Had a good experience at this shop. Great prices, and nice staff. The wait was not as long as other shops ove been to. And besides there's a nice restaurant right across the street to kill time.

Bought 4 new tires, they erased the DOT code from one of them (the build date). Also got the truck aligned and it somehow came out worse. Cheap prices but you will still get ripped off. Hella shady.

The best experience ever! Hernan was the one that helped me and he was very nice. I purchased a rough country 3in lift and the job was done in under 4 hours, he called me during the installation and suggested to change the sway bar links because they were already in bad shape and gave me a very good price. Then when I went to pick up my SUV I was convinced to change to bigger tires and they had them in stock, good brand and very good price.Really happy with the service provided and will come back for more mods for my SUV.

Don't go here!!!! They are not scared to screw you over or sell you stuff you don't need. DONT go here if you don't know about tires or cars in general. The owner/managers are just inside taking the money but won't care to check if the workers are doing the right thing.

Nice staff but bad quality work, bought a 7-9 lift kit and they did 9 inch in front, 5 in back.When test driving my c-v joint , drive shaft, transfer they all broke.Looks like they installed used suspension as well, shocks look used with scratches.Wouldn t recommend

Very much recommended, Staff greated me right away and very attentive . If you are looking for any work done with your ride, Tires, Suspension, or Audio this is your 1 stop shop. They even do State inspections. 5 Stars .

Went to go get a leveling kit. Came out with my cv join boots. Off when to go get a replaced. Then I came out with the Differential seal Busted leaking oil all over the place. But the owner and ana were very helpful and took good care of my truck very respectful

I had an awesome experience at the shop at the shop will recommend them for suspension work. I had them install my Belltech lowering kit and it came out badass. I will definitely be going back again for more.

Overpriced! Super nice when you trying to get you to buy something but after you pay they are rude. I had gone to get 22in package and ask if they would fit with out the car shaking. Guy said yes all done. AskIf he test drove it he said yes and turns out he didn t and my car was shaking. He said he could put 18 in on them. When I told him that 18 were the biggest that would go. I waited two days and spent 9 hours there for them not to do the right job. The young girl that cash s you out is so rude. I would recommend you to look at reviews and look into the items you buy.

Best prices in town. Good work. Expect to wait a little bit due to the fact they are always busy. But that goes to show you they have a strong customer base.

My experience at this establishment was marred by the unprofessional behavior of the owner. Their dismissive attitude, mistreatment of staff, and overall lack of attention to detail created an unwelcoming environment. It is disappointing to witness such a blatant disregard for professionalism and customer satisfaction. I strongly discourage others from supporting this establishment until significant improvements are made in the owner's behavior and management practices.

Friendly staff, very attentive to the customers' needs and wants. Very affordable, fast and clean. Have visited twice, this second time I did total of three (3) tires for a very unexpected affordable price.

Great deals on most rims and wheels !! If using Snap finance make sure you contact the main office so they can arrange to pay it off before 100 days that way you won't pay any interest since it is outrageously high if paid in 12 months...

Went to get control arms replaced, and when I left I noticed a pooping sound when I'd turn, didnt pay no mind to it, assumed they know what they're doing, couple months down the road, turns out they didn't put one of the bolts in. Don't go here, they want you to go back for that missing bolt.

Terrible place to get anything done.If you care about your vehicle take it somewhere else. Here you'll just get an annoying salesman that disappears when they have your money and are done messing up your car. They have like 10 people in the shop working yet none of them know how to do things properly or just don't care enough to do it right. It's sad to see a business take advantage and mistreat people and their vehicles

This business is pretty shady. I took one of my customers cars in for an alignment after we finished redoing the whole suspension and when doing the alignment, they told me one of the shocks "was missing a bolt" even though we completely redid the suspension and the shock only has 2 bolts, one on top and the other on the bottom, impossible to drive without a bolt. He told me I had to pay him an extra $20 in cash for the missing bolt because "he didn't put it on the invoice and he'd have to tax me for it" and when I went to pay, the invoice wasn't even made. He literally told the person at the counter charge him $55. This place is very shady. Only reason I went was because I needed an urgent alignment and they were the only place I found open since all of my reputable colleagues were closed.

Hell, if I could give this a worse rating I definitely would. Customer service is horrible! You literally stand until someone approaches you even though there s at least 5 useless employees sitting around. Only care about new clients and completely disregard you if you ve been there before. Took my tire to get tire to get fixed and they wanted to charge me since it s not in the warranty( which is only a receipt that they write on). I waited almost an hour until I went to go ask and told me it was ready ans just handed off the tire

I bought some really good brand tires and pretty pricey btw and after 6 weeks one of them blew in the freeway, I understand that sometimes tires come defective from factory and I also know that for the same reason they come with warranty.. I took the tire back to Mesa Tire on Alameda and they inspected the tire. They found out that the tire had no nails and it wasn't hit on anyway but they still charged me for a new tire. They didn't wanna go through the warranty. I used to recommend this place but not anymore. Very unprofessional and unreliable place. Very disappointed!

Really bad service from Esau didn't want to replace my tire. Or talk about options. And just left without saying anything. Waited 30 min. after he told me he was gonna adujst my lift. NEVER COMING BACK.

I would give zero if I could. Horrible repair shop, had to take the vehicle back several times. We gave them the car running and when we got the carback the final time it wouldnt even start so we finally decided to go somewhere else. Dont waste your money here.

I had a extremely bad experience at this location and mesa tire is the reason alameda business have a bad reputation. I went in the beginning of jan to buy rims and tires i agreed to pay the over priced rims in the condition that everything came included, including specific rim caps,white stripes and tire pressure sensors, not only did they order me the wrong rims but took 2 weeks after the official date i was given to get them. I have gone back and fourth for going on 5 months for several reasons from waiting for the caps i asked for them to properly install my tire sensors. Today is april 27, I've finally given up on getting what i asked for my calls are always ignored and I'm always told to return just to find out that they are to busy and can't help me for what i already paid for. Once they recieved my payment i was absolutely no concern to them ive drove all the way from horizon over 8 times to resolve and each time i left with no proper explaination nor help to resolve it, ive lost money here and will have to pay else where to fix their mistakes. I am a very patient person but 5 months was enough and to make things worse i had to walk away from this because it was one of the owners relative who i did the sale threw(saul) this business was way better when the original owners managed it.. i do not recommend this place unless ur willing to go threw my stress

Nice guys. Fast work. Cheap tires and wheels for expensive price. If you're not good at negotiating, which im not, or know cars, which I don't, they will take major advantage of you. I told them I drove alot and they sold me tires that was for mud not road. Big deal when I have to drive in rain. When I went to get different tires they tried to charge 1000 to take my old tires and put on new tires which wasn't a major brand but essentially Walmart brand tires... I respect the business but I felt taken advantage of and cheated. 2 stars because my truck does look badass just not as expensive as the money I spent.

Unprofessional customers service. They sell inadequate suspensions for your truck or SUV. Third time I took my SUV because of their lack of mechanical knowledge. I would give it a negative 5 star rating but Google doesn't let me. I do not recommend this place not even to my worst enemy

I was sold 4 tires as new with an alignment but I received 4 used tires one of them is in the attachments and they told me they will not replace it be careful from Jose he is not reliable.
