Had alignment done. Didn't seam to be right. Called! Told me better check other parts of steering. I thought that's what you do before alignment. Was of money. Had shocks put on ! Over priced. 6 shocks $1,500.00 wow. There friendly though. Not happy!

I own two older model Toyota trucks. One is 31 years old and the other is 17. I've managed to preserve them by regularly scheduling repair and maintenance. Forrest Tire in El Paso has been the best place to take my trucks for brake maintenance. Ron, in the front office, is the right guy for scheduling and managing the work. The mechanics are top shelf. Their location and hours are perfect and they can accommodate personal and commercial vehicles as well. 5 stars, and highly tecommended!

I was being jerked all over on the price of an alignment everywhere in El Paso. I found Forrest Tire online and was able to get prompt work done, no "extras" were added, and I received a military discount! I will definitely use them whenever possible. Everyone was very professional and treated me with respect...Cathy

Outstanding alignment work; they were able to accommodate a walk-in request (no appointment), and did great work. My early 2000's truck drives like new; military friendly. Thanks for the great service and work!

I was in a bind for 2 drive tires for my truck. They were the only ones who had them. I figured they would gouge me but they did NOT! I pulled up there and thought this lot is so small how can I get my truck & trailer in? I went to the office talked to them and they had a plan. I got in the lot and out the back got the tires put on in just a bit.....less than a hour. They fed me some beans & brisket with home made salad. I really felt as if I was the most important person to them! I do not care what it cost for tires in El Paso I will always come here.

Great, timely service! Ron was very helpful and saved me $$. I had diesel fuel filters replaced and new steel valve stems put on my inside dually tires. This is my go-to place when I'm in El Paso.

Great service and super friendly crew!! I needed to get a hotel room while they worked on my truck. They took me to the room and picked me up. Highly recommend. I had kingpins and a 3 axle alignment done on my semi.

When I was stranded on the 54 with a flat tire, I noticed Forrest Tire near the exit I was at. I walked over to see if they accepted my companies fleet card, since I was traveling from out of town. I spoke with Bernie at the front desk who was extremely professional and helpful. He sent out the roadside assist vehicle and Gerald fixed my flat on the side of the road. Forrest Tire turned a dire situation into a very pleasant experience. Thanks Bernie and Gerald!

Wonderful service, very prompt and competitively priced. Purchased two new steering tires. They came out to my motor home being worked on at Cummins where they took off the wheels, mounted and balanced the tires and brought them back and installed them all in a few hours time.

I went to Forrest tire as soon as they opened this morning to get some tires I had mounted on my wheels. I'm active duty and I worked today so I was in uniform one of the first things that came out of the managers mouth was "thank you for your service" which seems to be very rare now a days. The employees were very respectful and I was offered fresh coffee and a donut. The mechanic who worked on my truck (George) was a very efficient worker and did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend others to Forrest tire and I will also return to them for future business.

Had a bad tire on my 5th wheel trailer and ask them if they could send mobile service out to swop out tires for me. They were there in a timely manner and accomplished it quickly. Far I am concerned, top notch company. Thanks!

Excellent service! Bernie, Chris and the team replaced the tires on my RV and even pointed out that the king pins would need to be replaced in the near future but assured me that the coach is still safe to drive. If you need your tires replaced on your large rig, they will take care of you. 2014 Fleetwood Bounder 35K.

Bought new tires (not from Forrest Tire) and haven't had them long when one morning we had a flat due to a screw stuck deep in one of the new tires. I checked online and found Forrest Tire near me and their prices were reasonable for a tire repair. I was in and out with my tire repaired and now I know where to go in the future for tire needs! Professional, friendly and fast!

Nothing is better than a shop that does a job right the first time, except a shop that does a job perfectly the first time - and this is one of those shops! I don't say this lightly, either. I drive a semi truck cross country, and these days, it's very rare to find shops that care about the work they do.I called them out of the blue because they're a Michelin dealer, and they carried the steer tires that I like. I was also past due for an alignment, during which, they showed me the excessive wear in my kingpins.They were able to make all repairs, and get the alignment done, all for a competitive price, and it was done perfectly the first time.I would definitely go back.

The customer service here is excellent from the front office to the technicians. I had been to a few places around town and couldn t help. The techs recommended what I needed and they were dead on. I will always come back here to service my tow trucks.

Had unusual experience in airport parking lot; returned to El Paso on a Sunday evening to find both front tires had been slashed. Forrest Tire was able to match the nearly new tires, replace and get us on the road home (three hour drive). From bad things sometimes you find the good. Forrest Tire is the good!
