Finally, a non-pushy dealership! Caite completely understood the assignment - she listened to what I was looking for, but also knew what would fit best. She included my children in conversation, and really got to know me. The finance department is no-nonsense, and transparent about everything I was signing. They even saved me money from purchasing things I didn t need. Highly recommend!

No dealership is perfect, but LR of El Paso personnel are passionate, friendly, and always striving to be better than any of their competition. I have owned several brands, and none have come close to customer service compared to Land Rover/ Jaguar. Try them out. I think you like what you find.

Great buying experience at Garcia Group Land Rover dealership in El Paso. Attentive , focused customer service and follow up - They do what they promise, are timely and show exceptional professionalism. Great staff from GM down to salesman, service team and all show a caring , helpful attitude. Very Impressed.

Land Rover is pure luxury with well-built and designed vehicles. Too bad the dealership in El Paso is so lacking and tarnishes the quality name of Land Rover. I leave in shock every time I visit it because in other cities, the Land Rover dealership service department is not like that. With a simple yearly oil change and required service, it is like pulling teeth from this service department. You can never get an appointment that isn t weeks in the future. Then, when you get there they re overbooked, and they make you wait. Then, when you ask what the problem is, they gauge you in price to try to make you leave. Which is fine because I get better cheaper service at another dealership. I just feel bad for the local Land Rover owners who don t travel for work and are stuck with this bad, mediocre, not living up to the brands name, dealership.

I own a Land Rover and my Wife has a Jaguar and let me tell you that the service here is AMAZING! John Pattison the GM is not like any other General Manager I have ever came across. Always attentive , helpful and available ! This is what every customer looks for in Leadership and he has it ! The only reason we stay with Jaguar and Land Rover is because his attention to customer service . Been with him since 2019 and not looking to change . Excellent

This dealership is perhaps the worst in El Paso. They are bad at service and at sales. They show no care for customers. I have a vehicle now there. All in all has been there for more than 4 weeks. A real pain to get service and then lots of pain in they servicing the vehicle. I like these vehicles (i have purchased 4 Land Rovers over the years) so much that I guess I am stuck with them.

Their service is horrible!! Took in my velar for oil change and the day after it started overheating. Called Abraham one of the service advisors and he sent a tow truck to pick it up. Upon talking to Abraham and he day he called the tow truck I asked why this would happen. He told me it usually happens when a pressure test is conducted. He later retracted on his words ! I never asked for a pressure check all I wanted was an oil change. When I called to ask for the status of the vehicle he told me it was a problem with the water pump and thermostat crossover pipes!! He first told me not to worry that this would be covered and later came back saying it was not. Went in to talk to frank the service Manager and John Patterson the General Manager. As soon as I started talking to the so called General Manager he looked like his mind was made up on not to take responsibility for their faults. As I was explaining what had happened he took service advisors side without even knowing what had happened. Long story short they wanted to charge $3200 plus tax to fix my vehicle which they had messed up. This service department is a rip off and full of lies. Sad to see that they do not care for a customer after the sale. I would rate then a zero if I could!!!

I recently bought a cpo Velar from the company at an agreed discounted price of 44,999 from the original list price they had of 45,999. Upon signing all the documents at the finance department, I noticed the sales manager Hector had not kept his word on the sale price of 44,999. The company got paid 45,999 from my financing bank. I brought the issue to the attention of Hector, but he denied a discount was given from 45,999, the list price. I escalated the issue to his manager Pattison, but he also refused to reach any resolution nor paid no professional attention to the issue. The sales representative was great as he also agreed and recognized the price was not sent with the discount to the financing department. It's not much money, but it's just saddening that a simple deal became an issue when it could have been resolved easily or even could have been avoided by acting with high integrity for such great auto company.

I do not right reviews but this experience was just awful. Took my car in for a new engine. It took them four months to finally put the new one in. I had to start calling every day towards the end. They put the engine in in one day. Two very sweet associates delivered it to me but the check engine light was on and there is a knocking in the motor. Javier was especially kind to me but it was out of his hands. I am not happy because I cannot take it back to them to see what is going on with the knocking because I cannot have them keep it another four months.Good luck to whomever uses them.

Worse experience. Their lack of professionalism is unbelievable. I will definitely share my experience with my hospital colleagues and family. I am a professional and by far this has been the worse purchase/investment I have made. The lack of communication and pride to represent this high end line of vehicles is impressive. Service department is by far the worse the manager is unprofessional. He had the audacity to say I can be your punching bag instead of investigating the issue and coming up with resolutions. Recommend for the owner of this facility to contact me I have escalated this problem to consumer services. A handful of salesmen are professional but most staff lacks customer service skills.

Got a car because I wanted it, but they have the worst social-communication skills ever. Not even at a regular dealership. They had also offered me a different deal than the one at closing and the manager did not want to talk to me at all. You d probably be better off driving to another Rover location.

We had been in the market for an suv for awhile but never really got much help from salesman when going to the dealerships. This changed when we went to Land Rover at El Paso. Lorenzo was our super helpful sales person he made us feel welcome. His willingness to help is unparalleled. We picked up our new suv on Valentine s Day and even made arrangements to decorate the new suv. Hector the sales manager was great as well he helped us get into the vehicle we wanted in terms that we were more than comfortable with. I would highly recommend stopping by and asking for them!

Worst service department ever!!!!! the communication is next to none even if it s just a minor issue. Only two advisers on sight and one of them is carless as they come. Will definitely not recommend buying the brand as issues might arise later and you will be stuck with no other service options.12/17/23 Update my vehicle still there waiting to be fixed it only needs two tires and a rim fix. Vehicle was taken to them on 11/27/23 providing dates to give you an idea on their fast reliable service.

Word can not fully express just how well we were treated and how amazing the car buying experience was for my family and I. Lorenzo Jaquez helped us select the vehicle perfect just for us. When we thought we were out of options he researched and found what we needed and wanted, even though it was still being shipped to the dealership. Without asking he sent a video of our new ride coming off the truck! Calling and texting on his day off to give us updates and treated my wife and children like they were family. This being our 11th new car purchase and never being treated like family in a purchase I can truly say that Lorenzo is one of a kind and exceeded any possible expectation we could have held. If that wasn t good enough, Vanessa Murray sat with us for over an hour going over every aspect of our new Defender, down to setting up all our phones, installing accessories, and researching the warranty information for our upcoming move to Germany. She left no function unexplained and Lorenzo left no desire unmet. Top it off with the finance manager searching and finding a better rate than our bank so I had no choice but to share our experience. Thank you Land Rover El Paso. You have a fan for life.

My car was in the shop there from Aug 7th until Dec 4th because of an AC issue as well as lots of other things in between. Here it is March & 81 degrees and guess what my AC is not working. Dont bother dealing with javier either he will just leave you on read. Frustrated & hot

Update I have a Defender X wouldn t go to Garcia Land Rover El Paso if I Had another choice they tell you to call if anything but the wait is weeks then weeks I ve been tryna get a light switched out since August it s almost the end of October and they can t see me until November SMH

2020 Range Rover sport has been in their Service Department for 8 months. You have to call several times or take time out of your day to go there and get an update on your vehicle. I have requested to speak with the Manager 3 times with no luck. Now he canceled our appointment to speak with him. Wow5/31/2023 UPDATE: The disorganized shop still cannot get anything done. My attempts to get help from the GM were ignored. I found a contact with Land Rover Corporate. They at the very least called me back and are trying to help.In 3 months it will be a 1 year anniversary!7/18/2023 UPDATE: Land Rover Corporate did call back and have been keeping us updated since May. Although they don t have much pull to control this shop they have helped pushing on them and parts that needed to be ordered.Sep 2023(1yr into this) Finally picking up the vehicle. Unfortunately, our service helper doesn t seem to pleased with us. Let s hope it doesn t brake down again. I would hate to have to deal with these guys again.Days later It broke down again. Supposedly for another issue related to the battery that was replaced already. It took them 2 weeks.Oct 2023- Picked it up.

Throughout all my lifetime experience in the auto marketLand Rover at El Paso have set the Record FOR THE WORST customer service ever !!! They promote their vehicles with FALSE PRICE ADVERTISING wasting the time of serious buyers !!upon spotting a vehicle on their website i contacted them with an offer after refusing to take a single penny off the initial price i gave them a call the day after to still move forward with purchase. Only to figure out that they now want 4 grand on top of the initial asking price.Please figure out the actual desired price for the vehicle before uploading it online.

They have always been good to us for the last 5 years of service even though i did not buy my RR through them. Sold my car to my mom, and they continue to give her great service. If I am ever in the market for another RR i will absolutely go through them!

Our customer service experience has been a struggle to say the least. I would not recommend buying or servicing your vehicle at this location. We brought our Range Rover in for suspension issues, that have yet to be resolved, and they broke our windshield. We have been told it would be replaced, but have received very little communication regarding the situation.

Amazing dealership. From the time you park at the dealership you'll find a sales guy helping you, offering a test drive, explaining in detail car features. Once you are ready to buy they take care of you fast, and you'll end up driving your new car in no time :)This is the third car I buy here and I have no complaints.Thank you Land Rover at El Paso!!!!

I initially thought that my amazing first experience with the sales and finance team was unparalleled. Thanks to my great advisor Vanessa, that was not the case! She consistently communicated with me and explained throughly every single step of the process. When the service team was done with my vehicle, Vanessa offered many flexible and convenient options for us to get our vehicle back. Upon arrival, to say that I was surprised it s an understatement since my vehicle looked like the very first time when I picked it up from the showroom. A team like yours is hard to find, they definitely made the whole difference in my customer experience!
