First off, I have been coming here for years and have bought a few cars from the dealership. Always a satisfactory experience.However, this time in particular, I went to them for repairs, and was NOT informed that for extensive repairs they contract another business to repair them. Upon receiving my vehicle back, there is new damage and missing parts.I know it is not necessarily this establishments fault, however, they should have been transparent about sending my car to another offsite and unrelated shop.Will be taking my vehicle to a reputable shop next time. Highly disappointed.

Excellent experience Herman the body shop manager was on point body repair top quality !! Both Herman and Juda the GM under promised and over achieved!!Excellent service !! Highly recommend

Outstanding service center. I ve been servicing my Hondas here for years and the quality of the work is still top notch. If you have issues bring your car here don t go anywhere else and waste your time. these mechanics will get you right and they re quick too!

Excellent service!! I took my Honda CRV for body shop repair, I was very pleased with excellent work done. I highly recommend this shop, Defenitly if I ever need repair or maintenance for my Honda will come back. Special thanks to Mr. Herman Maynes, excellent customer service, helped with all my questions, very nice and professional.

Bobby at El Paso Honda is absolutely amazing. He takes care of your car, keeps you informed and gets you back on the road. I dread going in for service but Bobby makes it a great experience. Thanks Bobby!

At 10:00am I took my 2018 Odyssey to the maintenance shop, because of a "Check Engine" light came on, they told me that it had to be connected to the "OBD" computer (On Board Diagnostic) along with $160.00 plus, and it would take about 2 hrs. And they will call me when they finish. At 12:30pm I called to find out the status of my Odyssey, I was told the mechanic was at lunch and they had no idea of my vehicle status, but they would call me, before I know, it was 5:00pm and never got a call, when I called they said they still had no answer, the next morning I called at 10:00am I was told that they still had no answer, so that's when I told them that I was going to pick up my Van and take it to a reliable mechanic, at that time I was told that the mechanic was working on it, to give them till noon, I got called at 12:45pm to tell me that the vehicle sensors need recalibration and it was fixed. 26hrs. For a 2hr. Job? And still had to pay, I don't think I will ever take my Odyssey for maintenance there again.

I made an appointment for diagnostics on a check engine light. I arrived early and was told to come back another day. I came back, early the day I was told and left the vehicle. 6 hours later it was not touched yet. I asked what was going on and was told it'd be a few days before they'd get to it. No one communicated anything to me, if I hadn't asked, I don't think anyone would've bothered telling me anything. I took my vehicle and left, we went to Honda on the west. The were great and most importantly, they communicated with me.

Not that great. Service is packed but parts is a ghostown. I went in for a part. Waited in the lobby for 15 minutes. No one in sight. When I was finally helped. They wanted make, model and vin. Someone asked for a price for a battery and they wanted vin and mileage.

I went here to get my vehicle serviced about three weeks ago before taking a trip across the country. Robert "Bobby" was LITERALLY the best! My car had just hit over 100,000 miles and he made sure that everything on it was properly serviced and explained everything to me. He spoke in terms I could understand and didn't try to overcharge me on things I didn't need. I would trust my car to him again absolutely. Ask for him by name when you come here. He will 100% take care of you.

Wanted almost 4 grand to change motor wire harness and ECU just to tell me that it would not fix it just let them hook up to and try to diagnose I'm all for making money for work but that is ridiculous when I took it to a random guy and he told me what it was a 45 dollar part will never go back and on top of that bought a car from them will never do business with them again

Scheduling service online is easy-peasy. Sticker shock at a few of the prices, but it's full-service. There is a courtesy shuttle if needed, but there may be a significant wait. Service reps were very friendly and helpful. It's mostly the pricing that's pulling it from 5 stars.

Took our Honda because of an airbag recall. Took in at 2:30 and we were called at 4:45 the same day and they told us it was ready.Oscar R. was courteous and professional.All the guys at the shop were busy getting the vehicles out.Thank you!!

Oscar was able to help us quickly. Our car went in for an airbag recall. We took it in at 2:30 and picked it up at 4:45 PM.

Great service techs, prompt, courteous, and efficient. My review of one star is solely on honda warranty's. I had the same issue last year with the battery which I brought the vehicle in and it was the battery again. Honda does not warranty the battery even though they replaced it just a year ago.

Customer service is awesome here, my daughters plates came in and we walked in and out in 10 minutes, the guys put it on for us immediately! Great place to buy a car, definitely recommend them.

Surprised that even with an appointment I waited 1 hour & 55 minutes for an oil change. Bobby at the service area was kind and friendly. Also surprised that the total cost was $30.37, however they do suggest other services be done.

I didn't have any problem with them.... Was promptly taken home while they fixed the recall...... My service man is very nice & helpful...... I'm pleased with the service I get at the Lee Trevino........ The CORPORATION was not as helpful on my older van when the replacement transmission ( from a recall) died on me, had to pay for it's replacement......THAT was unfair........ serving people are nice.

I took my Honda Accord in for body work.Mr Sierra told me what had to be done with the Insurance co.The body shop did a fantastic job.I highly recommend El Paso Honda.

4 times took me to get a flat tired fixed.....even though I have road hazard coverage. Feel extremely disappointed of the "professionals" trained for Honda.Rather go to a lub N go services

Went for oil change. They found other issues to maintenance on the 100k auto. Gave me reasons why maintenance was needed and cost.
