Best oil change experience I've ever had. I was able to stay in the car throughout. The manager greeted me at arrival. Once I drove in the bay, it was impressive to watch the communication between the team. They had my oil changed quickly. Also, a plus they didn t try to upsell me on numerous items. They simply gave me a recommendation and advised me to let them know if I wanted to proceed. Top notch customer service!

Oil change and air filter replacement was done in about 18 minutes for my Tacoma. Everything was explained thoroughly was to what the vehicle needs in terms of Toyota specifications. Better than Poe Toyota and their long wait times.

Had another great experience here at Grease Monkey. When I first arrived they let me know that I was third in line and that they were just a little behind and short on staff. They did say that more staff were on their way. Which I didn t mind waiting since I had no other plans. Once I was on a bay I love how their communication is and making sure everything is done correctly. I like that they check all the lights, make sure the tires are at the right pressure, and top off the washer fluid. They even check the air filters and wipers. I also like that they clean the exterior windows too.I really like my oil change services here and will keep taking my car here for future oil changes and other services they provide.

Great service!! Customer communication was amazing I didn t wait long for my oil change even tho I asked for more work to be done on my truck they knocked it out the park quick!!Chris & Larry are my go to guys but everyone there works awesome and will make sure your needs are meet 100%

The staff at Grease Monkey are incredibly kind, understanding, talented, and patient. I took my car in and the manager was always very honest with me and he explained everything that was going on in detail. I will be going to them again if need be! Thank you all so much!!!

Came in for a state inspection, the garage attendees were gentleman and answered my questions, waiting area was clean, I have no complaints. I also had some services done at a dealership just before I came in and Grease Monkey services were cheaper than I paid. I'll save money next time!

Exceptional service by Orlando and the crew there. Took my neices car into cause it was making a noise, new brakes, rotors, and an oil change. Affordable, completed in a timely fashion, and the "Grease Monkeys" were absolutely informative, and im not taking my vehicle anywhere else going forward. Thank you gentleman.. I'll see you at the end of the month for the rotation and brakes.

Great and fast service. You don't have to get out of your car during the service. Techs are knowledgeable and eager to answer questions. Prices are reasonable and come with plenty of complimentary services.

I went earlier today around 4pm to get a brake inspection and tires rotated. The tech there told me my lug nuts needed to be changed and he wasn t able to take my tires off and so I was not able to get any service because of that. So I went down the street to Martin Tire and there were no issues and the lug nuts were fine. The lazy tech at grease monkey just didn t want to do the work. And before I left he had the nerve to tell me that when I return to try to go midday as the quality of work would be better. I will definitely NOT be returning.Take your business elsewhere these guys are lazy.

Thanks to Grease Monkey I saved $100 I went in for a Radiator Flush that Lube Expess said I needed after Frank main mechanic says my coolant was new and I didn t need it . Thank u for ur honesty

Took my car in for a 250$ diagnosis. Then they ran down my battery and I had to take it to get charged and take it back so they could not start my car , My car got there running with a light on ,to get checked. My car left the grease monkey on a tow truck. And they still charged me 250$ to screw up my car .

Chris and Larry really helped me out today. I got in my car this morning and my bumper was hanging off the bottom of the car, popped into to the shop and they took it off free of charge. I appreciate yall.
