These guys will really take care of you!! My husband and I were already going through a hard time when we had our accident and they really worked with us. They even gave us a loaner car while they worked on ours!! Definitely will go back for any more repair I may need in the future!! 10/10!!

This shop is amazing! I had the best experience with them, thanks to them I am able to drive my car again! Carlos the owner very nice and helpful they let me make payments to be able to get it Vehicle again! I highly recommend excel collision! Thank you guys once again

I do not recommend taking your vehicle to this location. The people they use to "fix" cars seem to be very young. Some may or may not speak English, which makes it hard to communicate, and they don't seem to be very experienced in what they are doing.They tried to return my vehicle to me several times, but there was always something that needed to be corrected.After finally getting my vehicle back after repairs, the hood has to be "forced" closed, and now some of the parts that were removed for repair have fallen off on the road somewhere, and the second one is loose.I am extremely displeased with the service I received at Excel collision.I will be returning and consulting with my insurance company as to my next step in getting these issues resolved.To make matters worse, I was approached by people who try to get you to make fraudulent claims (bodily injury) to get a "check" as they put it.Not sure if Excel is in collaboration with this scamming of the insurance companies.Bottom line, when vehicle repairs are needed. Take your vehicle to nationally accredited companies, which may cost more. But, the service is better. Much better.I'm all for supporting local, but I can't support substandard service.

Let me begin by saying I found this shop almost 10 years ago because it was the most honest and it was recommended to me when I got into a accident in my new car. I felt like the world was crashing down on me especially because it was my lifeline. I needed my vehicle for work. Without my vehicle I had no work and I was going to fall behind on bills. Carlos and his team didn t let that happen and even loaned me one of their courtesy cars while mine was getting fixed. (HUGE WEIGHT OFF MY SHOULDERS) Grew up a little but got a few more cars and later on got hit by some idiots. Fast forward a few years Carlos was still there with his awesome shop, team, and cust. Service never dissapointed! He fixed 2 more cars for me and they were all left in perfect condition again! None of that budget fix, orange peel paint, short cut type of job nope!! Carlos and his team at Excel collision always go anove and beyond!!! Fast forward a few months I asked Carlos if he knew of any trustworthy detailers in the area to my surprise he does that too!!! Took my Suv to be detailed and boy was my 15 year old suv look like new after he had his hands on it!!! Fast forward a little more my girlfriend was rear ended And the driver was from Juarez and had no insurance (of course) I had to pay out of pocket and Carlos gave me a good deal because of the situation but he didn t cut corners just because he gave me a good deal. Job was still done to perfection!!! A few weeks after that a close friends mom was rear ended and after another shop was giving her the run around she decided to have it towed to Excel after I recommended her too and her car was fixed in little to no time w. Better quality than the other shop was going to do! Another friend needed some repairs on her 2017 Kia Sportage and Carlos, Brandon and their team did a amazing and prompt job in repairing the vehicle while providing a courtesy vehicle while the vehicle was in for repairs! They re awesome awesome AWESOME!! I cannot stress this enough take your vehicle to Excel collision no matter your car needs. He WILL take care of you!!

I am amazed with the amazing service I received. Carlos Granados, the owner, is courteous and attentive. He helped me repair my vehicle not once, but twice and every time he did not disappoint. I truly recommend this business to anyone that is looking for a repair. Thank you Carlos and the Excel team for all your heard work!

if your paying out of your pocket do not take your car here.If your going through the insurance you can trust them somewhat your paint job might have bubbles thats where their real business comes from INSURANCE. IF you take your car here take pictures of everything get everything that belongs to you like old parts and recipts record every interaction. taking them to court doesnt cost thousands of dollars. Just hit up a good lawyer in el paso for a consultation. They can give you guidance the a lawyer i talked to i just paid $100 but i get as much lawyer guidance as i want. you can represent yourself easily and cheap in court. especially when you have evidence.With all due respect I did bring my car here for an ac repair and you guys sent me to premier alignment and breaks next door and the owner also an owner of this place he didn t fix my ac. The dealership told me the actuator still needs replaced they don t need to be calibrated to the car he just was adding services that weren t done because they can t be programmed. Oh yea and he tried to charge me because the guy who calibrated the actuator messed up the programming and wanted me to pay to fix that.Service: Air conditioning

I had such an amazing experience with Excel Auto Collision, the staff is great to work with and have outstanding customer service! They truly did an amazing job with my car and I would definitely recommend this trust worthy body shop to anyone who is in need or has any doubts with which shop to choose. Lastly the thing I appreciated the most was the care they took for my car knowing it was going to be safe and in the best hands.

Carlos has done a couple of jobs for me and I've sent him other customers. We've all been very happy with his work! He handles everything for us and the insurance with no issues whatsoever. His work and turnaround time are also the best!!! I highly recommend them for any work that you need! He has the ability to perform anything you need from a daily driver to a show car. Awesome company and staff!

Loved that they were there when the accident happened, very friendly and would keep me up to date with my car and how precise they were at looking for those fine details to fix. Had an outstanding experience. I dropped my vehicle off and with in a few hours they had contacted the insurance and gotten the quote approved. They gave me a date of completion and were able to return my vehicle prior to the date given. The work they did was exceptional. The employees are friendly and provide excellent customer service. Highly recommend.

I can not begin to explain how happy I am with Carlos, his team, and shop. They continue to exceed standards! I ve been using this shop for years and not once have they disappointed me!! They do great work in a timely and quality fashion. Their customer service and communication is always top tier something that is very hard to find now days!! I ve sent Carlos (owner) several customers and they have all been super satisfied. I will continue to recommend and bring my own vehicles to this place as long as I live. Finding a shop like this is no easy thing! If I could give this shop 20 stars I would! They even gave it to me washed and everything. Gave me flashbacks to when it was purchased from the dealer!!
