This car shop is great! Rick, who accepts your vehicle, is always helpful and trying to find the best solution for your car for a reasonable price. A thorough check is done when they accept the vehicle and then you even get a thorough (online!) report with issues and their importance. Then you get price and time estimates and decide whether to go through with the fix or not. I definitely recommend 10/10!

Recently I took my car to Jay's Automotive to get my brakes and rotors replaced. I was recommended to go by a friend who has been taking her vehicles here for years and has always been happy with their service. I'm am so happy I found a reliable mechanic! The experience was great from the easy drop off, to getting a quick call telling me what needed to be done with an estimate, then a text a few hours later letting me know my car was ready for pickup. The best part was when I picked up my vehicle, the price was even less (which I thought was already a great price) and my brakes were done perfectly! Zero pulsation and quiet now!

Needed to get daughter's vehicle inspected to transfer out of state title. Very prompt and courteous. Even offered me some water or soda while waiting. I declined but appreciated offer. Painless and quick. Will use them for other vehicle work.

I am a disabled veteran who broke down on the way back to California. Not only was Rick, the person who helped me, extremely personable and empathetic but he went above and beyond for me and my vehicle. If you have to choose an auto shop, you won t regret choosing this one.

I have used Jay's Automotive several times and have always been pleased. Understanding that the only time you need to use their services, it's for a not good reason. The shop always treated us with respect, gave us the straight answers and performed high quality work. This is a shop that I trust and I would recommend anyone to use them. I highly recommend Jay's Automotive for your vechicle's mechanical service. I have used their service on multiple occasions and have been quite satisfied each time such repairs have been made. Initially, Jay's Automotive performs a diagnostic analysis or a visual vechicle's inspection to determine cause of failure and required repair action(s).A printout is texted to the customer with findings prior, to performing actual repairs. This information is to let the customer to decide weather he/she wishes to proceed with noted proposed repairs.

This place is trustworthy. Had them check out a vehicle I was considering buying from a dealership nearby and they did a very detailed investigation for me and gave me some valuable information needed to ultimately make my decision. Ask for Rick, he ll take great care of you.

My Honda Accord is super reliable. It rarely needs service, but when it does, my first choice is Jay's Automotive. I recently took my Accord for the annual state inspection and for servicing. Just like the last time, they were courteous and professional. My Accord was serviced the same day and is running great. Thank you to Rick and the technicians at Jay's Automotive for the great service!

I dropped my car for an AC diagnostic and was charged 90 dollars for it. Diagnosis said my car needed an entire new AC system with a price of 3,500.00 for the work and parts. Something didn't feel right to me about this so Iwent to a different shop for a second diagnostic and was quoted 350.00 for the repair.Unfortunately, Jay's diagnostic was completely incorrect and if I would have proceeded with the work I would been 3500.00 out of pocket with a unnecessary work to my car.

Another successful trip to Jays automotive, I take all my cars here in the last 4 months I had my 1988 RAM 50Having some issue with a leak that I thought was an oil leak. When they looked at it they discovered it was a tiny hole in my coolant line that was causing the leak. Also fix a couple of other things. My 1996 Lincoln town car had a blender door issue where even when I had the AC on it still blows cold air. Jay s Automotive conducted the diagnostic and fix the issue everything works as should. Last is my 2005 Mercury sable was having multiple problems with it but they were able to run down all the issues and the car is running like a champ. I have been going to Jay Automotive for almost three years and I have never had an issue here. Rick always keeps me posted on the vehicle I ve never had to call and ask what the status of my vehicles, he is definitely on top of things at the shop. The very detail report they give you by text so you can look at it from your phone gives you everything you need to know about what is good with your vehicle and what is bad even to what is moderate. I have never had a place give me that much detail on a vehicle. I found this place after going to multiple auto shops around El Paso, and this is a very well staffed, polite, clean, informative, auto shop that gets the job done right. Thank you Jay s Automotive for taking care of my vehicle s. As I stated in other reviews I live in the northeast and for the quality of work and the piece of mind knowing you are not being ripped off the drive is worth it for me.

Professional courteous and quick. Price is great had a vehicle inspection done didn't take more than 15 minutes. Side note coffee they offer in the lobby was excellent. Also was not completely sure about my insurance paperwork owner was very courteous in helping me.
