, great small talk, recommends, I wasn't in need of oil change for another 1000 miles but did it anyway and gave me an air freshener. Definitely will be back at this location and recommend. Props to the store manager!!

Came from out of town and desperately needed an oil change, saw that this was the number one place in town for an oil change, so I decided to stop here. I was not disappointed, this was one of the best oil change experiences of my life. Staff was super friendly and a cool bunch and they checked everything necessary to make sure I was ready for my 12 hour drive home. Very fast and efficient, I can now drive back feeling very confident in my vehicle thanks to all the checks and the work they did. Thank you so much!

I had the best experience here . I took my new car for an oil change not knowing that it had just been changed. Justin was so awesome he could have lied and changed it but he was honest about it. Had me laughing the whole time. Thank you for the laughs and the great customer service.

Came 03/20/24 to do an inspection, oil change, power steering flush, and wind shield wiper change. Justin was phenomenal! Quick on responses for any concerns we had on our Escalade. Great job Justin! Keep being honest and providing exceptional work! Thank you Lube Express!

Another satisfied visit but this time at the Montwood location. The 2 gentlemen here were very attentive with my oil change and inspection. Sadly I did not catch h their names but they provided great customer service. Keep on striving with great customer service skills Lube Xpress.

I have been to this location about 3 times and the service has always been exceptional. The moment you arrive you are greeted with a smile and water. They provide great service and make sure you understand what they are doing to your car. I highly recommend coming here.

Oh my gosh! I loved the service here at the Montwood location the assistant manager Kevin really showed me what was going on with my car and we went ahead and did my transmission service. Safe to say that without his recommendation I would be having to pay alot in a new transmission. The tech Michael was ight too

Very disappointed with their customer service.Waited an hour for an expected failed inspection which was concerning. The tech told me almost instantly that it would fail and I told him I was fine with that then he told me 3x that I had to pay which I told him ok 3x.I just wanted the notes on all the things I needed to fix so I can come back and not wait hours again.Fixed items and then it passed.Waiting on tech for rejection took longer than repairs.

The two stars are for the the young man that did my inspection and the other young man that they make stand out side with a sign advertising the place. The other guy came off condescending and confrontational. Here's what happened my wiper blades needed replacing but I went there to get my vehicle inspected and they failed it because of a glance at the wiper blades. So what happens next is they flag your car in the system to where you can't go to another inspection station and have to come back to them to pass your inspection again or pay them for new wiper blades replacements, $54.92$ by the way. I think it's a horrible way to get more money from a customer. My wiper blades weren't hanging off and in horrible condition. I didn't give them the satisfaction I went to AutoZone and spent 30$ and returned to Lube X-press in order to get my inspection done. The day I decided to give a new place a shot; especially a bigger company than my usual small business place I've been going to for years that have never failed or mentioned something like wiper blades during a vehicle inspection.

I went for the annual vehicle inspection. This is my first time coming. Staff was corteous, service delivered fast, I was in and out. What I love is that they open Saturdays and Sundays. They were working on a car when I arrived, I only waited for less than 5 minutes before they worked on mine. They offered me bottled water which they have them in a fridge for customers to get. The place itself is welcoming and clean. They have good music. I have only good things to say. Thank you Lube X press Montwood! It is not a place that is near home but I will still come here.

I arrived at 6:31 P.M on March 13 2024... apparently they were working on a car that would take them 40 to 45 mins ... I always take my car to this location Iwas very pleased with their work but the last time I visited this location I was not satified with the service and I still decided to give it a second chance today. I guess I will take my business somewhere else.
