My experience has always been great!!Starting from when I purchased my vehicle there and now servicing it.Josh has excellent customer service and took care of my vehicle's needs. I was disappointed to find out he was transferred to Mercedes Benz dealership.Today was my first time meeting Marcus. His customer service was awesome! He went above and beyond with his customer service. I went in to get an oil change and the wait was 3 and a half hours. I didn't want to wait that long. I had things to do, so I told Marcus I will return on Saturday. He offered me an uber service to take me to my house and pick me up when my vehicle was ready. It was convenient. That way I can get my vehicle serviced today. I also purchased wipers at the parts center. The young man at the counter was really nice too. When I returned to pick up my vehicle, I also had the pleasure to meet William. William is also nice and has great customer service! I look forward to working with him the next time I take my vehicle in for service.I am happy with Hoy auto services. They are attentive and are helpful. I know my my vehicle is in good hands.Thank you Hoy Auto Express!

This shop is amazing!! We are on a cross country trip, and our van door was blown all the way open which created a dent and it made it hard to open the door. Gilbert Gomez, the manager took a look at it and said he could adjust it until we can get home to get it fixed. Everyone was very nice and the shop is very professional. Thank you for getting us back on the road safely.

I will NEVER go to this establishment again. Very unprofessional. I was deceived into purchasing a brand new tire I didn't need. This is the second tire I purchased in less than a year. The same tire in the same location. The tire had a screw in it and it couldn't be repaired or have warranty? The tire is still in very good condition and was able to be patched I immediately took it to a tire shop. People work hard for their money stop SCAMING them. Not to mention it is unacceptable to have customers wait 5 hours for a tire change. Shame on you guys!

Excellent service. It was a last minute schedule because my vehicle experienced an engine light one evening. I went on their website to schedule service and the next morning was available. They received my vehicle first thing the next morning, scanned it,diagnosed it, and resolved early morning. Jennifer explained everything to me and displayed excellent customer service skills.

My experience with your establishment is by far the best experience I've had at a car dealership. Jennifer Stockman is an expert in her field and ensured that my vehicles needs were attended to promptly. I was informed constantly on the status of my repair. When I picked my vehicle it had been cleaned to perfection. I couldn't see myself going anywhere but Hoy Family Auto.

Had a great experience with Hoy. The service took about 2:30 hours but finding out what they did to our vehicle it was worth the wait. Thank you service team for checking up on me to make sure I was ok offering me coffee and popcorn. Also they explained everything done to our vehicle and if anything needed our attention. Our experience with our vehicle and the service provided has been top notch. Thank you!

Great dealership! Purchased my VW Jetta here and have been going for services here when needed as well. Every time I am there I am treated with the utmost respect, if my service is expected to take a while, they offer a complimentary shuttle or Uber ride. Very friendly staff, clean relaxed environment, and great service. When it is time to purchase another vehicle, this place will definitely be the place I go.

Overall good experience, as I was hoping to schedule an appointment for an oil change. But was told we could use the shuttle service to and from the dealership after the service was completed. Everything from coffee to the shuttle service was great. The shuttle service home involved the service team providing another option when one wasn t available and the shuttle to pick up my vehicle was wonderful.

Very unsatisfied with this service center for multiple reasons. 1- Staff/technicians are not detail oriented. Tire pressure was verified and two of original N2 caps were missing (one replaced with regular plastic cap) YES! only one. 2-They told me it was time to replace wipers $50+ one of them is defective and does not wipe thoroughly. 3- System down; they wrote my credit card on a form to manually charge. 4- tech keeps selling me an air filter every time I go for oil change stating that "these need to be replaced every 10,000miles", since my first oil change, wish for a better service next time, thank you

Hoy Volkswagen was great! My vehicle required a repair that was covered under warranty and Hoy was able to service my vehicle within a week of dropping it off. Ritchie provided me with a loaner vehicle and the process was seamless. It s always a burden to not have your vehicle but that burden was lessened with the service received by Hoy and their staff. Needless to say, it was a whole different experience than any other Volkswagen dealership I ve gone to in the El Paso area.

Excellent customer service, the other R vw dealership would not look at my breaks until January???!!! Hoy took me in the next day. Cleaned my brakes and I feel safe! Thanks - my next vehicle purchase will be here. Customer service matters MOST after the sale.

Jennifer Stockman made my experience great. She got me checked in quickly, spoke with me over the phone about what my car was going to need, called me once the part was in and had my car ready within a few hours.The team at Hoy Fox is great. Popcorn in the waiting area a plus.

If I could rate the service I got on saturday I would definitely give it zero stars. It s my first time taking my vehicle here to get serviced and one of your technicians had the audacity to break the latch to open my hood and blame it on me. I think the dealership and service department needs to take ownership of their mistakes and learn how to make things right for the client. If I was a service advisor , I would ve already had the part ordered and appointment set before even confronting my client to let them know the mistake my tech made! This should be a great learning opportunity for the tech and especially the service advisor . But the advisor I got took it personal instead of making things right he got bothered because I spoke my mind about it the mistake you all made. And I am so confident in the lack of customer service at the dealership and service department provides, that I can even predict that when I take my vehicle on January 17 to get the part fixed, it s not even gonna be ordered yet and I m still gonna have to wait almost 2 weeks. Feel free to quote me. See you, January 17, And I hope your technicians don t break anything else because you will hear from my lawyer next time.

I discovered that my rear tires were punctured but weren t prominently leaking air, so I immediately took my car to Hoy Volkswagen s Service Department. Both Marcus and William were extremely helpful in providing tire replacement options in addition to the inspection by the service technicians of my tires condition. Although the tires had to be special-ordered, Hoy Volkswagen s Service and Parts Departments insured the quick arrival of my replacement tires. Hoy Volkswagen s service and professionalism is top-notch out of nearly all the Volkswagen franchises I ve experienced over the years. UPDATE I received my vehicle back and it is perfect in every way, right down to the smooth-as-glass surfaces of the paint. Their pride of service is evident at every step.At first, I was a loyal customer of Caliber Collision, particularly the one located on North Mesa Street, in El Paso TX. But...When my vehicle's driver door was severely damaged, and having a window that would not go back up, I reached out to Giovanni at Caliber Collision. He saw the window and said it could not be raised. When I expressed concern about water damage to the interior leather and electronics, he put a sheet of collision wrap on the window--essentially a large piece of thicker Saran Wrap. Driving became a concern as the piece of plastic started to come away from the vehicle. I could not use the freeway, or drive much over 15 mph.While there, I sought to make an appointment for an estimate but was told they could not do that until they had the claim number attached to them. So I called the insurance company and got the claim number attached to them, but the soonest appointment I could get was for 8 days later which I accepted.A couple of days later, I called Hoy at 1215 pm and was told to come in and they would take 20 minutes to give the estimate. My hero, Rene Villegas, got the window raised, disabling the lowering of the window--a feat that Caliber Collision said was impossible. I moved the claim to Hoy and will let you know what I think about the job they will have done on my Charcoal Grey 2019 Tiguan SEL.

Dropped of my VW Taos early in the morning for general maintenance, asked for an Uber from them and it was done immediately, my VW was ready for pick up within a couple of hours. They did everything perfectly

I do not recommend taking your car to this agency, they have very bad customer service. They give you a date to bring your car in for service but they will only keep it there for at least a week just to give you a diagnosis! It's incredible how long it takes. And if you are unlucky, your car may stay there longer without being inspected. I had to call to ask what was happening with my car because they don't tell you. Obviously I was upset when they told me that my car had to be there for another week just to be inspected and I told them no and that I wanted my car back. When I went to get the keys, the woman who is there in service did not have a friendly attitude, she was upset because I did not want to leave my car, and the guy who went to bring my car was very rude. They really have a problem with the staff at this agency, they are very unprofessional and ultimately their service is very bad.

I had an oil change. I used the Express Lube Service... which was very good. They did a basic inspection to see if my tires were good, battery, wipers, etc. The oil change took about 30-35 minutes. Since I brought my own oil and accessories, they only charged me for their services only. I appreciate that compared to the quick lubes, oil changers, etc. I will come back again.

Horrible experience with service!! I made a service appointment with Hoy VW for an oil change and to perform a recall service in late October. As agreed I dropped off my car on 11/21 before I went on travel for the Thanksgiving holiday. My appointment was scheduled for Monday 11/27. I called on 11/22 while I was on my trip to make sure that they received my car and to confirm my service appointment on 11/27. I was also assured that my car would be ready to pick up on 11/28 - the day I return from my trip. I called again 11/27 and was given the run around when I asked whether my car was being serviced. Was told I would receive a call back but never did. On 11/28 my daughter and I Ubered to Hoy VW from the airport and was told that my car would be ready by the end of the day on 11/28 even though my appointment that I had scheduled a month ago was on 11/27 at 10:00am. I have to drive 2.5 hours to get home after traveling for 6 hours by plane. I demanded to have my car returned to me so I can go home. They did not perform any type of service at all!!! Never going there again for service or to buy a car!!!!! I do not recommend this business for anything.

Amazing! Helped my wife when she had a bunch of lights come on and even though it was something they could ve easily turned her away and had us schedule they took care of absolutely everything! There s a reason why we ve stuck with Hoy for many years and multiple cars! Thank you guys

I own a 2023 Volkswagen Atlas. I am in love with the space and just the entire drive itself. 1 week ago I started hearing a pop coming from the front of my truck, today it got more frequent. I called The service team and was told to bring my vehicle to the dealership for an Xpress checkup. At no cost, they quickly checked my truck, my breaks and tires. Besides the point of having to take it again to get a full diagnosis they took about 30min {fast time} to check it up fix it up and offer me a free wash. My service advisor[William Alfaro] was the most helpful in answering all my questions and giving me the different options plus referring to the next step I will be taking to fix the problem of my vehicle. He walked with me to my vehicle as he gave additional recommendations. In general, great service and everyone should be like [William Alfaro] and have that positive attitude that transmits positivity and peace of mind.Hopefully, when I get this diagnosis completed and my problem fixed, I can continue to receive this great service.Will be making another review then :)

Everything was great and customer service was excellent. However, they are still waiting for a recall on break pads for the 2022 Atlas. Every time I break it sounds like my breaks are grinding. It s horrible
