I have been having issues with my radiator on my vehicle and I came to Frontera Radiators in El Paso TX where Juan Munoz helped me out today had great customer service helping me with my warranty for my radiator. Would definitely recommend.

Took my truck in because it was overheating . They said it was the thermostat. They replaced the thermostat, antifreeze and new radiator cap. It did NOT fix the problem. Truck was still overheating. So why should I pay for something that wasn t fixed?They charged me $70 for nothing! What a rip off! Do better and stop ripping people off when you didn t fix the problem! I Do Not Recommend This Shop to Anyone!

We bought a radiator from here & unfortunately it had some issues but luckily juan mu�oz was very helpful & helped us with our warranty

They sell garbage radiators . Beware they will not warranty anything you buy. The new radiator I purchased leak in less then a years time. They lie.

I called and asked for a heather core for my semi truck and they assured me they had it; I drove from the far east side of El Paso to their place and just found out they don t handle it. Waisted time and fuel consumption to get there.

Worse fuel tank service, I think the fuel tank is worse than before I took it to them. I had to call them and ask if they were finished with the fuel tank and they had no idea who I was or what service they were doing after they asked for my name even though they took my information when I took the fuel tank and they told to come to the shop to identify my tank to see which one was mine. I wont recommend this shop for fuel tank service.

Bad experience, very unprofessional!! They had me waiting for a radiator that was already paid for and when they finally brought it to me I had to drag it out the door and load it up on my truck by my self

If a good warranty is what you are looking for, I would highly recommend shopping somewhere else. I made sure when I bought my radiator from a different store that I wouldn't have the same warranty problem that I had from this business. Giving one star because I had to.Here is a quick recap of what happened. Went Monday to get a quote and was told 140 for labor a total of 155. Had to borrow money show up on Thursday cash in hand. show him the radiator, where its cracked and my receipt. everything is a go until I mention i was quoted 140 on Monday for labor (The location in Socorro only charges 125, I called and asked. Same company different prices). The gentleman gets and attitude and said he wasn't doing it at that price. I removed it myself and returned to claim the warranty like before, and now guess what? The warranty is void. I did not buy another one there.

The mechanics were attentive and helpful. My car was loosing coolant. Mechanics inspected my care and ran some tests. My radiator was ok. I was charged a low fee.

Sooooo rude Sheyla was the one that helped me and i quote because she was super rude i ordered a part for a radiator was told it would be 3-5 business days for it to qrrive i said ok lets do it day 3 nothing day 4 nothing day 5 nothing kept on calling to get a status she sounded annoyed by day 4 and told me let me give you the tracking number so you can check ,we did our job so its out of our hands I checked on the fed ex tracker daid it was pending needed to get ahold of customer service but i needed them to call since they have the shipping info i called back to frontera spoke to her she started to tell me that i needed to wait i told her that if i could get my money back she said yes but you need to wait so we can call fed ex and i asked her then why didnt you do that since you saw the order was pending she got really rude said she wouldn t talk to me if i was going to be yelling which i wasnt and hung up on me said she would only speak to me when i calmed down. They need to understand that not everyone has multiple cars to use if one breaks down of course im frustrated when i feel like im being ignored and pushed to the side first time buying there trust me will be the last now i see why this company has not sought the accreditation of the BBB

Had a poor experience with these guys. I went to exchange a cooling fan that was under warranty and was given one that had already been returned. I knew this from the scotch tape they used to seal the box back up again. But unfortunately didn't notice this til I got home. I tried it anyway and sure enough, it didn't work. I go back to the location which is far from me, and the young guy at the counter get attitude right away and accuses me of foul play. He thought that I'd put another cooling fan in the box and taped it! I got upset because he didn't want to honor the warranty. They finally did and this time it was a new piece which finally worked. This would have been a good experience if the young guy had not gotten an attitude and accused customer.

Review forFrontera RadiatorsComing from Alamogordo to El Paso Tx I noticed a noise coming from my van after I parked, not knowing what it could be I called my brother Jose for advice. He looked it over and said that the radiator was leaking and the fan was not working. He recommended that I take my van to Frontera Radiators that they would fix it. I thought I had to make an appointment , like everything else but when I called they told me to bring my vehicle in that they would work on it right away. This was early in the morning. Brian and staff checked it out then later called me with a quote. Brian called me and told me what was wrong with the radiator and fan. Ultimatley my radiador and fan had to be replaced because they were beyond repair. The fan was broken in two pieces and the radiator was leaking, it got damaged when the fan broke. Brian said they could fix it and have it ready that same day, which they did. I was pretty amazed at how efficient they were and courteous. I truly recommend Frontera Radiators for their professionalism. Thank you my brother (Jose Gomez)!!!

Very friendly staff and attentive! Javier did a great job helping me out with my vehicle he went beyond my expectations by making sure my truck was properly fixed! 5 stars to all the staff, highly recommended! Definitely would visit again.

Excellent service! Diagnostics, replacing parts (coolant line, coolant reservoir, and radiator fan), and testing new parts took ~2 hours on the day I brought my car in. My car was road-worthy after their work -- I drove it 360 miles back home that evening.

Kudos to Bryan. He took my son s 94 Civic that was overheating due fan not working on a Saturday afternoon and replaced the switch and back to normal on Monday. He made sure my son saw the fan working before pulling out. Thank you! Thank you!

All the staff were really helpfull, specially Bryan from the shop. He went out of his way to get the right parts at the lowest rate. Did not beat arround the bush. That is why Frontera Radiators is the best place to fix your overheating engine and A/C. Did I mention that they can also get you break parts and whatnot at bargain prices, because they do. Better than Autozone and Orreylis. I greatly recomend them all the way!!!

Brian at Frontera Radiator did a Fantastic job getting my vehicle up and running again. He was very professional and explained everything from beginning to end on what to expect. No hidden fees or broken promises. Just good O l honest customer service and communication. I highly recommend this place and if you get a chance ask for Brian but from what I can see, there entire staff were all willing to be of service. Try it out. Good job people at frontera radiators

Frontera Radiators had my radiator in stock and saved $70 compared to buying from the big auto parts stores. Great quality and fit, they also sell batteries, motor oil, antifreeze. Great service and they answer their phone right away. Thank you Frontera!

Great service,friendly staff,and you can't beat the price!I bought a new radiator for my 2000 Toyota Tacoma SR5 and had it installed back in 2010 and it has given me no problems whatsoever!Radiator looks and performs better than the original.I'm so pleased with their service that I'm going to them to replace my cracked radiator for my 2005 Dodge Durango 5.7L!

Brought in my car due to an antifreeze leak and was helped immediately by Saul. Service was fast and was given an reasonable price for the replacement. They also had military discount so that was even better for me. I highly recommend Frontera Radiators.
