This was the best experience I've had when doing business with a buddy shop. Hector was extremely professional and stayed in contact with me throughout the process. What I appreciated the most, other shops told me they would need my truck for 3 days to just paint a new hood and install it. To add to the horror, the other shops even wanted me to make appointments 2 weeks out. Hector understood that I needed my truck and was able to, not only get it in the next day, but complete the work within a reasonable time.All of the guys working there are well maintained and extremely professional. Every person I came in contact wanted to ensure my comfort while waiting and seemed to be very happy working there.I, not only, strongly recommend Innovative to anyone needing work done on their vehicle, I have already recommended Innovative to my own mother.Thank you Hector and the Innovative crew for everything
