When I mention the service was only for an oil change, it would be downplaying the issue. Initially, I took the car in for an oil change, and they suggested changing some filters, which we agreed to. I had visited this location for oil changes twice before without any problems. However, after today's visit, we noticed an oil sensor warning and a strange noise in the car. Upon returning to the shop, the attendant claimed the sensor was already there, which was not the case. They later admitted it might have been triggered during the oil change. Now, I'm left with a car issue I didn't have before, including the need to purchase a new sensor. This has been my worst experience, and I cannot recommend this place.

The staff are very kind, and they were open and honest about the maintenance my car needed and the urgency. They told me my belt needed to be replaced, but said it wasn t too bad yet and I could wait a while if I stayed in town and didn t drive too much. That honestly is something I seriously respect and appreciate- most other mechanics would say I d need to do it right away. The wait can take a while, especially if you schedule later in the day, but I m understanding and would rather them take their time to do it right than rush them and have something be missed! I ve never had an issue with any of the work that I ve had done by them. Definitely my go-to place!

I had a great experience today. I'm in town visiting my children and my car was shaking. I dropped it off. They took care of me. Apparently I had a ton of dirt in all my tires . I believe the gentleman that helped me was named Charlie. Charlie was the nicest and most helpful guy. He made my experience so much better. Highly recommend.

Firestone employee Charlie was very helpful and trustful when I came in for new breaks and tires. He even showed me personally how my disc brakes looked and gave me an honest estimate of how long the services I requested would take. Charlie also kept me informed as each service got completed. Firestone employee Sally was also very courteous and helpful when it came time to pick up my vehicle. I will definitely be back again. All the employees working there were very kind and respectful.

This store answers the phone. They are polite when you get there. They are honest on their time allowed for each job. Ammended: A few days later, I returned since I was pleased with the service. This time, I was to get an oil change and antifreeze flush. The antifreeze flush was not the price which was advertised. On the oil change, Sally tried to charge me for an inspection service that was performed 3 days earlier. She rotated the tires back to the original position. The inspection had things on it which was not on the one from a few days prior. I guess you have to watch for the constant up pricing. Can't trust you mechanic. Watch the service department and mechanics to make sure you are getting what you ordered and not an increase in price.

Service took longer than expected. They gave us an estimated time of 2-3 hours but it took the whole day. There was additional service but when I asked how much time it would add they only said about 30 minutes. However, they were able to fix a noise issue we've been dealing with for years unresolved and went to multiple mechanics including the dealership. But Firestone was able to fix it upon the first visit. The noise is gone and the car runs smoother we very happy with the results.

Good place for some light repairs. Luis is nice guy. I see him be helpful and courteous to all customers that walk in just the way he has been with us. If they can't fix what is wrong, they let you know pretty quick. Otherwise, good team there.

I had a poor experience here about a year ago but wanted to give the benefit of the doubt. After making an online appointment and calling to verify, I arrived to discover they couldn't help me until next week. I'm a single parent caring for a teen with severe medial issues, and it took a lot of planning to get to my appointment today. I, unfortunately, won't be returning to give them a 3rd chance.

5 1/2 hours for an oil change. Even tho I did an appointment, I wonder how much longer would it had taken without appointment. I left my truck 8 am according to the person I spoke (over the phone to make appointment) the work order would take up to 3 hours. I was scheduled from 8 am to 11 am according to employee. I left my truck and went next door to gym. I saw the truck just stand out there in the parking lot for at least 3 hours. Around 11 am I called to ask about the status of it and they said they hadn t started to work on it yet. After a long wait they pulled the truck out of shop and was left there without me getting a courtesy call to let me know the truck was ready. I was wondering if they were waiting on something but no it just stood there till I called to ask for status. Rest of job was not finish, due to other issues. The most amazing part about this place is the attitude Firestone employees have have toward customers. I was frustrated I just wanted to get out of there but by looking at their shirts it seem to me both employees I spoke to were managers. I don t like to look at negative things I understand things happen but this went beyond I have a feeling they do this on a daily basis but people stay quiet. Once AGAIN 5 1/2 HOURS FOR AN OIL CHANGE INCREDIBLE!!!!! And no they were not that busy I ve seen more traffic at other locations and an oil change doesn t take that long.Service: Oil change

The gentleman at the front counter had the best attitude. When I came in, he was very kind. They were not sure if my car would be too low to get a wheel alignment. But instead of just telling me no, he had a technician check for me, and it was all good. Had me set up and checked out in no time. I greatly appreciate the great customer service. I will most definitely be returning in the future for all my alignments.

Customer service was great, I needed an alignment and tire balance but didn't have an appointment. They were able to take me in, and they did a terrific job with my car, I will always go to them for my automobile repair.

This is the second time I have had to take my car to the dealership to get it fixed after taking it to this location. The first time was for a coolant leak. They kept my car for 3 weeks and finally told me they couldn't fix it. I had to pay for more repairs at the dealership that they had messed up to get it fully fixed. I brought my car there the second time to just get four new tires because you know that's their bread and butter, but I'll be taking it to the dealership tomorrow to complete this simple task. Time and money are the reasons people come to these places and it is not worth it.

Took my car last week to get some services done before a long drive to Wisconsin. Was told I needed a few extra services regarding my tires & brakes & went with the recommendation. We are now on the road to Wisconsin & had to stop to get the vehicle checked because we were having problems & turned out I was missing my Lug Bolts & some other stuff were not put back properly. This is extremely disappointing as I paid a lot to you all to make sure my vehicle was safe to drive for the long drive & now I am having to stop at another location in Wisconsin to make sure they fix what should have been properly done at this location. Extremely disappointed. Please make sure you all check the vehicles carefully before handing them back over to the customer. I m glad nothing worse happened to my vehicle or the passengers on the drive due to this issue.

I've been going to the different locations of Firestone around el paso for years and never disappoint. Charlie is such an amazing person, he explained everything pretty good and they did everything they could for my truck to be running good again

This was my fourth attempt to fix my car (other places) and the staff figured it out. It did take all day and over a thousand dollars later, plus things kept getting added that needed to get fixed.

Horrible. 3 hours to change a tire. They place filled up then emptied out. If your not brown don't come here. Add a bunch of stuff to my bill without me asking. Worse Firestone I've been too. They took my bill from 330 for the tire too 515. This place is a scam.

Friendly service each and every time. The life time tire rotation is well worth the investment. State inspection stickers also done here. The oil change prices are comperable to what out there. Trustworthy staff. Consider them for your vehicle maintenance needs.

I had flat tires with warranty for all tires for Firestone. I took my car to this location since it is closer to my house. The front desk had difficulty finding my number and was very rude and just didn t care. I had to repeat myself multiple times and said I would have to wait 5 hours to see my car if I was going to leave it just shrugged his shoulders stating my car was behind a lot of cars.The front desk has always been rude and bad attitude I ended up leaving and went to the Lee Trevino location. If I need to get something looked at it is better to drive to the Lee Trevino location because their customer service is helpful and took care of my car in less than half the time I was quoted at pebble hills.

I'm in from out of town because my mom is in the hospital. Her car had a flat tire. Stopped to get it checked and was told it would be at least 2-3 hours. I asked if they could at least put the spare on, same time frame. Then when I said I obviously didn't have an option but to wait it turned into 5+ hours. Then I was told they could put air in it and I could go elsewhere. Obviously my business wasn't wanted. Glad the Firestone where I'm from treats their customers better than this.

I took my vehicle twice to get the brakes done after making an online appointment that was confirmed by Firestone. After two full days there the brakes weren't fixed and all we had to show was a $120 oil change (the synthetic not having been discussed with my wife nor the full maintenance package cost)! Both service visits, and I use that term loosely, we got a call about 5 pm (the store closes at 7) with a rep talking us out of getting our brakes done.And if this wasn't bad enough, one warning light and then multiple warning lights went on our vehicle during a trip the day after visiting Firestone (the reason for our wanting the brakes fixed during our first visit) that made us uneasy throughout.During the second visit and after mentioning the warning lights on my vehicle were not on prior to the first visit the rep promptly accused us of having been in a wreck and that this caused the warning lights to go off! The obvious conclusion is if this were true wouldn't we have just made an insurance claim and had everything fixed?! Why would we go back to Firestone and what did we have to gain from coming to the other obvious conclusion that a technician at Firestone caused the warning lights to go off since they weren't on before the first visit?No professionalism, no take an L for the customer. We are still in shock that this accusation was made against us. We will NEVER take our vehicle to a Firestone again.Services: Brake service & repair, Oil change

Horrible service after you buy the tires. I ve been trying to get my tires rotated for a year and a half now. I made several appointments and they said it will take three hours just to rotate my tires. This is the first time I bought my tires from here and my last time. Discount tires rotated my tires within 30 minutes. I do not recommend this place. Friendly, polite staff in the front until they sell you tires.
