VERY VERY VERYYYY Happy with my new purchase!! Thank you so much to Art Noyola in Sales, we went in and told him EXACTLY what we were looking for, he showed us this 2024 Toyota Sienna and we knew it was the one. It was a surprise for my mom. Art was very respectful and we did not feel pressured to make a decision as he did not call us over and over (like some dealers do). We went in on a Saturday and we made a deal. Great and Fair price for what we got! I will say it took over 1 hour to get into the finance department to pay. However that was our fault for coming in on a Saturday when the business credit department is closed. Javier Cordero in Finance was amazing! He was able to get us an amazing Warranty Deal!!! Will be back when it time to buy a new car! Definitely recommend these two individuals!!!

The thought of making such a commitment as buying a car took us a whole month to find the best quality company that could step up & provide the best service for us. Overall it took a few minutes over the phone with Oscar Garcia & his assurance that he would help guide my husband & I on the purchase of our new car. He did! Oscar & his team even stayed after closing to get it done right & I drove out in my new car. Well worth the wait. Thank you for everything you did for us Oscar & I am proud to be a Fox Toyota customer

While their service portion is fantastic, their sales portion has definitely been a huge disappointment. I have been going to Fox Toyota to get service done on my previous vehicle (Toyota Prius) and had no problems whatsoever. I decided to sell my vehicle with them and purchase a new one. (Corolla hybrid). My sales rep was a disappointment because of the lack of professionalism shown and the lies told. Instead of properly inquiring about the questions my husband and I had he spoke on things he had knowledge of. When they submitted the orders for my plates and registration they used an address I SPECIFICALLY asked them not too. I understand that costumer is not always correct but in this case I was and wished they would ve listened to me. Now I have to deal with the hardships of getting my plate shipped from NC. On my dime when I already paid for it when I purchased my car. When I expressed this to my sales rep he blamed the DMV in NC for being wrong rather than accepting that the finance section messed up and put the wrong address. He continues to belittle me by acting as if I have fabricated the fact that my plates are being mailed to the incorrect address. I am not happy with this experience at all and will not be bringing my service back there.

I have purchased three vehicles from Fox plus a relative and a friend one of their own and all of us have had a very pleasant experience. No nonsense additional surprise charges or dealer markups. I was recently on the market for a pickup truck and all three local Chevy dealers in town force you to buy additional equipment that hasn't even been installed on top of "market adjustments" totaling up to $10K more in MSRP including things like $1,000 for a coupon book and $400 for nitrogen when regular air already has 80% nitrogen. Just things like that is what makes this dealer to great and always professional. Vanessa Serrano has been amazing always going back and forth with the sales manager to make the deal work. Not once have I walked away empty handed. And the cherry on top is that you are getting a reliable Toyota!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

They're not great.Sales: over priced, railroaded me into registering through them to get the upcharge. Pushy about the car, freaky lay on the FOMO.Service: don't waste your time unless you've got cash to burn. It's $170 just to look at a problem. Made an appointment a month prior and they didn't have it in the system. Wasted an hour of my day.I can't believe this place has such a high rating. Maybe they're the best in El Paso?... it's still a bunch of sharks.

My daughter is in the military, stationed in New Mexico. When my wife and I visited her, we went car shopping. We went to a couple of dealerships prior to going to Fox Toyota in El Paso. Rene from fox Toyota in El Paso showed us his used car inventory.. he was knowledgeable and not pushy at all. Since I live over 2,000 miles away from my daughter, I m confident that Rene will be available to help us with anything in the future if we need it. I wish all dealerships had people like Rene. Went to Fox looking at getting the Tacoma or RAV4 and I worked with sales rep Ben. He was great. He took the time to listen to me and my needs and then came up with the best solution. He was patient and got me the car I wanted. Finance was just as patient and worked with you. By far easiest time I ve had buying a new car.

I cannot express how much help Gus did for us it was a very hard trade-in for us as we gave up a vehicle that was very sentimental, but Gus helped my mom get into a vehicle that was going to be better and safe he answered, unlimited questions and went above and beyond to help my mom get the car that she needed to be happy and safe. I started my car buying experience in mid February 2024, I wanted a 2024 Toyota RAV4 in white and my salesman, Jude McCoy, made my dreams a reality. I'm a first time Toyota owner. I had to wait for a couple of weeks for the color I wanted but we kept in touch and Jude updated me every step of the way. We talked numbers and when the vehicle finally arrived we were able to arrange for the windows to get tinted before I picked it up so it would be 100% ready to go. The day of pick up we saw my new RAV4 with a big beautiful red bow on it and we were off to finance to sign the papers and it was the fastest and most efficient process I've ever experience with car buying. We were only there for ONE hour, that is absolutely unheard of! This is my 4th car purchase and I am so grateful for the seamless process at Fox Toyota with Jude. He's amazing, friendly, and answered all my questions as they came up while we were waiting for the vehicle to arrive. He also helped me get my phone connected to the bluetooth, got me connected to the Toyota app (which is amazing), and he showed me all the car features during that one hour we were there. He was very attentive and easy to work with. I would 100% recommend him and Fox Toyota to everyone!

Unfortunately, the Fox Toyota service department seems to be very crooked. My sister was quoted a repair for her 2013 Prius brake booster and brake cylinder assembly that they marked the quote for parts 20% over MSRP list price. The labor rate quoted was $280 per hour which is $120 over per hour. Then they refused to let her pick up her car telling her they will not allow it because it could be dangerous. Not allowing her to get a second opinion on this over priced quote even though the brakes are still working. This is illegal on their part to keep customers hostage. Our next step will be to call the police just to get the car back. It is so wrong on Fox Toyota, best to stay away from these crooks

I have had BAD experiences with other dealerships in El Paso so I was a bit hesitant going to another one but WOW I was extremely wrong! Bought my truck back in September, and I really need to leave a review because FOX Toyota has the BEST customer service I ve ever experienced.First off I really I want to thank Jerry Nunez for putting up with me and my needs! He kept me updated throughout the whole process and made me feel like a valued customer. He worked really hard to get me the truck I wanted and I just can t thank him enough.I also want to thank Gustavo who patiently waited and showed me all the perks to my car and helped me set it up to my phone!Finally, I had my first maintenance appointment and I want to thank the service department, it was easy to make an appointment, very organized and they got me in and out quickly.I ve dealt with other places like Rudolph, and FOX customer service is truly elite. Highly recommend!!

Ive been looking for a Tundra TRD Pro for a long time. I was called by a sales rep on 2/10/24 about a unit that became available. I was currently working on a purchase in San Antonio due to every local Toyota dealer charging a ridiculous markup on these trucks. I asked the rep if there was a markup and he said there was a 3500 mark up. I asked if we could do the purchase at msrp as that is what these trucks are selling for everywhere else in Texas. Sad that for 3500 dollars we couldn t make a deal. I would ve liked to do business locally.. I have my own financing and was ready to buy the truck too. Oh well I guess out of town it is.

DECEPTIVE BUSINESS!!! If I can leave 0 stars, I would. I ll try to make this as short as possible. I had a 2017 Tacoma that started to give me some issues. The traction control light would come on as I was driving straight on the freeway and I would lose my braking system, lose throttle response and get a grinding noise as if ABS was engaging or a differential slipping. The truck wasn t safe to drive so I took it to the dealership. (I had purchased extended warranty up to 125k miles in case anything serious ever happened to my truck.) I took my truck on Sept. 26, 2023. The service dept had it for a little over 2 MONTHS, where all they did was replace the ABS actuator through my warranty and test drive it.. FOR 2 MONTHS!! They said, your truck is good, come pick it up I go pick it up, SAME EXACT THING happens again that SAME DAY.. no brakes, no throttle response and grinding noise. (I have videos of every time it did it) I take it back to Fox Toyota the next day (Dec 4th, 2023) and they say okay, we ll get an engineer out here .. they replaced a few more parts. Got a text from the service manager who got involved directly that said something along the lines of i just test drove the truck and the light is still coming on. We re gonna keep digging this was a constant cycle for 5 MONTHS! They said it was good but the second I drove off the light started to flash again. I didnt even make it home before the issue was back so I took it straight back not even 10mins later where they kept digging AGAIN. Fast forward to this month, March 2024, I get that final call. Hey, we ve exhausted all resources and theres nothing else we can do. Its not in our best interest to keep working on your truck since our tech is not getting paid for these labor hours. Please come pick up your truck and drop off our loaner when you get a chance. I wanted them to keep trying but they refused. So with much hesitation and pain in my heart I let my truck go and traded it in for a car I TRULY did not want but my truck was not safe to drive so for the safety of myself and my passengers I decided to let it go. And of course I didn t get as much money for trade in because they obviously knew it was broken. I love my truck and I had it customized to the way I really wanted it. (All cosmetics.. bumpers, roof rack, wheels. No performance mods because I did not want to mess with the reliability toyota is known for) my truck was perfect to me and it was ripped away from me. I ran into one of the techs at the gym and he goes hey you're the guy with the red tacoma thats been at the dealership for the past few months right? I replied yup thats me and he tells me something shocking.. you might want to do some digging man. I overheard some techs saying that there was a salesperson that wants to buy your truck so theyre gonna try to convince you that its not fixable so that you can sell it this obviously got my blood boiling since I had just traded it in about 2 days prior and I m now driving a little car. A WEEK after I traded in my not fixable truck, I spot it driving around with paper plates!!!! my friend also spotted it, was taking pictures of it and the new owner comes out and asks him why hes taking pictures of the truck. My friend said he was just appreciating it. He started asking questions like did you build this yourself? Did you get a good deal on it? Etc the new owner said something along the lines of i bought it like this from fox toyota. i got a good deal, the guy that had it before was having some issues with it and traded it in but the dealership was able to fix it. So they either ripped me off or ripped off the new owner and sold them a broken truck. Either way, all I smell is DECEPTIVE BUSINESS CASE!!!! It doesnt make sense that not one but TWO toyota engineers from corporate were sent down to check on my truck and weren t able to figure out the problem. Makes me think that they knew they can make a quick buck off my truck since it was modified and what the tech told me at the gym was true. Fox Toyota needs to make this right.

The sales man Rudy from used cars in Toyota screwed us with the car he sold us. Blaming us in the dent which it had already even the manager told us. Plus he sold the car to my wife like if it was brand new. Knowing him from fabens we thought he would help us in which he didn t. Just to get a check he screws people over. Guess some friends are not friends at all. So people watch out with him

Sounds like these guys have some sketchy and lazy employees. Not honoring a mileage warranty and lying to a costumer to believe his truck was unsafe and unfixable. Just so they could turn around, actually fix it, and then sell it for profit and put this young guy into a car he didn't want.

This business will scam you into trading in your car! They pretended my boyfriends truck wasn't fixable after almost 6 months of attempting to fix it and giving up , then forced him to trade it in only to actually fix it a couple days later and sell it. They are deceptive and manipulative, take your business anywhere else
