These guys rock! They beat Safelite's price by $130 on the back glass for my Xterra. Literally called them in the morning, took it there at 4 and was out the door on my way home before 5. These guys are highly professional, do lightning quick work, and have tremendous customer service. THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO in El Paso. Don't waste your time with these other hack shops. Thanks again for your great work fellas

Someone tried to steal my Kia Optima and they shattered my rear passenger window. I can t say how much I appreciate MARK! He took care of me and had me up and running in no time. He was honest. Told me they had to order my window and it got here 5 days earlier! Took care of my car as if it was his! I highly recommend low price auto glass! Let me tell you.. Dont look anywhere else...I recently had my daughter's windshield replaced by this business, and I couldn't be happier with the service. Great customer service! Lifetime warranty on all chips no matter how many you have, and if you need a completly new windshield they credit the money you paid for the warranty towards a new windshield. That s service! Highly recommend

Excellent customer service. Haven t ever been treated with such respect! They replaced my sunroof glass and front windshield at a great price AND they were super helpful and communicative throughout the entire process. If you need work done to any glass on your vehicle, pick these guys!! They know what they re doing, they re friendly, and they do their best to ensure that you walk out of the establishment as happy as you can! They did both my F150 Raptor and my Mustang excellent group of people, excellent place overall!

I traveled 150 miles just to get my windshield replaced. Because The staff here went above ans beyond to help me get the best price for my windshield replacement. While I was waiting they offered to give me a lift to a shopping center while I waited for my car to be services and picked me up once I was done. They are very knowledgeable and informative about the services they offer . I highly recommend this buisness for any windshield repair or replacement. I give them 5 stars across the board. Thank you to all the staff for your help and quality service.

Took in my 2018 GMC TERRAIN and these guys did an excellent job on the windshield, the customer service is fantastic and they treat you with so much respect. Called to get a quote to replace my windshield and LPAG had the best price compared to the mainstream competitors. After showing up in the morning to have someone see my windshield, I decided to leave my Palisade there to get the windshield replaced due to the friendly staff and the management. I was in a bind and passing through for the weekend. Robert was THE BEST, went over and beyond to find a windshield replacement for me same day. After many calls and searching LPAG was able to help me when the big competitors were no help. Everyone was helpful and friendly. I took my car because I had a little crack on my windshield. As soon as I got there everyone was extremely nice and helpful. They have really good customer service. They explained the whole process and we re totally honest about everything. The chip was close to the my camera so he explained it might affect the camera a bit but I like that he told me instead of not mentioning it at all so I really appreciate that. They said they would take about 15 min but honestly it was way less time than that. Literally in and out. I definitely recommend this place.

Omg!! This place is so awesome! I was in town and a truck kicked up a small rock shattering my windshield! I was needing to get the windshield fixed before getting back on the road home! They made the whole experience effortless especially Melissa she went above and beyond to make sure of that. After dropping off my car with them to get the windshield replaced I didn t have a ride back to where I was staying and she offered to get me home asap! Such a sweet gesture and with a huge smile! This is a great place. Price is on point with Safelite. Staff is overly friendly almost like you are old friends. Work was done perfect. Had a issue with a camera placement and the staffed jump to correct the issue. I will recommend and use this place again any time I am here. They went above and beyond. They will soon have two locations so support them.

Went to LPAG for my windshield a while back and Brandy helped me . She was super nice and I felt like they gave me a great deal . Spoke to Melissa after I got chip and she said they will fix my rock chip free because I got my windshield with them. I'm so happy with the great service. Thank you so much Brandy and Melissa. Come here first before calling, safelight! Robert & the family are awesome. We had a pretty big crack in windshield. The windshield needs to be replaced however, Robert fixed the crack until we get it replaced. Also, they gave us a discount. This business is top-notch. I used their website to request a quote on repairing a rock-chip star in my windshield. Within two minutes of my online submission, my phone rang. "Rob" had the quote for me--$60. By contrast, Safelite was $159. Other shops never got back to me. Rob was personable and answered all of my questions. The next day, I got the work done with no wait. No more than 15 minutes from in to out. The other staff were equally friendly. When the work was finished, I attempted to pay, but they insisted that I inspect the work first to ensure I was satisfied. I was. Their waiting room has coffee, popcorn, TV, and other amenities. I couldn't have been more satisfied with the customer service and the craftsmanship. I highly recommend this business.Service: Auto windshield repair

A few months ago a rock hit my fiat windshield & Ive been putting off replacing it. So friendly, so nice!! 100% will recommend to all my friends who have issues. Highly satisfied. Professional, went in for a widow repair the crack had long lines so they told me there was a 50/50 chance the repair wouldn't take I suspected it couldn't be fixed but tried anyway they where transparent from start to finish. I got my windshield replaced in under 2 hours, including new side pillar moldings it looks brand new.They offer easy financing and lifetime chip repairs, so it was a no Brainer.

I reached out to Low Price Auto Glass back in August via messenger. I was finally able to take my wifes van in to get her windshield replaced. Between the messanger messages and from the moment I walked in and out of their establishment, the customer service was by far the best I have experienced in a very long time. Robert was very professional and he took the time to explain every detail to me from start to finish. The whole staff was friendly and attentive. I was told the whole repair was going to take 1 hour, they had me out of their in about 45 minutes. I brought in new cowl moldings to replace the worn out ones and they did it for me at no extra cost. The windshield was reasonably priced and the workmanship was on point. They did an excellent job and they did not leave a mess. You could say they did the job as if they were working on their own personal vehicle. I highly recommend Low Price Auto Glass without hesitation and as long as they are around I will never go to anyone else. This place was great! We are on a long road trip from the east coast and Robert fixed a nasty little chip on the driver's side windshield within 20 minutes and for less than 1/2 the price of safelite.
