Horrible place to take your vehicle . Owner doesn t care about you!! Acts like he giving you the best price and will hit you with other fees WHENEVER HE FEELS LIKE FINISHING YOUR VEHICLE!. Vince is not a man of business he will screw you over!!! If I could give no stars I would. Stay away from this sorry person and business!!!

Cashed a check for over 4k from my insurance. Sanded my roof and bumper and that s it. Car sat for over 7 weeks. Owner say they can t paint if it s windy. We live in El Paso windy every day. Had to get the police involved to get my car out. Do not use this shop. Made me sign a waved to not seek legal action to get my car released. Has multiple cases pending against him. Be careful with this shop.

Scam artist!- they will have you pay thousands for used parts. Vince DOES NOT own the company, and uses your money for his own entertainment. Do not give him your time/money. STAY AWAY!!!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

This shop took the time and patience to hear what i wanted and was beyond professional when it came to business from the start process to finish product on my car. Painting a car takes time and it was an overall amazing experience. I recommend this shop to those who truly want a complete paint job thats not rushed and handled professionally.

I ve taken my car twice to Kandy Kustomz and they were just so helpful. First time was to replace my grill and they called and kept me updated with the process as well let me know that my car needed another part to replace. Unlike some places that just fix what you went in for. And the second time I recently went it they gave me my estimate right away for my front bumper and my car was ready that same week. As well they let me know that the mechanics that worked on my car before did not do their job right and the mechanics left bolts out in the open and didn t put them back in place. And Kandy went ahead and fix it for me. I will continue to go back very friendly service. I recommend for everyone to go buy here first before taking your car to a dealership.

I highly recommend taking your car here. The customer service was very helpful and they took the time to answer all my questions. I received numerous updates and was very pleased with the job they had done. The paint job was phenomenal and the turn around time was right on schedule.

Great customer service. Awesome job on my truck. And the owner is very attentive to customer needs. He kept me on the loop throughout the whole process. And even sent me photos. This my second truck I have taken to them and wouldn't go anywhere else. Highly recommend.

Bought a truck and the dealership wanted to charge me an arm and a leg for the spray liner. I had Kandy Kustomz install the Raptor spray liner and it came out great! Better warranty than the dealership could offer me and I got it back fast. About a year ago they did some work on my Miata and got it back fast with a full detail. Quality work! That s why I went back again, and will go back for the lift soon!

Came in because my car needed service due to the hail in El Paso. Could not be more satisfied with the outcome of my vehicle. Not only did the quality of paint and craftsmanship come out great but the workers and owner are even more courteous. Definitely will come back if needed. Thanks!

This place was truly amazing. They replaced my hood, windshield and welded together an important piece needed to keep my hood shut all in just a few hours. They were so friendly and really helpful, couldn't have asked for a better experience!

I rear ended a car and my mini van suffered a lot of damage, the people at Kandy Kustomz were very friendly and knowledgeable they worked really well with the insurance company and my car looks like new! Great job, friendly staff, excellent work and fair prices!Thank you!

Had a great experience. I was seen in a timely manner. Great prices and as a female I feel like they will not take advantage trying to sell me stuff I don t need. They fixed my windshield on my Mini Countryman and did an aweome job

I took my Elantra in due to a wreck. The whole side fender and bumper were crashed. They were able to get the parts quick and paint it in reasonable time. Great job, I recommend!

REALLY friendly staff and not to mention the amazing job that was done to my car. The owner is really professional when it comes to his work, I would definitely suggest for anyone to go try this place out if looking for a good job done.

Took my car here for an accident repair. First paint job, the paint turned yellow. Took it back to be fixed and the same thing happens, but worse. Contacted company they get their paint from and they stated they haven t had any faulty paint. They believe they mixed the paint with another product. This is such a horrible job. Too much money spent for this issue to occur twice.

Do not take your car to this sorry excuse of a business. Literally scammed me out of my car. They're money hungry thieves who will take advantage of you any way possible. It Deserves a negative rating.(Edit) no use for my car? Lol when I had my friend call in to ask about the camaro you all had sitting there you were willing to sell it to him and tried lying about performance parts we knew it didn't have. Recorded the conversation too just in case y'all try denying it . Sorry, sorry excuse of a business.

This shop uses low quality materials and they also do low quality paint jobs. Time frame to get your vehicle painted is 3 times longer than they say, and if you talk about customer service they lack that too.
