STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!If I can give a zero star I would. My car was in an accident and these people just happen to be passing by going to work. Which I thought was weird. Anyways, they sounded so promising saying will take care of you, you don't have to pay for towing we got it. Will even get you a rental etc. They towed my vehicle to there facility. Right away they were like call your insurance and get us the claim number ASAP. Something about this facility had me look into there reviews. I should have done that before taking my vehicle there. Called my insurance, tried taking my vehicle somewhere else and all we got was the run around for about a week!!! These charges to get it out was ridiculous!!! All these people want is to screw you over!!! The charge in one day was $800 and we ended up paying almost $1200 to get out moved from that facility!!!NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THESE PEOPLE!!!

If there was a no star option I d gladly give them that. They ve had my car since December 10. Were in February 29. They received first estimate payment since end of December and another supplemental payment Jan 23. In which from there they had promised it was a 7-10 day job. As of today s date they have not even started, and there excuse is they take too many jobs. I regret so much taking the advice of the tow truck driver that highly recommended them. I should have just gone with Caliber, that s where my insurance wanted me to take my vehicle. From every person I speak about your business, unfortunately they ve done business with you and it has not been a good experience .

I was going to wait until I picked up my car to assess the work on it to write a review, however, I m going on 3 MONTHS waiting for my car to be fixed!! The only reason I brought my vehicle here is because an employee happened to be driving by when I got into my wreck on 12/18/23. (Minor fender bender on I-10) Her and her husband were even kind enough to drive me home and she was able to tow my car to the location. I had checked online for reviews and this place overall had a good rating and the customer service as I was processing documentation between them and my insurance all went smoothly. I m not sure if the holidays had anything to do with my production. I gave them the benefit of the doubt when it came to that. All through January I kept having to call for updates on my vehicle, and kept getting the same answer of parts being ordered and not arriving yet. On 02/14 the owner contacted me and explained that the shop manager had resigned and that production was behind but assured me that my car would be moving along with production. Last week I was told it was finally going into reassembly. When I called yesterday they told me they misinformed me because they got the notes mixed up with another vehicle!! (I have a Toyota CH-R an they gave me information on a Honda CR-V) It is now 03/09 and I was told yesterday that they are STILL waiting on parts!!! To say that I m frustrated is an understatement. I m so disappointed with this business. I do not and will not recommend them in the future.

Took my car to elite auto collision center and was very pleased with the service they provided. Every time I called the staff they were more than happy to help and if there was something they didn t know they would find out and give us a call back. The management helped me a lot with getting in touch with the insurance company about paying certain fees and went above and beyond for us. Would definitely recommend this collision center to anyone in a vehicle accident.

Best of the best! Lorenzo really went above and beyond to get my son s F-150 back on the road again. Couldn t ask for better customer service and professional workmanship. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get their vehicle repaired and looking like new! Thank you Elite Auto!

My daughter and I were involved in a an accident and FRED LOYA insurance was giving us a really hard time about paying storage fees. The whole time we're fighting the insurance to get our issues resolved we also dealt with Elite a great deal bugging them almost daily to see if the insurance had even gone by. The whole staff was amazing. They were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help ESPECIALLY Lorenzo and his wife Denisse. In the end my daughter and I got stiffed by the insurance with a settlement check and no car. This shop was interested in taking care of us and helped us get our car back since the insurance refused to pay storage fees eventhough by law you can choose any place you like. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone. They will take care of you. Thank you Elite for relieving some of the stress we dealt with the last 2 months.

STAY ALWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! If your doing an insurance claim be prepared because they will charge an arm and a leg knowing the insurance will cover it. Storage fees for 4 days was $700. They will talk you in to total lost your vehicle so they can make money of just storage fees. Not to mention worse customer service with the front desk lady..

If I could give less than one star, I would. My wife was in a minor accident back in December. As luck would have it, a member of Elite Auto Collision Center happened to see what happened and offered to help my wife by suggesting this place. My wife looked it up and realized it was a "legit" collision center, however the experience has been far from what a legit business should conduct itself. In summary we have gotten excuses on top of excuses since they took the car. Everything from waiting on parts, to about to go into production and the latest one, they confused her CHR with a CRV. I get that to a layman the type of vehicle could be confusing, but they're in the business of knowing what kind of vehicle they are working on. This should not have happened. Now, they're back to "waiting on parts". So that means it's either just another excuse OR they genuinely don't know what they're doing. Either way it tells you what kind of people they have working there. To say that it's been an unpleasant experience is an understatement. We will be contacting our insurance company and letting them know what kind of experience they've put us through so that EACC does not come up as a reputable option on their end. Hopefully they get flagged and the insurance company will not allow their drivers to use them. Bottom line, DON'T USE THIS SHOP!

Stay away from this place!!Regretting ever taking my car hereThey take advantage from the insuranceThey say they are going to repair and they don t, They take months and have No consideration of your time and the need of your car. I had to personally get my car from the dealership cause Elite found codes they couldn t fix . The dealership showed me pictures of the un repaired parts that they had promised they had already repaired like the un necessary transmission replaced!!This place should be closed down.Don t bring your car here!!Stay away from this place!!

This company is really really good they treat you like family they're respectful kind and nice and they treat your car just the same they take pride in their work and they do anything and everything they can to help you get you back on the road again if you had any reason to ever get your car fixed I prefer you come to Elite Auto Collision their top of the line and nothing comes close

From the moment the police were called for my husband accident, Hassan WAS THERE! Every step of the way he made sure we understood what was happening and that we did what benefited us! He was a great help and now a life long friend. I highly recommend this company for any towing to accident needs! It's been less than 2 weeks and the claim is resolved. Forever my go-to Company!!!

I'm not going to lie at first. I was upset that it was taking longer than I thought. My insurance was no longer paying for a rental, but these guys stepped up and helped me out. I feel that they actually care and get to know each one of their clients. They are genuine and did a great job on my suv. If you want things done correctly, you gotta be patient. Hopefully, nothing else happens, but if it does, I will go back to them. Thank you, Elite.

Loved doing business with them! It may have taken a few months to get the car back but when we got it back it was as good as new! The man who helped me elaborated & explained thoroughly everything they did to the car & also throughout the process they did good with communicating to me the updates of the vehicle & the timeline on the parts coming in! The employees were also really nice & welcoming! Would definitely recommend!

This place its the worst, never take your car there they are gonna take months to fix or to make arrangements with insurance they don t care how long is gonna take to fix it because they charge storage fees for everyday so that accumulates more money for them beside the repairs, also the receiptionist doesn t care every time you call to follow up on the insurance she doesnt care at all, they just take forever to repair your vehicle as long as they get pay for repairs and storage fees. they are ok.

My motorcycle sat at their lot for a month and they were never able to complete an estimate. The only thing they were good for was to charge my insurance company for storage fees! Customer service is also incredibly awful, I never received any calls back when the front desk ladies would say they would. Nor when I would call to follow up.Service: Body & Trim

So happy this place was recommended to us, the amazing job they did on our vehicle is breathtaking. Our vehicle was in dyer need of a paint job and Elite did an amazing job along with other items we had for upgrading the vehicle. Edgar was our main point of contact and he was always notifying us of the progress and/or delays due to shipping. He kept us in the loop every step of the way. Price was very reasonable for the amount of work that was done. The whole team was very friendly and professional. This establishment definitely knows how to treat their customers and their professional work shows for it. Our vehicle looks brand new again and we are very happy with the turn out. The body shop has zero sense of urgency. They have had my vehicle for 30 days and have done nothing except order parts and after 30 days, they are still missing two parts.The manager, and the highest person you can speak with, says he will put a rush on it. He has been saying that every time I call.I ve even offered to go get the parts as I need my vehicle done.No apology. No accountability. Either the blame is the insurance or the parts order. Wondering what the excuse is it will be next time I have to call and follow up, yet again.UPDATE: I received my vehicle on January 5. There were $432 worth of repairs done without my approval. I had no choice but to pay for those repairs if I wanted my vehicle back. Also, I had to drive to the Eastside in order to pick the vehicle up, and when I got there, I was told that their card machine does not work. In addition, once we drove the truck away from the shop, the fenders actually scrub the tires. The vehicle was taken in for suspension work. You would have thought that it would have been test driven, and that the scrubbing would have been rectified.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Terrible service. They take a week to call you back they said they would help me and failed miserably. Items went missing and of course the refuse to accept responsibility. The worst decision I ever made. Shady no-good con artists. They deserve a zero.

I would give them 10 stars if I could. Just want to thank Elite Auto Collision s amazing staff and the owner Lorenzo. Was having a terrible time dealing with insurances after my daughter was rear-ended, but Elite went above and to help me out in any way they could. I highly recommend this amazing auto shop. Great service overall. Had some issues in the beginning not their fault and they were able to work with me and give me the best possible price for my repair. The manager of this establishment Chris, instantly helped get a quote and told me when he would be able to service my vehicle and shortly after about 3 days he took my vehicle in and worked on the damaged body parts of the car and after about a week I received my vehicle back in brand new shape & with a very crisp paint job! During the time my vehicle was under service the manager also let me use a loaner car to use, Very immaculate service and very helpful employees I highly recommend if you are in the El Paso area and need any cosmetic work done on your vehicle to head down to Elite Auto Collision repair, they WILL take care of you.Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

At first I felt like 3 months was so long for my car but once I have my car back they really gave me my own car back. Plus they offered me a great deal since the insurance is rejecting the another supplement. I had my issues as any other customer but Elite does care about quality and to make sure they give you what they promised. I highly recommend this place, they did an Amazing job on my BMW Z4. They even helped me get into a rental right away while the insurance took its process. I was always able to go and check on my car and see that they were doing on good job, and the color matching was right on! My BMW looked like it came out of the Dealership and I m thankful they had the patience and professionalism put up with me.

This shop was highly recommended by several people. However my experience is one that you'd see in a horror film. I agreed on a price before they started the repairs and told them once they gave me the price that they could start. Well it comes time to pickup my car and the tack on a $450 fee claiming it's for liability purposes. Now if they we honest and told me about it up front I would have been okay. But now they're gonna have to deal with the insurance company and the bank for the car. I didn't lose any sleep over it. Beware of this place so that way you don't get bamboozled at the end. Photos of the price difference will be added after I get them pictured. Now if they agree to remove a fee that they admitted they forgot to tell me about before they started the work then in my book they deserve the business but right now it doesn't sit well with how they handled it. BTW Mine was the Nissan Kicks that you worked on. If we come to an agreement then we're all good of not I'm not worried about it I can get a different vehicle. *Update to this person who replied to the review. Bring it on. Hertz referred me to you as well and the insurance company. However you did not want to let me do the repairs in increments and you are the only Shop out of four of them that claims there was a more damage then all the other places said. Oh and report me! I dare you too. Police already said you were shady. They said you should have told me about the admin charge. And if the car was so unsafe then why were you okay with releasing the vehicle as long as I pay the admin fee if it was unsafe to drive? Oh wait I know it's because of money. And if I was only looking for cheap repairs, that speaks a lot of your work. I wasn't trying to go to war with a local business but hell I have no problem with it now since you're trying to bash me. But we can go that route if you want. I can do this all day.

Brought in my car after it had been rear-ended and this is the place to go. Extremely kind staff, always kept me in the loop on the progress of the repair, and the car looks the same as it did when I drove it off the lot. Would rate 10 stars if I could!
