Jeffrey is always a pleasure. He s been such a helpful advisor. My car has needed repairs and he is quick to schedule an appointment and get me in as soon as possible. In addition, the shuttle driver is also a nice gentleman! Everyone is so kind, I can definitely appreciate that!

I have 4stars because it takes absolutely too long to get your car serviced here in El Paso & they have limited availability to loaner vehicles. I put in a B-Service on 4 Jan and no availability until 31 January.... that's crazy. Also with it so far out, there was no availability for a loaner. So if you think you're gonna set up a service and get one within a week, no you're not. Other than those two things, they fixed everything I needed and in a fast manner, they were very flexible with me and kept my car over night as I was working late and couldn't pick it up the same day.

Roger with Hoy-Mercedes was my service advisor. I was nervous coming from North Carolina, Roger was kind and helpful. He made my service needs easy to understand and told me what to expect. The payment staff was kind and friendly, it truly makes a difference. When my vehicle needs service work I will definitely give Roger a call. God Bless.

I dropped my car off to Jeff, he was friendly and knowledgeable about what I needed to have done to my car. He text me when the car was done and offered other services that my car would need in the upcoming months. Mercedes did a wonderful job. Thank you

Jeffrey Uy and the Hoy Technicians did a great job welcoming me, inspecting my car and giving my car an annual maintenance check. I waited for my car in the waiting room where I was offered refreshments. When my car was ready, Jeffery Uy came and informed me that my car was raady and in good condition. When I walked to my car, it looked stunning because the Hoy Family Auto Service Department gave my car a complimentary car wash! Great experience! The drive home was also great! Thank you Hoy Family Auto Service Department, great job!

My husband and I purchased a car from their used vehicle department. Our salesman responded so quickly and was super attentive. That stopped as soon as we signed to take the car.Took about 3 months to get the actual plates in due to their error of reporting mileage (but that s not the problem). Our salesman would never answer us when asking for updates about the plates nor cared to tell us they finally came in. We had to call repeatedly to finally find out they were in. I headed over there and they gave me the plates. I asked if they could put them on the car and they said they were busy and couldn t help me. I came home with not even the bolts to put them on. Had to pay extra so that I can get put on correctly and securely.While it was just a work vehicle purchased, I don t think I ll ever buy from hoy auto again.

Had appointment, saw representative without delays. Representative went over auto recommended mileage maintenance needs and options. Selected choices and left car for maintenance. Was notified when car was ready for pickup, car was given a courtesy wash, thanks for a good customer experience !!

A very nice service experience. I made an appoint to have my regular maintenance service performed and was greeted at the appointment time by my service advisor Jeffery. He explained what was involved in the service, gave me an estimated time to complete the service and also gave me a pretty cool loaner to drive. The vehicle was completed when promised and was clean and shiny from a wash. Mercedes Benz of El Paso has a very nice service department.

I am well beyond pleased with this dealership. We went because we had a Volkswagon on order from another company but kept receiving excuses, so we wanted to see one in person. I told Mario the situation and said if you guys give me a better price, I'll take it without asking for the price or anything. He worked magic and gave us a better price with better features on the vehicle. We interacted for less than one hour and left with a brand-new car!!!! It was too easy and professional; BTW, my wife received a bag of VW goodies.

It s my first Mercedes it s only been a goal to get a Mercedes now they I finally got one the costumer service and the experience is not good it takes 3 months to get appointment and still they can t have a loaner car for you and it s the second time I take my car for the car blowing hot air and they keep telling they can t find the problem ?? So they didn t fix the problem which it still under warranty they only did the oil change I really don t see myself buying another Mercedes after this which is unfortunate because I was about to buy another vehicle and the car itself is perfect

I was listened to, my questions and concerns were answered. I felt welcomed and shown hospitality. I was provided a place to work while I waited for my car. I also received a car wash before having my car returned to me. The service was outstanding.

I mean, Ms. Loni and her TEAM never disappoint on any level! I love it here!Edit for 12/19/23: I love Mercedes, and I love the experience of working with the professionals there; however, recently, working with Joshua has been complicated because he doesn't communicate or return your phone call even when you leave voicemais. This isn't my first time going through this with him since the promotion of the service rep that was in his spot. Furthermore, There were certain things that I requested that were supposed to be done and he failed to follow through or follow up. Because of this I have to take my car back to him which will be a loss of vested time. This is my first time experiencing these type of issues in the 7 years of doing business with Mercedes and that is rather disappointing.

I bought a 2015 Nissan Frontier SV on 5 January 2024 from what I believe to be reputable dealership. Most will tell you to be weary of dealerships on Alameda, but it stands for anyone selling used vehicles. Evidently, the dealership took the vehicle in and prepped for resale without doing anything or not cost effective to them. I registered the vehicle on Carfax and it spewed out what's overdue, so i took it to Nissan, but previously took it to Alamo Auto Supply who tested the suspension, because I wanted to raise the truck slightly and they discovered the same deficiencies prior to going to Nissan.approved servicesnissan usa complimentary mulit-point inspectioncustomer requests replace struts ( front )customer requests replace front pads & resurface rotorscustomer states perform 6 cylinder engine tune upcustomer requests perform fuel induction service -customer requests perform injector cleaning service & flush -found both rear axle seals leaking and differential fluid seepinig onto parking brake shoes, replace rear brake shoes and rear axle sealcustomer requests perform brake system flush -customer requests perform front wheel alignment to factorydeclined services4 tires (dry rot in between treads)

Always a pleasure to deal with all the employees that work on our MB s We have taken our cars here for tune ups and repairs since we moved from LA seven years ago. Loni, who is now the manager, has always taken care of us and really knows her stuff. Highly recommend them.

My service consultant Mr . Uy was excellent. He is very professional and very polite. A gentleman in every sense of the word.I also had the opportunity to deal with your parts depth to obtain a 722.9 transmission conductor plate and a valve body. Robert is the epitome of professionalism. I learn something from him every time I have the pleasure of dealing with the parts depth.Because of my high milage SLKE350( 360,000 mi.) Mr Mesa refused to sell me a conductor plate or a valve body. siting the Theft Relevant Parts program as an excuse. (It seems it is more profitable to sell a 11,000.00 transmission than 4,000.00 valve body and conductor plate.) My diagnosis was correct. When I removed the conductor plate it was physically broken!Jose Mesa your service dept manager is the exact opposite! He is rude, overbearing and dominating. He repeatedly interrupted me and shouted over my side of the conversation when I came in to pay my bill and have my 2007 SLK picked up. Ultimately I was forced to walk out.This behavior is shamful.!!

After waiting hours from the promised "15 minutes",They wouldn't sell me the car.They said it's because my Loan Document has my middle initial and my ID doesn't have my middle name (Obviously not a real issue). I told them " I'll just pay cash what the problem?" and the guy was like '"The finance manager won't complete the sale".Obviously has nothing to do with my initial.They said they would call me tomorrow so the Salesman can complete the deal. I obviously don't believe them.
