Garcia and Justin made sure to I didn't leave until I was satisfied and took the time to show me the problem up close and explain it to where I understood and I've NEVER had any other had anywhere else do that and I appreciate it,I think I'll only deal with them from now on

I went this morning for my safety inspection. I was kindly greeted by Luz very friendly. My inspection was done by Marvin who is very nice and friendly. Highly recommend this location. My husband came here first with his Camaro and recommended I come as well. We will continue to use this location for our automotive needs and you should too!

They love to up sell and being a woman, I guess they thought I wasn't intelligent. Prices were high and I did not use them. Even with the coupon, their prices were high, went elsewhere, paid $12 less than what they offered.

Update!!!!!!Kudos to the General Store manager for reaching out to me, much appreciated. Thank you for making things right and for that they deserve a 5 start review.Good customer service and explained everything to detail BUT when I got home noticed that my truck was leaking oil. So I looked underneath my vehicle and what do i find a leaky oily mess. Didn't even bother cleaning the undercarriage of my vehicle. I understand changing the oil can be messy but not this bad,Services: Tires, Oil change

This is my first time using their services.As soon as I pulled up they took my car and started working on it. It didn't take long for them to finish which to me is a big plus!! They did oil change. They checked my air filter, cleaned my windshield and vacuuming as a complementary service which was really nice of them. Alex and Seth were patient and friendly. I will be going back for my tire rotation that's coming up next .....I appreciate customer service more than anything and they were both very courteous at all times as well.Excellent service guys! keep up the awesome work.Services: Air conditioning, Oil change

Highly recommend this shopAfter arriving to do my state inspection I was greeted by the friendly staff, and they showed me where to wait. Offer me free coffee or water. Offices are clean and neatRuby was amazing, in and out in 20 minutes, and will go back again for any services

It was my first time here. I needed an inspection sticker. As soon as I parked, someone was waiting for me and walked me to the waiting room. They offer complimentary coffe and water. Waiting room was clean. It was a great experience and highly recommended. I was in and out in no time.

Jiffy Lube is always fast and they can be trusted to let you know what your vehicle needs, if anything at all. The cost is reasonable and I highly recommend them!

Hands down the BEST place to get things done on your vehicle. Alex was the best from start to finish! Such a great experience! Answered all our questions and made us feel comfortable the entire time are car was getting worked on. Alex also did a great job on explaining everything about our vehicle from oil changes, engine filters, and brakes. We left with no worries or doubts on our vehicle!

My van was leaking oil and leaving an oil spot on the pavement, I brought it in to Jiffy and they quickly determined that it was leaking at the oil filter. They replaced it with the correct one, and replenished the lost oil. They refused to charge an amount, so I got all this for free wow!! The banner outside says that they give a 25% discount to military, active and veterans! I will continue to go for all my vehicle service, and share with all my buddies and friends! Thank you Jiffy! By the way, they are all veterans!!

When to do an state inspection early in the morning got there 30 minutes before they open, when finally showed up they came to ask me what service I was looking and I told them state inspection they told sure not a problem we can help you after 5 minutes they came back to me just to told me that the only guy that does the inspection just called in sick, COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. Why just one guy, waste of gas and my time, I will never go back to this place and probably recommend to call ahead of time so they don t waste your time and gas.

Great and quick service all the time. I love that they inspect all fluids & top them off for me since I drive from AZ to TX frequently. I also like that they vacuum my vehicle since it's difficult for me to do.The military discount is awesome and most appreciated. Thank you for honoring those who have served our great Country.
