Unfortunately they do not have the time to tell you directly that they don't or do not want to fix your vehicle electrical issues. Despite the fact that I had already explained over phone And in person the issues and still waiting for 30 mintues while they were trying to find a customers car keys, very poor customer service.I went to get a diagnostic for my f150 electric issue and instead Mr. Holguin just did a quick check of the battery voltage and then I asked does he believe he can fix it? He replied, "Just take it to someone else because maybe I won't be able to fix it". (After waiting 30 mints, and trying to checking it 2 minutes later). I appreciate his honesty but at the end just wasted time for nothing.

Very happy that I brought my 98 Mazda 626 the driver side blinker was not working, Mr Holguin fixed it, and the price was fair, I will be bringing my car here for headlight bulbs replacement next time, very nice people!

Excellent prices, service and work. Highly recommend this electric shop. Had a alternator and starter rebuild, the owner was nice enough to explain exactly what he did to them.

Just recently took my suv to get it checked for the air conditioner, one of the guys shows me that there AC compressor needs to be replaced and shows me on his phone that at Autozone, it ll run me 900 just for the part alone, a little later on when I checked, the compressor is only 570. Plus the dude seemed very uninterested in helping and kept staring that he s going to have a lot of work. No thanks, I ll take my vehicle elsewhere where they won t try to rip me off

Very kind people. My alternator was ready and like new within the hour. The gentlemen was very informative about what he did to fix it and even tested it in front of us to show that it was in perfect standing. I will definitely take him all my electrical parts if need fixing in the future. Cost was amazing too! He even offered to run an electrical diagnosis once the alternator was in. My truck had no A/C. I took it here for them to tell me my entire engine was damaged. Basically no specific issue was found and charged 50 dollars diagnostic. All it needed was the expansion valve. went elsewhere, Same engine and my A/C works. lol DO NOT Recommend.

My speedometer wasn't working. After I changed several sensors, It still wasn't working. Decided to take it to Holguins, turns out it was the Abs control module. They replaced the module, made sure everything was working and got it back to me in a few days. Will do business with them again. Thank you!

This family owned business is great. It's down the street from where I live and very convenient. The best part is, they operate very quickly and effectively! Everytime I take an alternator to them, it's ready to be picked up within an hour...maybe 2 hours but never more than that.

Based on the other reviews 45 bucks seems to be what he charges us for doing nothing to the car. Even though the service isn't the worst I've had, the wife is SUPER rude and unprofessional. Didn't appreciate her attitude towards me asking simple questions.Service: ElectricalService: Electrical

Great prices. They are in very high demand for a reason. Quality work. They are straightforward and up front with what your vehicle needs done and what they did to it as well as what they recommend. Very nice people. I recommend anyone go here before even going to a big chain place.

I have a 2006 Toyota Tundra. Parts for this truck are very expensive and often not in stock. I looked at all the salvage yards for my starter. I was sold the wrong one twice and almost a third time. Luckily I didn't give up my original starter as they ask for it for a core fee. I finally went to Hoguin's. They were so nice and very helpful. They welcomed me into their store and treated me like I was that favorite cousin. They showed me what was wrong with my starter after he opened it up. That man is like a Emergency Room Surgeon the way he quickly, calmly, and confidently operated on it. It all happened so fast and I was so comfortable I forgot to ask the cost of the operation. You don't ask the doctor how much its going to cost when he's already got your heart in his hand. It could cost your life by that time. I asked any way... He smiled as he kept operation and said $45. I was and I am still excited about this family this business. Before I paid he made sure to show me that the starter was working like new. I love this man and recommend you start with this starter starter!

I've known this man since my dad use to take his cars there when I was a kid and naturally have been doing that since I could drive. They've had and will have my business til the Good Lord calls me up. You know the experience and customer service is unquestionably good otherwise they wouldn't be around. I'm 46 now so they've been here a while and hope they don't go anywhere any time soon. Gracias Beto and family.

If I could do 0 stars I would. I went in to ask about my a/c and the man who "helped" me sighted when I asked if at all possible he could check what was wrong with my a/c. After going and seeing under the hood he didn't address me, he told the lady inside to come tell me that it was going to be $90 for checking it and to put freeon; however, I had already put freeon and only lasted 30 minutes. If you don't feel like working or giving customer service why even have a business?

So a hamster died in car and the young gentleman helped my bf and I trace where it's remains might be. He didn't charge us and helped us a lot by telling us how to remove the center console for my particular vehicle, thank you so much for being honest and caring and we'll definitely be back for the AC cooler. I.e. they're always busy with work but worth the wait.

My mom bought a battery bolt to hold battery in place because it was missing and wanted for them to put it for her. The owner was very rude and said he had a lot of work and came to the car and jerked the battery really hard and said that she didn't need it. We will never come here again.

Went in to have brake light fixed. The older man wired in a universal socket, which I thought was not a big deal, it took less than 15 minutes. He charged me $45. I thought this was a bit high. Please ask for a price before they work on your car. I know he ripped me off. Dishonest people.

Brought my car in to get electrical problem on doors fixed since this is what they do supposedly right . After one and a half weeks they did nothing to it and told me they could not fix it. And they charged me $45 on top of that. Scammers. Go somewhere else where they know what they re doing. Incompetent lowlifes.Service: ElectricalService: Electrical

I have doubts if the technician even inspected the car. He does not have a set list of prices for services. Despectively he just threw a number whe his mon (aka recepcionist) ask her for the fees. He never took a second to talk to me or even look at me. Very disappointing to see this level of dishonesty and plain rip off on a business that has been around for a long time.

Mr. Holguin is such awesome mechanic and knows his stuff. He fixed my alternator for my Ford F-150 in under an hour and saved me money. I highly recommend this place. Thank you Mr Holguin for everything.

He found the issue to my Mustang's electrical problem...fast! Honest service, no beating about the bush like one other place I had taken my car to. I'll be coming back if I ever need to.

Brought my Jeep in and was expecting to pay over $300 and wait a while to get it back since a previous shop did so. Gave me a fantastic price and took 24 hours to get me back on the road.

These guys are good at finding shorts in your electrical system, as well as rebuilding starters, alternators and removing alarm systems. I got the impression that they know what they're doing! And I, myself Am a mechanic, but not too good at electrical work!

Excellent place. I thought I needed a complete rebuild on my alternator, but they only replaced the parts it needed at a much reduced cost. I'll take all my auto electric work to them!
