Exceptional Assistance! I came in to get my car serviced on a Saturday and the guys in the parts department stood up and helped tremendously!! My hat goes of to these guys on how they took time from their regular schedule to just simply roll out the red carpet and assist me. Hiram from parts and Javier service adviser just bar none above the rest.

I made the mistake of falling in love with Jaguar and bought my first vehicle in 2017. Every time I call to make an appointment for service there is an issue either with the attitude or with the service itself. I changed my vehicle in 2019 after being in an accident and although the salesman was helpful and attentive the bad experience started again when having issues with my vehicle. I was promised things that at the end they were not respected or like it was mentioned I was too naive to believe them. I have been to Jaguar/Land Rover in Dallas and Houston and the service is out of this world. This last service appointment I dropped my vehicle a day before and explained to the person that received the car my camera was acting up when going on reverse. They told me they were adding it to the appointment order. Lucky for me I was not able to pick up my vehicle, but my husband picked it up and they explained to him that they had to check if the camera was still in the warranty and if yes so it could be ordered. I had not receive a call and hesitated to call but when I explained the situation the person that helped me sarcastically laughed and pointed out that the car was only there for oil change when I specifically had the camera issue checked. Honestly at this point I rather not fix my camera if every time I have to deal with some kind of mistreatment. I love Jaguar, but the belittlement and the treatment is not worth it at this point. When working with customers empathy and kindness goes a long way specially if you don t recall the situation and if I m genuinely asking for an update. As simple as that. I always try to swallow the bad pill and justify the situation and not take it personally, but it s difficult after 8 yrs of the same situation. I learned my lesson this time and as much as I love my vehicle I am looking to get a different car brand as soon as it comes available.

The Dealership staff were very helpfull and curteous when my Husband and I entered the building. The General Manager and The Finance Manager were wonderful to deal with. The Salesman could do with some training of some sort. This is a LUXURY car dealership..we should be called by our name - not "Hey Guys"...not very professional. It is also the first Dealership that I have not been shown around , wasn't even shown where the Service Dept is . I will still give the Dealership 5* because one person , should not bring everyone else down. As I said, more training is needed in a few areas for the Sales Person - besides that we had a great ecperience.# Proud owner of a 2023 Jaguar F-Pace.

Update June 29 2023: Vehicle went in for service twice this month and everything went as I would expect from a luxury car dealership. The manager and advisor are on point this time, so it's only fair to update my review.Sometime in 2021: Brought car for airbag recall twice. First time didn't have the airbags and the second time the service was performed but I dropped my ride off in showroom condition and picked her up very dirty with several dashboard screws all over the floorboard. I gave them two stars because I am grateful that no visual damage occurred to the dash or any other parts of the interior. I'm glad that was my only recall. My wasted time going there twice and the way service was performed with "extra" screws all over the floorboard was not to my liking.

Called the Service Dept. to schedule service. Nobody ever answered. This went on for several days. Finally, a woman answered. Completely unprofessional and made me feel like I was bothering her. Was told earliest available service appointment was a month and a half wait. I called the Jaguar/Land Rover dealership in Kansas, where I purchased my car, and told them about the poor service experience and they were shocked. Too bad Wichita is too far to drive for service. I have found several shops in El Paso that work on diesel Jaguars. They'll get my business

Bought a new Jaguar F-Pace in March 2023. It turned out to be a lemon. The brakes stopped working, the brake lights and then turn signals stopped working. We took the vehicle immediately back to Jaguar to get serviced and they kept saying it worked. We took it back 4 times for the same issues because when we drove it everything continued to fail and brake failed to engage. Fast forward to now in August 2023. They have had our vehicle for 3 months without giving us answers and we continue to have to pay for a vehicle that we haven t had and haven t been able to drive. Frank the service manager said we could use him as punching bag but he fails to see the real issue at hand which is the vehicle safety. Now they re supposed to buy back the vehicle but we continue to wait and wait for 3 months now for a result or resolution. Consumer service was also informed but yet still no resolution. To the owner Mr. Garcia I would like a call back since you also fail to answer and return our phone calls. You have failed as a dealership and you have failed as a company. Worst experience we have ever had buying new vehicles.

The entire staff at Jaguar El Paso is great and their customer service is amazing. My wife purchased from here and overall had a wonderful experience.I have been getting my Jaguar serviced here and their work has been great and affordable considering it is a high end dealership.Recently my Jaguar was dumping coolant and I immediately contacted the service department and they told me to bring it in right away. Despite how busy their service department is, they were able to diagnose and fix my car within a few days. Joe the service advisor kept me updated of the status of my car, clearly quoted the work being performed and even threw in a complimentary service. I will not trust any other service department to take care of my cars.

Absolutely the WORST place to take your car to get fixed. Don t even let them change the oil. They lie and somehow things go missing from your car that no one knows about. Mine was a huge silver plate that covered the engine. Really? I had to call Jaguar in England to get a straight answer. They DO come with a plate. One that costs a thousandThis MUST be a family owned business. No one wants to be held accountable for their mistake.Very very bad business.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS DO NOT BUY.This is the second vehicle I buy from them same experience. If their upper management is not customer focused nor will the employees. You have to set up an appointment with parts and services and after weeks of rescheduling they never service my vehicle. I am disgusted with how much money I have invested with them and what I get in return. They lost a good customer taking my money somewhere else.

DO NOT BUYWorst experience with a vehicle of my life. I ve had my Jaguar for 1 yr and a half and I ve only driven it 8 months since the other 8 months the vehicle has been At the agency shop or not driving correctly. Customer service throughout this ordeal hasn t been the most comforting either, it feels as they are doing me a favor by fixing my car that has been a dud. They have returned my car 3 times and all three times it had to go back my friends warned me about this type of vehicle and they were right.

The worst service department. My vehicle has had a service alert for the past 2 months so I login to the app to schedule an appointment, which is 2 months out. I bring it in and after waiting over 15 minutes for someone to help me, he then says that s weird it doesn t need service. I explain the service light has been on for 2 months and he says yeah let me go talk to someone. Comes back and says yeah it s a mistake and just needs to be reset. So the 30 minutes drive, 30 minute wait for nothing! I wouldn t buy from this dealership just based on the service department. This has been the 3rd time I ve had issues with them and each time, the customer service gets worse. And the best part which I would have probably forgone the review was that not even a small apology was given for their mistake.

Wonderful experience purchasing my vehicle. Got top dollar for my trade-in, and the customer service was exceptional. They made sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. The salesman was wonderful. I have taken my car in for oil changes and the service department is the best I've been to in El Paso. I've been given a loaner for the day if needed. First class service always. I would highly recommend.

There is no customer service at this place. This is my first Jaguar and I will never again buy another one! I have always had Mercedes Benz and I was expecting the same service, to my surprise it is not. Advisors are rude they never return your calls and they take a long time to do anything even with an appointment. My car had a leak from a coolant hose and had to be tow to the dealership. That happen on Friday morning I received a call on Monday asking me what was wrong with the car because they didn t have a record of any of my calls to them. Service advisor was rude as always and I was told I would get a call back that same day. 48 hrs later still waiting for a call. I am still with out a car. The only time I received a loaner was an old dirty Subaru SUV. I am very disappointed on the customer service this place has.

I ve own many new vehicles in the past but they don t compare to a high end luxury car. From when we walked into the dealership and Anais greeted us, we felt like family! The team worked hard for us to get us the best deal. The finance team was awesome! I highly recommend this place!!

Do not do business with this place. Horrible service! I have never been treated so bad in my life. They have had my car for 6 weeks now and was promised a loaner every week for the first 3 weeks, with no results. They don't even bother calling you to let you know what's going on. you have to be the one calling them. Received a text message on July 10th promising me a loaner or rental on Monday, today is July 28th and they have yet to call me. I will definitely be suing this company to make an example of them and how they treated me. Even the receptionist confirmed that they do not call people back or care about customer service. Asked to speak to a general manager or service manager, but they didn't care to speak to me. I already opened a case with their corporate office. BEWARE PEOPLE!

I've just visited this dealership for the first time to get service work done on my F-type. Tunie, my service writer, was friendly and accommodating. It took some time for the service to be completed, and while waiting, several employees asked if I needed anything and told me where I could find the complementary coffee, tea, water and snacks. When my car was returned to me, it had been freshly washed. Everyone at this dealership was friendly and a pleasure to deal with, so I'll absolutely continue giving them my business.

In this day and age quality customer service is a rarity, while on a trip across country I discovered our back brakes needed replacement, after calling and being turned down, I reached Teresa at Jaguar of El Paso, she was sympathetic to our needs and moved mountains to fit us in, she was great at call backs and follow up, her service is a testament to the company she works for, its a reflection on the culture they create and its nice these days to have that human touch...we are clients now for life!THANK YOU Teresa

I have been to this dealer for service twice since coming to El Paso. The service has always been outstanding. Roger is an amazing service advisor and always takes the time to explain everything. They never try to throw in extra stuff that you don t need and have always been honest and upfront. Far better service than we received at Jaguar Honolulu. Took the time to remove the tag from my car for the complimentary car wash after I told them it had been bent or broken by the car wash at the Honolulu Jaguar multiple times. The care that they show takes a little stress away being a military family knowing our vehicle is getting good quality service. Will continue to bring my XJL here for the remainder of our time here in El Paso. Thank you!

Terrible customer service! Took my car in early morning for minor issue (install rear wiper arm). After calling at the end of day, I was told my car had not been worked on. I never received a call letting me know they would need to keep it overnight. I wonder how long they will keep it when it needs to be repaired!

My 1st time coming to your dealership was a wonderful experience! From the initial calls to your dealership, where all were VERY friendly, professionally, and helpful, to my arrival, I will DEFINITELY return if needed.Once at the dealership, the professionalism continued with informed and well trained men. The service department and gentlemen repairing and servicing my XK were great too.DEFINITELY go to this dealership IF in the El Paso area. They even took me to the mall so I could spend 2 hours while servicing my Jaguar.Thank you and continue the wonderful work.

Always a great service experience! All employees are extremely helpful and kind especially in the service department. They seem a little understaffed but I ve been here a few times and it hasn t ever impacted their attitude and willingness to do anything they can to help. I wish I could give my service rep a shoutout for helping me today with a DEF top off but I didn t get his name.

If I could give a negative, they would be it!! Had an insurance claim, broken tire rod, 8 May!(covered by my insurance). Get a call, 6:18 pm, today, telling me that I have a rear coolant leak, $2400. Was supposed to email me paperwork. Close at 7:00 pm, I call 6:20 pm, noone in service!! Straight garbage!!

Beware when you take your vehicle for service. My vehicle has been there for months due to a mechanic s incompetency and Jaguar/Land Rover s inability to obtain parts.**Update my car has now been there 9 months out of the 18 months of ownership, with no end in sight. I spoke with Johnny Pattison and unfortunately it has yielded zero results. There s no sense of urgency to fix or replace my vehicle even though the dealership admitted this was their error.

I'm in town for vacation from San Antonio and came in asking for a car wash. The service advisor said since I didn't buy my jag from them I can't get my car washed here. Definitely unfair when I drove here from out of town. Sad that customer service is compromised for a sale over brand loyalty and not creating an environment for good future business. I'm glad I didn't buy mine here!I have gone to multiple dealerships in 2 different states and have never been told at any of them that they won't wash my car. I'll commute to the another dealership for my next vehicle service!

Extremely unprofessional Jaguar service. I have tried to get a 2007 Jaguar repaired there and they have no clue as to what is going on, nor did they want to take the vehicle and had to convince the Service Manager to look at it. I was told there was a back log and the receptionist Theresa the receptionist has quite the attitude. I do not know why people have no idea how to have good customer service, but they dont. So, I had some engine trouble in my Jag and had to have it towed to this dealership. They took a few days to get to it, which I feel is too slow, but that isn't the real issue. One of the tech in back looked through my personal belongings (papers) and posted a picture of one of my documents along with my car on the internet. I know this because a mechanic I know alerted me to this and showed me the internet post. This actually happened in the summer of last year, and I have been reluctant to post a negative to post, but I think customers and potential customers should know. The customer service there is far lacking as well. My service advisor was very smug and apathetic. The two experiences combined definitely made me decide not to give this dealership any of my business for servicing my car, nor for buying a new Jaguar F-Type R that I am currently in the market for.

My 2007 XK needs a software update. Service Department and Manager said they don't service anything older than 2014, Worthless if you don't own a newer car.
