Sonia,Your associate was very helpful with my service needs for my Buick Envision. She knew what I needed. As I was waiting she did a diagnosis on my vehicle and confirmed it. They replaced a sensor, rotated my tires and replaced one tire. That is all I could afford. She also me a recommendation list of what needs to be next so that I can get a wheel alignment. I will get it done on my next visit. She was very precise on the diagnosis and I value her expertise and managerial skills with customers.

This place never disappoints. I've been to three Firestone stones: the one on dyer across from Pep Boys and the one on Fort Bliss. This one on Montana is the best one of those three. Very professional and they know what they're doing. If they know your vehicle is going to be there for a long time, they will let you know before you get the service. I drive all the way from northeast to come here. It's worth the drive. By the way, I totally forgot about the tire warranty and took my truck in because there was a nail in the tire. I didn't pay anything because when I bought the tires from here, I got the warranty.

Performed an inspection including a possible alignment on my vehicle. The mechanic and advisor stated I needed new pads and rotors and 4 new tires. They told me one had a side wall weakness (bubble). No tire had a bubble. All tires had enough tread. Three of the four tires were Michelin. I bought new pads and rotors. After I had the rim off, I noticed the pads and rotors were nearly new. These guys lied about everything in order to make a little money on the ignorant.

Manager Sonja was very professional and vehicle (s) - mine and wife's - were serviced with ZERO wait time and completed in a timely manner. I drove past x4 other Firestone locations on the east side of El Paso from Fabens, Texas (exit 49 on I-10) to get service from Sonja at the Montana and Chesla Firestone. I strongly recommend that Sonja be promoted to Area manager so that other locations can be TRAINED properly on total customer satisfaction. Sonja's approach to Customer Service is exactly what Blanchard (Arthur of 1 Minute Manager series of best seller books) wrote about in his book, RAVING FANS, exceeding outstanding customer service standards...customers will go out of their way every chance they get to sing praises and recommend to friends, family, etc...

Unbelievable. I made an appt for 8 am, didn t hear anything all day. I call to check at 2 pm, told will get a call back in a half hour, get one two hours later that my car will need to be kept overnight. For a brake job. I was told understaffed, sorry . No, not good enough. You could ve told me the day before when I booked the appt. Or the morning I dropped it off or anytime before 8+ hrs had elapsed. It took all day to tell me my car won t be ready? Totally unprofessional. Staffing issues are forgivable, lack of courtesy and customer service not so much. I had a similar experience with this store back in April. I gave them the benefit of the doubt then, I won t be returning. Go somewhere else, save yourself the headache.

Every time I need to bring my vehicle for basic maintenance or for a general repair, Sonia or Richard always take care of our issue efficiently and effectively. I can't imagine bringing my vehicle anywhere else for service!

Taking my car to this company was the worst decision I have made. I take good care of my automobile and was looking to get new tires for my ride. I spent over one thousand dollars on bridgestone tires at this location. I expected to get good service and a well done job. Since I took my car to this location my tire pressure indicator will not go away, and I'm almost 100 percent certain they folded my exhaust manifold gasket when they lifted my car up, now I also have a check engine light on. I took it back to this location a total of 3 times. to hopefully get it resolved and all they told me was "the tire has no holes and is not leaking, go get your sensors reset" so I did and the tire keeps losing air. I never had these issues before taking my car to this place. Its very obvious that they don't care in the quality of service they provide since it isn't their vehicle and it reflects on the quality and service of their work. I wish I could give this place 0 stars, and my money back. Stay away from this location do not give them your service and well earned money.Service: Tires

I called to make an appointment on the 24th the soonest they could get me in was the 25th at seven in the morning. When I got to the shop the gentleman at the front desk basically just ignored me for about 10 to 15 minutes and then finally acknowledge me and asked what he asked what he could assist me with.. I informed him of what I needed done on my 2001 Chevy Silverado 2500 HD 4 x 4 8 foot bed which happened to be a alignment as well as checking my front end steering and suspension due to a hard pull right. He stated that they may not be able to do the alignment due to how long the truck is A little confused but understood due to the length. I ended up taking a Uber heading home then about an hour to an hour and a half later he called me back stating my truck was too heavy and they cannot get it on the lift. So I had to get another Uber to take me back to the firestone shop to pick up my truck. I ended up taking it to Tops wheels and tires on dyer they treated me with respect and as a value customer. Ended up up selling me on some tires as well as fixing my rear axle seals along with the initial concern of fixing my front end Steering and suspension As well as doing an alignment.. NEVER WILL I TAKE MY TRUCK BACK TO A FIRESTONE SHOP!!!!

Poor service went in for a rotation balance alignment left with a shaking car. Went back and the representative tried selling tires and would take responsibility.

Went in for 2 concerns. One was explained away but the other as I was told was checked out and corrected. That issue still pops up so no I am not so sure of coming back to this particular station. It's more of a 2.5 stars rating....wish Google that option. 8/19/22 added a pic of the ongoing issue. I recheck the tires every so often.

NO INTEGRITY at this Firestone! My mother, a senior citizen, took her car in to get the "fuel modulator" ($383 at Autozone) replaced. This Firestone added 50% mark-up on that part, AND they took the whole weekend to fix it and returned her car late Monday. If you take your vehicle to Firestone on Montana St., be sure to check the pricing on the parts they are replacing.

Amazing customer service and equally amazing work done by these employees. I would like to specifically thank Richard at the Montana Street location in El Paso TX. Location as he goes above and beyond for his customer service. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for tires or just any auto services. Thank you for all your help.

Incompetent incompetent. These guys obviously don t care. I had four new tires installed sloppy workmanship when I was driving away I could hear a clanking coming from front driver side then I heard something fly up and hit inside the engine I have no idea what they did. My car sounds messed up. I also had them inspect the air condition and it s worse.

The level of customer service is subparThe individuals are not friendly or helpfulPoor customer service and long wait times make for an unfortunate experienceI am sure it won t make a difference to any of the employees but I will never returnHelp your staff by providing customer service training when an individual is having car issues it s never a pleasant experience but having employees smile and show compassion would make all the differenceService: Tires

4 days ago my cars tire pressure turned on, I thought it was the weather that was messing with my tires. Anyways my husband decided to take it to Firestone on Lee Trevino, the guys just told him is it a tire repair or it just needs air. We were not sure, the guy guys filled it up with air. Next day it was flat, I called Firestone on Mesa they could not help me because they claim not to have the tire, only on the Montana location, I called Sonia I believe answer the phone she was very polite she was not rude like the other locations. She was patient with me while I was trying to figure out the size of the tire. They really did a great job and helpful. I live in the West side, but I always had a great experience at this location. If my tire pressure was low I would go to the Montana location because I worked very closed to there and the guys always makes checked the tire and they would put air. It s nice when your a woman that doesn t know anything about tires, i know I can trust them. Thank you

I went in for a simple oil change, and tried to pick up my car once they said it was done, little to know it was worse after they said it was done then when I took it in originally, the main guys at the from Richard and some other Latino are the rudest employees ever! I ve gone to Firestone in other cities and other locations, and no problems! The 5000 Montana Ave Firestone location are thieves and the laziest workers! I specifically told them to use full synthetic in my BMW X5 and also only said I wanted an oil change and nothing else, went in to pick it up and they started trying to recommend me leave it for other repairs that I knew weren t necessary for my car and I said no thank you, drove my car 5 feet forward from where they had it parked to find out my car was misfiring and the engine started trembling, and out of nowhere the service engine light came on right away. I drove as slow as I could back to the garage area and asked them what had happened, the employees were no help, the young Latino male gave me the wrong number for customer service and didn t even know what he was talking about, he told me to leave it over night for them to run a diagnostics test on it the next morning, keep in mind they open at 7 am, called them at 10 am the next morning to find out they haven t even ran the tests yet, show up at 12pm and they said it would take 2 more hours to fix what they think is the problem, I want to point out that when I dropped my car off the very first time for them to just change the oil, there was no problems with the engine and anything else, and now that I took it in to this Firestone location, they have trashed my vehicle, I am very upset and might even sue, I have all the evidence I need to take these lazy thieves down so that no one else has to experience what I did.Service: Oil change

I would highly recommend this Firestone on Montana without reservation!I was in dire need of tire replacement in which I was traveling from Kansas to go pick up my wife and daughter who were in Juarez, when I had a blowout 30 miles outside of El Paso late at night. Morning of 8/13/22, Firestone urgently changed one of my tires and was out the door in 20 minutes. They only had one tire in stock at that time and advised me to return and would replace other one. Retuned back with wife and daughter uneventfully and Firestone replaced other tire with minimal waiting time. Staff was respectful, transaction was quick and they also recommended a great authentic Mexican restaurant near by!

Let me start off by saying I've been very patient with this location for the past two oil changes I've had there. The first one alarmed me because it was over $50 and I never recalled it being that much but I thought "hey maybe it's because I have a new car". The second took way too long, I was waiting at the firestone for 4-5 hours with two cars in front of mine. Granted the manager didn't charge me for that visit. This past visit however really takes the cake. I take my car in for an inspection and oil change and thanks to coupons was able to have the total be around $37. So I was happy with the price not the time though. They had to keep my car overnight which feels really uncomfortable in my opinion. When they called the next day they said I had a "nail in the inner tubing of my front left tire" and I needed not just one tire but a second so that the two front tires are the same. I told them to hold off on it because 1) their tires are very expensive 2) I wanted a second opinion along with discount tire to take care of my tires. When I take it to discount tire they inform me that they did not find such nail and explained that my tires were in fairly good condition still. I can't believe I was almost scammed, not scammed but rather scared, into buying new tires. It seems they are only after money and can assure you that third time is the charm for me and will never return to this location.

I have been taking my cars to the Firestone Montana location for over a decade. Sonia and her team do excellent work. They re honest and transparent. I appreciate the time and care Sonia takes to explain, show, and describe repairs. This patience and expectation, regardless of gender, is expected of all of her team. Over the past decade I ve been under the hood of my car and also been handed damaged/broken parts to see the work needed with my own eyes; I appreciate being treated with such respect. (How often does this happen with mechanics ladies?!) Some reviews mention feeling pressured to purchase tires, while that might happen at other locations - I ve never felt like someone was trying to upsell tires by Sonia or her team. In fact, Sonia tries her best to give me a heads up about upcoming maintenance and helps me prioritize what work needs to be completed. My teacher salary doesn t go too far and I appreciate that Sonia helps to keep me safe and within my budget if she can.

Terrible...the two clowns there had no business attending to the shop much less working on cars. One guy was hungover throwing up in the bathroom and then other guy was lost. I grabbed my keys and left before they could touch my car. Scary . Common Firestone....you can do better.

After making an appointment at the Firestone on Dyer , they were not able to check for leaks and plug a tire even though I was told I would be able to get in at 9am. The Dyer store did not have great customer service.I called and was able to get in at the Montana location as a walk in and they were able to get me in and out in an hour and a half. The Montana stores customer service went way above and beyond my expectations. Every person provided excellent service with a smile. I would recommend the drive to the Montana store over the Dyer location .
