My experience here was the best as a first timer dealing with auto collision. I had to get the door replaced completely but they made the process easy, fast, and completed it in a timely manner. They also communicate with you very well throughout the process. Tony explained everything and made it all understandable! 100% recommend this shop.

I arrived at 915 AM and they were able to take my car in immediately. Fantastic customer service! They found an additional dent I did not see and they were able to fix it. They offered a military discount and it was a VERY reasonable price and it was done in about an hour. You can't even tell there were any dents! I hope I never have to go back, but if I do, I will only let Empire take care of my car body needs!

I took my vehicle in at about 9 in the morning to have a decent size dent with a crease in it repaired along with a couple of door dings fixed. Everyone who works there is super friendly and explains exactly what they're going to do to repair your car. 6 hours later I got the call that my car was ready. They did an awesome job, and I am a very happy customer!! I highly recommend Empire!

Exactly one week after driving my Subaru off the new dealer lot I was rear ended. The insurance company sent me a list of collision shops to choose from but they all had similar bad reviews. This shop came recommended outside of the insurance company and I appreciated that it was local. From day one Tony was helpful, communicative, and knowledgeable. My new car was delivered back to me in perfect condition. I will continue to use this shop (if needed) and recommend them to anyone who asks.

I am 100% satisfied with the work put into my car. I went in to see if they could put a few mods on my car (spoiler, bumper lip) with a chrome delete, because I had no idea what I was doing. They took on the task and it turned out amazing. They went above and beyond to make sure the parts would be stable and safe as well. I'll definitely be coming back.Again, amazing work guys! Thank you so much I am in love with my car.

This is the only body shop I go to. They're consistent, welcoming, and talented. Their customer service is excellent, and they always have a solution. The staff is so kind and genuine and has made me feel so comfortable, with each service that I have received. I will be back if I need to. Thank you for all that you do, you are the best!

I m not one to write a review. In this case it s a must! My 2020 F-150 got hit pretty bad by a hail storm. I was heartbroken because I take such care of my truck. So naturally when it came to find a place to get the damage repaired I was a lil worried of the final outcome and just had Sub come to it will never look the same. I talked to the owner when I dropped it off and he assured me it will be like nothing happened .. He was not lying!!!!! I can not tell at all!!!!!! I m very happy with this shops work, Professionalism and And the courteousness. Thank you for all y all s hard work.

What a top-notch business. Hands down the best dent repair establishment in Texas. Fast reliable service and unmatched customer service. We highly recommend for your dent and hail damage repair!! We had a bad dent on the front fender and once Empire finished, it was better than new!

Got a dent on my mustang gt that most places wouldn t have been able to fix and they made it look perfect. Mike did the work and is an absolute master at his craft. This is the best place for dent repairs.

I decide to choose Empire because of their reviews and Joe's responsiveness. I had a large dent removed plus had other scratches and small dents removed as well. I also had a wax, polish and detail in the interior done. Everything came out great! Do not use this place they are scammers and will lie to you. The owner Frank is a manipulative liar and will take your money. They did work on my 2022 tundra and scratched my mirrors and would not take accountability. I tried to reason with the owner and he said it could have been debree from high winds that El Paso gets don t take your vehicle here.

My husband took my Subaru to get a dent out on the driver door. Everyone was super nice , my car was ready at the exact time they quoted and he even called my husband to let him know it was ready. My car looks like new and the price wasn t bad at all for the service and the results. I definitely recommend.

Empire Dent & Body did a wonderful job on my Fiat 500C. I had two door dings that needed to be removed and was quoted by other shops for three times the amount Empire Dent & Body quoted. They made my car look new! Thank you!! Highly Recommend going to see them!!

Great work and a professional staff.IF you have a ceramic coat on your vehicle, do yourself and the shop a favor and tell them otherwise they re dent removal process will leave a gray haze on your paint due to wet sanding and buffing of the affected area. Fortunately, the shop was willing to cover the cost to repair the area which speaks to their professionalism.

It's held its 5 star status for a reason.Joe, Mari, and Tonny will get you set up and taken care of promptly.Truly satisfied with the dent repair and will definitely continue to do business in any car additions or repairs. Truck continues to look its best. No need to look elsewhere.

Just got my suv back and it looks amazing. Had some scratches on the back bumper and light. I picked it up, and looks as if it was never scratched. The paint matched up perfect. Very pleased. Great customer service as well!

I decide to choose Empire because of their reviews Amazing Service you can definitely trust had a more than reasonable estimate for the damage. Empire is the best dent repair establishment in Texas. Had a nice sized dent on my truck with a scratch. Frank gave me the option of replacing the fender or pulling the dent out. He recommended he pull it first and if I was ok with the job we'd leave it at that. This was great because it woukd save me a bunch of money. The job was done perfectly, looks like the entire part had been replaced. I highly recommend Empire Dent and Body!

This team at empire exceeded my expectations by far. I had a horrific 60 mile-per-hour wind door ding that broke my heart. These guys work miracles with paintless dent repair. Looks like The day I bought it. I was able to get in quickly, they were efficient and did superior work. Above that, they were kind and friendly and were straight forward with honest and fair pricing. Will schedule a detail with them soon as I want to continue to support honest and hard working small businesses.

Empire Dent & Body has phenomenal customer service, and is military friendly. I went there looking for assistance and guidance with my truck. And not only did they provide that but they assisted in repairing my truck without any hesitation. I plan on returning there for more services on my vehicle. Been meaning to leave a review from the work done from February of this year. Got in a small fender bender. Joe and his team fixed my bumper and a small hole in my drivers side door. It came out looking great. Good communication with them as well. Recommend them for sure, I have a Subaru. I know I ll use them again, probably for auto detailing. Thanks Empire!
