Staff was friendly and not pushy. Helped me see a couple of things that needed attention and did t pressure me at all. They were quick, informative, and kind. Great combo! Got a good deal on lifetime alignment and rotation/balance at a very affordable price for this semi-retired do-gooder.

I went for a flat repair, my tire was not fixable anymore and the front desk person explained to me what the problem was and the recommendations. At the end they installed the spare tire for free until I had time to go back and get new tires. That's what I call good customer service.

Very disappointed with the auto service that is provided !!!! They don't know how to find the problem in your vehicle and taking care of the car. They want you to spend money on parts that have no part of the problem

Day after an oil change, check engine light comes on so I go back (the phone rang all morning, apparently no voicemail.) Spoke with Manny, first he stressed it's "completely unrelated, "just a coincidence" (before checking the car). Next, engine code checks are $113 but prices "may" have gone up.. Then said, if the code WAS related to the oil change, I wouldn't have to pay. At this point I was confused, he assured me the engine light was "completely unrelated," I'd be charged; now I may NOT be charged if it IS related. My confidence waivered seeing the emissions light, now it was cracking. I agreed to pay if needed, as an Uber driver I can't have the engine light on. After 3 hours, I got a call (while sitting in the lobby). The tech cleared the code, drove the car and now the code was gone, they gave me the keys and advised I go to the dealership if it comes back... Code:P106B Cyl 4 Oil Supply Solenoid Valve Switch On Time Out of Range. Confidence shattered, won't be going back EVER.

Great experience. They were able to fix my car at a great price. The mechanic took time to explain what was happening and even show me when I was frustrated. I would highly recommend coming here if you are having car troubleUpdate: turns out they installed the wrong size and it did long term damage to my vehicle. Another Firestone was able to fix and refund me

They forcefully want me to buy another 3 new tires I know I have 1 bad tire and the other one I just bought a mont ago. I can't just, buy, buy, buy. I know that's what economy is all about, but I ain't no Do ald Trump to buy every single time all 4 set of tires. This year was a rainy day for me so too bad, fir them. I can't and don't have to meet up to their expectations.

Not a very good place to go to. left my wife's car without lug nuts. They didn't put the good tires in the front. Crappy service and very disappointed in this establishment.

Friendly customer service. However, there s a few thing I am disappointed with following my first visit. 1) they broke my hood lever and didn t mention it, or offered to replace it. 2) they advised I had a leak in my radiator. However, the fluid is now flowing out following the visit. Prior to the visit, I m sure there was a leak but it was a small one, there s was no fluid on the ground and The fluids would remain for at least 2 weeks. Now the fluids drain within a few hours leaving a puddle. My advise if you are going to visit them, take pictures of your vehicle.Service: Oil change

Nail hole leak in tire. Sales guy said yes, they would install an inside patch to repair. Get the tire back with a cheap plug in it. Took 1hr 15min to repair when just taking the tire in by itself, unmounted. Over priced, 30 bucks for a plug when I could ve bought an entire cheap plug repair kit for $5. Front desk doesn t know the difference between a patch and a plug.

They couldn't give me an estimate time for getting the inspection done. I consider that if you know your number of employees, the cars that you have inside, it is reasonable to give clients an average of time.Costumer service could be friendler.

The staff was awesome. The service was great. Still have the same issue with the AC but staff did what they could. Air still comes out warm when I decrease the speed. Wish we could figure out what it is.

This is the worst Firestone branch I've ever visited. The staff are outright rude and they never honor service repair commitments they make and always they have an excuse. My vehicle stayed in their parking lot for a total of 9 days just because of a rim. The entire first week I was taken in circles being told it's being shipped but when I ask when it'll arrive they kept saying they don't know when the shipment will arrive and they don't have control. They said they shipping using FedEx but any reasonable person would ask how can they not have an estimate. Even after buying the rim and delivering it by person hours later the rim hadn't been installed. I realized other people who had just drop off their vehicle get service before mine

Went to the store to either make an appointment or drop off my vehicle. Tried calling to make an appointment but they don't answer the phone. When I got to the shop there was only one person being helped at the counter and no line. Waited about 15 minutes and the clerk finished assisting the person that was there when I came in. There was no acknowledgement or anything from the clerk. After he got done assisting that person he immediately took a phone call. Another 10 minutes and I left the store. So to sum this up I Waited about 25 minutes and didn't even get a hello, I'll right with you, or anything. This is not the first time this has happened to me at this store. I have done business with this company for years. Now because of their lack of customer service I will find another place to take my business.

Don't get your stuff serviced here they say they do allot of stuff but they don't, I worked at a lube spot so know what to look for and these guys fail every timeWow that's was 7 months ago and this place still is horrible, my husband always takes his work van there and NEVER once has it been friendly or on time, we left his van yesterday 7/23/19 for his breaks, well his goes threw a fleet company, the main CSR is always rude, we went to pick up his van mind you NO ONE called to say it was or wasn't ready, we show up 30 min before close because it should be ready that's what the CSR said yesterday when they left it, and it was early in the day id understand if it was late almost closing time but it wasn't, we said we will need it by 7/24 because my husband works 7/25 , which he told this guy, he said it's fine nothing to worry about, well we should of worried, he said well I was leaving this guy was coming on it was his job to call you, and the other tech left that could do the brakes .. so I said does the customer service stop when they are in shift change, no one talks about what job is what, and when it needs to be done, because "I was leaving" , it's bull not only do they not do the service in the first come first serve ,I honestly think they had just took it in about 6pm today. . So my husband said well when is it gonna be ready they said MAYBE TOMORROW my husband turned around and under his breath said this is bull, and then the CSR stated to my husband you don't have to cuss me out, my husband wasn't even talking to him, my husband is losing hrs that I know Firestone ain't gonna pay him. The CSR also said well you didn't pay for anything anyway!!!!!! For real guy?? I would love for the district manager for the Firestone to please give me a call, if not I'll be calling corporate office on Monday!! So I MOST DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE go to the pep boys across the street...

Passenger window motor broke on my vehicle, so I came here to see if they could fix it. They Fixed it and charged me like $600. Window is out of pocket when you raise it up now, this was like a year ago. Today my window motor broke again!!so long story short, everything on the door was replaced and they quoted me that all parts where new, so tell me if they were new should have lasted a while on there, plus that this car I hardly use. But will not recommend ever to anyone. They just trying to rob you blind, cause I went to a shop close by and they fixed it for half the price. So becareful with that too.

I tried calling this store many times to make an appointment to have my car alignment done and could never get through to anyone. So I scheduled an appointment online. I got an confirmation email that my car was scheduled. I take my car in and the man at the front was very rude and short with me. I said I had an appointment to have my car alignment done, and he said it could not be done because my car has cameras and it needs to be taken to the dealership. I asked about why I was able to make an appointment then if my car was so complicated and he couldn t answer, only said most people call. I did, many times and could never reach a human. He just shrugged his shoulders and said sorry. Thanks for your help buddy. I could tell that they were busy but I think they just didn t want to do it. Very unprofessional.Update: I called the dealership today, the receptionist said she had never heard anything about the cameras needing to be recalibrated after an alignment.

Took my car in at 1:30pm(no appointment) for an alignment and to fix a punctured spare tire. I was told the car should be done around 3:30-4. I called at 4 to check the status of the car. After waiting a while for the guy at the front desk to pick up I asked was it done. I was put on hold for several minutes only to be told they were still working on it and before I could ask how much longer he hung up. I drove by 30 minutes later pulled into the parking lot only to find the car had not moved from where I parked it when I dropped it off. I questioned the old guy at the front desk why I was told they were working on it when in fact it hasn't moved. He said without a care in the world to my convenience or need to have my car fixed, "No they haven't got to it. Do i just wanna take the car?" I told him I want the work done and that it needs to be done before closing. He didn't answer and went straight back to staring at his computer. Not only are they liars but I assume they are lazy as well since I saw the mechanics standing and casually walking around like they get paid to stand around and make sure the floor is in working order.

Handed the supervisor statement paper,, card that has my information and the money. I didn't have exact change.The supervisor couldn't take 5 seconds to look at the paper which stated the last amount I had to pay off. Took the all money. And waited for me to say something the says "I don't look at the paper". This company is shady... had my tire fixed at different location and they couldn't be bothered to close my hood correctly but opened it up anyways.... Tires are still under warranty and their poking in my engine bay to charge me something I don't need. Cabin sure air: new. Engine filter: cleaned. Never going here again. First time the tires I paid for, one of them was the wrong size. Again not looking in the door jam or on the paper!!!

Excellent service and very friendly staff! Great price for parts and labor! And my vehicle was completed in Excellent Time! This is my new goto shop for my auto care needs and I definitely recommend this shop!Update: I had to get some work done on 11/26/21 and this shop is the best of the best. They totally worked with me to get the price of the work being done down so I could afford it. These guys are the best!! 100% recommend!Great care car service, good time in and out for an oil change. I definitely recommend this shop!

I made an appointment on line for an alignment, which at the time I added my vehicle info. Showed up for my appointment and was told my truck was to long for there alignment rack. Also that the alignment rack was an older one. My issue is that if my vehicle info and appointment was in there system why wasn t I notified so that I could make other arrangements? Are they performing services without up to date equipment? I did however go to the Montana store and was taken in without an appointment (I did show proof of my other appointment). I was also told that this store on dyer could and should have been able to perform the alignment as the Montana store has they same exact alignment rack/machine. What s up with that dyer store?

My daughter took her car due to an air conditioner issue she made an appointment but that apparently doesn t matter it stayed at the shop for almost an entire day. I went with her to check on the status since there was no communication and the incompetence of the front desk was insane. The estimate came in for $1700 claiming that the air compressor needs replacing. I told my daughter to take the car to my mechanic and surprise, surprise the repair cost $212 there was a leak in one of the hoses that s it. What a rip off stay away from this place

We took my mom's car here to an EL Paso, Tx location on Dyer St. They checked it. Varied it was a bad starter. Needed replacing. My mom gave them her extended warranty info. She's done been with this particular Firestone to the tune of $2200 over the past 5 years. She has their credit card. The stalled of the job for 3 days. Saying the manager was the only one who could approve the warranty work. On day three I went to complain. I told the if you don't want to do the warranty work we're taking the car. He tried to say how complicated it was to get warranty approval. I said NO! That's not it. I was an Auto finance manager for 10 years. Warranty companies pay you a flat, cheaper, rate. And now that business is booming, you don't want to take the cut rate. After 3 more minutes of verbal dancing, he said Yes. That's true. We left. Took car to Honda. New Stater ordered. Recurved. Car is fixed. She's happy. $786 job. She paid $100 deductible. That's it. Firestone is a warranty partner. They just chose to let my mom's car sit there and lie to us for 3 days. Saying the manager was the only one that could get the work authorized. And he was sick. Total lies. Very bad business.
