I recently had the pleasure of receiving outstanding service from Chris (service manager and Jennifer (service advisor) at Hoy Fox Volkswagen. From the moment I walked in, they were incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. Chris patiently listened to my concerns and provided expert advice, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Jennifer s friendly demeanor and attention to detail were exceptional, making me feel valued as a customer. So happy with our car buying experience here! We worked with Roberto Alvarez to get our VW Atlas. He was very knowledgeable on all of the features of the car and was able to answer all of our questions. Definitely didn t feel like we were dealing with a tricky salesperson. Very friendly, great personality and worked with us. Martin was also helpful. I recommend this dealership.

Alberto Velasquez was our sales man. He greeted us when we arrived but was not pushy at all. He stayed close and was easy to reach if we had questions but gave us room to look around. He is very knowledgeable of the vehicles he sells. He gave us a great demonstration on the different features in each vehicle. Once we were ready to purchase, the process was smooth and fast. Their offices are beautiful and clean. They offer free drinks and snacks to make your experience comfortable. The finance manager made sure we got a great interest rate. We will definitely be referring people to Alberto and to Hoy Volkswagen.

Greatest customer service!!! Very professional and helpful service advisors. I love this place! They have a full bar of complementary snacks, coffee, ice cream etc etc I would definitely recommend this dealership for all your vehicle s necessary maintenance and repairs.

I was told I d have a warranty for 3 years after buying my car for my oil changes. Turns out, that was a big fat lie. I haven t even had it 2 years and it s already done. And they decide to tell me until AFTER the service that there s no warranty anymore and charged me over $100. Funny how this they tell me after but other recommendations were asked beforehand. Not coming back here ever again.

I went to a different VW for my last service and was there what seemed like forever (I also had an appointment). Hoy checked me in, took my vehicle, and kept me updated. Their waiting area was very nice and offered snacks and drinks ( great when you have a kid). When the car was done the receptionist told me what they did and even remembered that I was moving soon and to stop by to have the car checked. They even mounted my license plate!

It was good when I purchased my vehicle. Had an issue with it a month ago I wanted to schedule my appointment to get it serviced and get a lender due to my work schedule and them being booked for a month. Had to call and get my appointment scheduled a month later when I originally wanted to do it when I had gotten the status of the issues. Today I went to drop my vehicle off to get the lender it seemed as if they had just gotten back the car and gave it to me the inside was dirty from the staring wheel to the back seat being with white stains and crumps of dog food. I mean. I can t complain it s a lender but Still had to wipe everything and clean it before transferring my son over with the car seat

William was fantastic! We took the Atlas to be serviced and he kept us updated on the process of the vehicle. Gave recommendations on parts that they could replace. A tire had a slow leak and they found a nail it. Thanks to the tire warranty it was replaced. We are getting ready for a road trip and we feel great about the vehicle.

My wife took the vehicle in and was nervous about doing so without me. Needless to say, the attending Representative took very good care of her and even called me regarding specific issues related to our Cross Sport, instead of pressuring my wife with those questions. I was very grateful for the help and courtesy we were treated with, especially since we are readying the vehicle for a road trip, and we now have that sense of security and peace of mind knowing it was properly and thoroughly inspected.

I have always had a good experience with the work received I am just not a fan of Jennifer. She gets the work done but always with some smug comments. It is already an uncomfortable place to be with getting work done on a vehicle and spending hard earned money. The comments are just unnecessary and it isn't just with me I have spoken to many Volkswagen owners who will drive all the way to the westside to avoid working with her.

One of the best and stress-free car buying experiences I have had. Gustavo Holcombe was great at communicating with me. I sent him info on my expiring lease and vehicle I wanted to look at. He made sure we were ready to go for a test drive when I arrived and answered all of my questions. The negotiation process was pain free as the final number we agreed on was also easily agreeed upon and I was driving home in my new Tiguan fairly quickly. Part of the reason I chose this dealership was the great reviews and I can see why they are this way. I would recommend buying from Hoy for sure.

Went in to have a new light sensor installed. Jennifer had me out in about 50 mins. Washed my car and changed the oil. Love this service dept.

This place is really terrible. I bought my car here and will definitely not be buying another one from them.I went to go have the clutch replaced in my car and I was quoted $3,300. This is way too much for a clutch replacement.When I explained it was too expensive and I wanted my car back they dropped the price to $2,200 dollars.This was really upsetting. So they are just overcharging people an extra 1100 dollars just for the hell of it? Disgusting.After still not wanting the service I was then forced to pay an expensive diagnostic fee (when I already knew and it was obvious what was wrong with the car I doubt there was even a diagnostic done) and they tried tacking on an additional 300 dollar charge.Really disappointed. When I bought my car here I thought they were better.I brought my car here because I trusted them, but ended up getting screwed with fees and astronomical prices. Wouldn t recommend bringing your car here.

Edit They buffed my Mirror caps and Bumper protector, Manger and Service advisors were professional and tried to fix the issue as best as possible. Took Responsibility car still got scratched but they made things right.Came by today for my brand new 2023 GOLF GTIs first oil change. They told me they were only doing an oil change and multipoint inspection. They ended up doing a Courtesy wash and it was through an AUTOMATIC car wash. They scratched my Cars paint up pretty good and they never informed me they were going to be doing a wash. This was my first time at this dealership for a service and I bought my car out of town not from them in SATX. I own a Detailing Business and this is unacceptable especially for a car that was ceramic coated!!! ALSO I just bought a brand new bumperdillo from them THE DAY BEFORE! 140$!!! I put it on LAST NIGHT. It s completely scratched up In less than 24 hours. My car has been hand washed since it s been purchased, over 50 + hours of washing the car down the drain. Also the way it s scratched makes it seem like whoever dried or washed it used sand paper. They truly washed my car like they didn t care. On top of that I came back as soon as I noticed the scratches talked with my service advisor and they had some other tech come out and try to argue with me how it was not swirls and it wasn t the automatic car wash. Once I pointed out the scratches they had no way to deny it. Especially since I had receipts for the parts I picked and just bought the night before. I put some pictures of where the scratches are noticeable like my new mirror caps I got last week and the new bumperdillo. I just wish they informed me before they washed it especially since it s a brand new car. They did offer to buff only the bumperdillo and wanted me to bring the car back after 5pm to have it done. Truly I just don t want them to even touch my car.

This dealer was best dealer I have visited!! I dropped in just before closing and was treated as if I was the first customer of the day. I had an engine service light and was due to make a long on trip to Houston the following morning. The service team took my company car in, scanned for codes, identified the issues and corrected the problems. I can honestly state that other dealers (not just speaking of VW) do not provide this level of customer service. I have been instructed many times to have an appointment and/or come by the following day as they are not taking any additional customers. Many thanks to your team, I thank you, my company thanks you.

As I was shopping for a replacement to my 2023 Jeep Wrangler 4Xe with 16k miles, I visited Hoy VW, was greeted by Sales Consultant Emiliano Reyes, drove the new ID.4 which I read extensively about. The process was conducted professionally from beginning to end thru Sales Manager Patrick Quiroz and finally finished all docs with F&I Manager Frank Flores. Super happy with the transaction and the overall experience, thanks for a great job!!

Lack of Communication. I've had the truck for 5 days since I purchased it and had to take it in for a check engine light. I was told byRichie that it could be a code error or fuel pump and I would have to leave it over night so they can run diagnostics all day Friday. no one called me Friday to give me any updates. I received a text on Thursday to welcome me to Mercedes-benz and no follow up texts. I had to call at 5:30 pm Friday to get an update and was told it was the fuel pump and that maybe the part would be in on Monday. Again no updates on Monday and I called on Tuesday and was told it was being worked on by Richie. 5pm I called again and was told it should be ready soon. no follow up call from anyone. at 5:45 pm I was told it was being put in to be washed and obviously I wouldn't be able to get it since service closes at 6pm. I stopped by Wednesday morning at 8 am and was given the paper work but no explanation exactly what the issue was and why the fuel pump had to be replaced when this truck only has appx 1600 miles 2023 Tiguan. I hope this is the only issue I have with this truck and I don't have to be coming in monthly for service issues. Also side note I had to bring it in 2 days after purchasing bc I had low air pressures on all 4 tires with a 30 PSI. I am really questioning the 100+ point dealer inspection.

My service consultant Jennifer Stockman was able to schedule my repair and get it done in the same day! I also appreciated the courtesy shuttle that gave me a ride home and picked me up when my vehicle was ready. Extremely pleased with the service!

That lady Jennifer is so rude, I was talking to her nice but she was just being so sarcastic and calling my bluff. Like I get it you re having a bad day, but could ve been more professional.She gave me her card so I can call her if I wanted an update on my car, she never answered. I left her some voicemails , she never got back at me. However there was this guy that really helped me on the phone , I forgot his name , but he was really nice and understanding.
