I can t review their service because I didn t get work done there. They quoted me $800+ to change my spark plugs. I have 16 in my truck. So I did them myself and save $650. $650 in labor?! No thanks, it was a pain in the but though.

We've been coming for the last three years only because every year we've "needed to buy a new tire and was declared unrepairable", and we opted for the warranty. Well like magic, every time, it was something that the warranty didn't cover. It started feeling scammy so we started looking at other options. The final nail in the coffin was when we called back and they said our battery conveniently started having problems, when we just bought that battery 5 months ago and have had zero issues, none whatsoever. The car starts up almost instantly and this was the first battery we needed to buy in the last four years, but here its all of a sudden "acting weird". Borderline useless warranty and a string of very convenient coincidences was enough for me to say no more

As soon I walked into the door, the staff was curtious and on it. Was quick to let me know that they were a little behind before they started work. Had no issues with any of it. They went as far as finding coupons to help with the cost of their service!!Highly recommend.

Do not recommend coming here, took over an two hours to get a tire at 8:30 in the morning. When they said it would be 40 minutes. They move slower than molasses no matter the time.

My recent visit to this Firestone location for what was supposed to be a simple $10 vehicle maintenance and tire rotation offer turned into a nightmare of poor service and questionable practices. Despite being told the maintenance would only take 2 hours, it ended up consuming 5-6 hours of my time.Upon arrival, I was unsurprisingly hit with a laundry list of recommended repairs totaling over $800. As a woman, I'm all too familiar with mechanics attempting to upsell unnecessary services, but what truly shocked me was the exorbitant $60 charge to replace the cabin filter. Thankfully, I questioned this price and insisted on a lower-cost option, as the task itself takes mere minutes and the filter is inexpensive.However, the most concerning aspect of my experience was the blatant negligence regarding the tire rotation. Not only were my tires not rotated as promised, but they were left underinflated, contrary to the safety and performance of my vehicle. I was informed they were overinflated, which may have been true, but the PSI requirements for my car are clear, and leaving them at 15-20 PSI is unacceptable.Ultimately, I left the Lee Trevion Firestone feeling deceived and cheated. It seems no maintenance was actually performed on my car, and I essentially paid $10 for someone to underinflate my tires and attempt to pressure me into unnecessary repairs. I urge others to be cautious when considering this shop for service, as their practices are not only unethical but potentially harmful to your vehicle and your wallet.

Over charge on extra oil. The system put a charge of 20 extra quarts of oil and no one could explain the reason why very well or the rational. I spent about 33 dollars for 2 quarts of extra oil that my vehicle requires. I was very fustrated and with your system charges. I do not plan to ever use firestone for an oil change. I would never recommend a peron do an oil change at this firestone. I have used this Firestone for nearly 20 years with any consideration for being a loyal customer. This is a worthless sales rep. that is destroying the reputation of a good company.The only reason I did not give a zero is that it is not available on this platform. I did not mention they did not correct the tire air pressure in my tires after the tires were rotated. Front is supposed to be higher pressure than the rear but made no effort to correct this.

I ve driven a Firestone for many decades now. I kept My loyalty even if I moved around different states. I been happy with the maintenance they have done to my vehicles up until today. I bought some tires about a year ago and today I came in with a flat. I was told it could not be repaired and suggested a $400+ replacement they said my tires had warranty so I was looking at a little over $300 for a new tire size 275/55R20. The tires only have 20k miles on them their proration on warranty seemed way off. I questioned the advisor since he never gave me an explanation about why my tire needed to be replaced . I decided to not buy the new tire and went to a regular tire shop. They patched up my tire and even showed me a diagram to explain what was repairable and what was not. I ended up paying less than $20. Firestone when you read this you can skip your Templated AI generated response you have lost a loyal customer.

They are very slow keep to help you and take forever just to take a tire off and put on boot. Definitely do not recommend. The restroom was also very filthy.

Was going to the store to get a refund - when I met Alberto, the store manager. I explained why I was there and gave him the 411. He asked me to give them another chance and I did. Alberto and the mechanic took care of the problem right away. I am grateful that there are still people like Alberto out there. He was friendly, honest but most importantly fair - he went out of his way to take care of me, a little old customer and I appreciate that very much. Thank you Alberto and good job hiring someone like him Firestone. Most of all, any business should always respect the times they give for appointments and be considerate of peoples time.

Worst place to come for a tire rotation. Called to place an appointment for 10am and then 2 hours later taking the vehicle. Literally no point to schedule a time if they are just going to take walk ins before the scheduled appointment. Last time visiting this place. If you don t like to waste your time I suggest looking for another place. Discount tire is right down the street I m sure they will not waste your timeService: Tires

Every time I go, my car is fixed right. They are honest about what needs to be taken care of, they let you know if they found something that needs attending to. Many places try getting money out of you, here they don t do that at all. I ve gone more than 4 times, good service every time

It s been a rough 2 months.. lots of wear and tear.. I ve been in and out of Firestone a few times for various repairs. Albert, Sandy and their trained repairmen have gotten me in and out quickly. They are all professional and courteous,Thank you all for your help I definitely recommend this location

I totally feel as if I were scammed and ripped off. I went in to have my AC fixed. Told them I had to knock on the compressor fan to get it to run. They ended up charging me just over $2k to fix my truck s AC. Today, I had to go back because the only cool air I had was if I was doing 50+ MPH on the highway. What did they tell me today? The compressor fan needed to be changed for $417. I was told they were doing that the first time I went in. Lucky for me l I have the write up from the first visit that said that needed to be replaced as well. Don t go to Firestone for anything. It is shady as anything.

I had an appointment at 1pm. I got there about 12:40 for oil change, fluid flush, and to get my breaks fix. They waited till closing time to tell me they can't fix my breaks cause they don't have time and bring it back tomorrow. I asked him what was the point of having an appointment? He told me he was sorry. I will not be bringing my truck here anymore.

I was looking for a place to replace my vehicle tires, after some research I found this location and gave it a try so I went to my nearest location. They had to order a set of tires as there were not available on that location so they set an appointment for the next day. The lady who helped me was very cold and kind of rude with me but I thought she probably had another problem and that was the reason for her to be like that but, when I returned the next day she was the same with everyone and there was aa co-worker acting the same, treating customers as they didn't care. They took good care of my vehicle, replaced tires, balanced wheels and alignment of them, prices are reasonable compared with competitors, the only that may stop me from going back is the customer service.

I took my car to get the back shocks changed. I dropped off my car. They called me back with a quote for that, and of course, other things that "needed to be changed immediately" too. So I ended up getting the front struts, and rear shocks changed. I paid almost 2k for that, and now there's a very loud clicking noise in the front of the car whenever I turn my steering wheel. That noise was definitely not there when I first took my car. I took it back 2 times, and they can't fix it. Their excuse is that my car needs other things done, that that is the reason why my car is now doing that sound. It's just ridiculous!!

I finally thought I found a place I could trust and rely on. But sadly that trust is gone and if you don t want to read the entire story, they basically tried to scam me into buying a tire I didn t need.One of my tires was low the night before so just filled it up with my portable compressor. I checked it in the morning and hardly any air was lost. So it was a very slow leak and I inspected the entire tire and found 1 nail on the tread.So I took my car to this Firestone location (Lee Trev/Rojas) because I ve been going here for a couple years now and was happy with their service. I told them I needed a tire repaired and to check the alignment as well, but I didn t have an appointment so I dropped it off and went to work.I received a call from Sally, one of the account managers, who told me the nail is on the side wall and I would need a new tire and immediately quoted me something like a $125 replacement tire. Suspiciously, I asked her how many nails they found and she answered I think 2 , so maybe it s the mechanics that were giving her this info.Well I know I only saw one nail on the tread and nothing on the side walls, because I know side wall damage is irreparable and I would ve asked how much a new tire is instead of a repair when I initially brought it in.So I said no that s ok I ll just pick it up, I don t want a new tire right now and cancel my alignment check. I then picked up my car and dropped it off at another tire place and told them I needed a tire repaired. When I picked it up they said they only found one nail and that I was good to go.So needless to say I m never going back to this location and probably never going to any Firestone again.

They have had my car for a full 7 days. Was supposedly going to be done 4 days ago and apparently a new problem arises. That doesn't sound sketchy. *Sarcasm*.I am missing work and God knows how many more I'll miss because they've been playing around claiming they keep getting the part needed but it has been the wrong size. Every day it's the same story so for 3 times they have gotten the wrong part. I recommend NO ONE come to Firestone. This is ridiculous.

Had a 1pm appointment and they waited until 7pm today to tell me they can't do my brakes. After they was told informed I meeded to get on the road for a family emergency in the am!!! Then there's the part where they charges $300 for coolant. Do not go here!

I recently had an issue with a manger at this location on 12/20/22, I was charged $170 for an oil change. When I asked why it was so much they said it was due to my oil filter. When i showed them my receipt from my previous oil change the manager stated it was because I was charged wrong last time. He then said that it was not his responsibility to inform me of the price difference even tho it almost doubled my total. The assistant manager later stated that the price jump was due to having to outsource my filter because it was not carried it store but admitted that they should have advised me beforehand due to how expensive it was. I was told by the store manager Alberto who initially handled my situation and who was the one who told me it was not his responsibility to inform me of price increase for parts, told me not to return to his store because he had never had an issue with a customer complaining on a prices . I informed him I would be complaining to corporate and he encouraged me and stated you all knew who he was . I wrote a complaint to corporate but received a phone call from said manager Alberto today offering me $40 back. I do not appreciate you guys having him call me and not even apologize for the encounter we had had earlier. I even told him in said encounter to not talk to me and leave me alone. I was polite on the phone because I was at work and know how to act unlike him. I am very unhappy with the service you all offered and feel very scammed. I will never return to this company and I advise you not to eitherService: Oil change

I honestly can't believe that this location tried to screw me too. I thought the Firestone in Conroe, Texas was bad, these people are worse. I had a tire sensor light in my dashboard that needed resetting, so instead of doing that, they were going to charge me $632.00 for 4 TPMS tire sensors. Funny after I was held there for almost 3 hours for an AC check, I stopped by Discount Tire and had them reset my tire sensor in my dashboard and they checked all 4 TPMS's and nothing was wrong with them. Got it done for FREE !!!!I'm guessing the $2,071.00 they wanted to charge me for the AC is bogus too.Well after being a customer for nearly 15+ years, today it ends.NO MORE FIRESTONE FOR ME AND MY FAMILY!!!!!

It may be busy because they are popular, but they take care of you fast. They did a great job with my truck and even identified some other issues for free and gave me a print out of the repair costs in case I ever wanted to come back and get them done.

If I could give them 100 stars , I would. Great service great staff. Out ac and radiator were leaking. Saturday morning took it in, and by late afternoon it was complete. Working great
