DO NOT BUY A HONDA IF YOU DO YOUR OWN WORK!This is disappointing. Working on my 2024 Honda Civic Sport Touring. I was going to upgrade the rear turn signal bulbs to LEDs. Owner's manual itself says has instructions on replacing rear turn signal there is no mention for dealer services. Headlights, fog light, etc. are specially noted to only be inspected and replaced by a dealer. Followed the instructions exactly as stated. The taillight housing cracked on removal, looking at it closely this was manufacturing defect and not my error. The grey grommet is supposed to stay fixed to the body of the car. It was seized to the retainer, either the grommet was defective or the retainer on the taillight itself is defective. Every video on youtube it's an easy DIY job but because of poor quality control i now have a cracked taillight.Went to the dealer i obtained the vehicle from. Service advisor was very understanding and saw exactly what I have explained. I explained I don't believe there was any possibility of removing the taillight without cracking due to factory defect. That grey grommet is still seized onto the taillight and won't come off even with pliers.He wasn't sure if warranty would cover since I was working on it myself. This is sad, owners should have the ability to work on their own vehicles without voiding warranty. The owners manuel itself had instructions so Honda itself must believe this is simple enough for any owner. Again i understand if i pulled the wrong way but I pulled on the taillight exactly as the manual instructs.He said he would ask his manager about it. She didn't even bother coming to talk to me or looking at the vehicle. Stated I was out of luck and it wouldn't be covered under warranty. I spent 35k at this dealer (20k down and 15k financed) and this the service i received. The advisor himself was understanding and sympathetic, I'm disappointed in the manager for not attempting to solve this issue and turning me away.Moral of the story, these new Hondas are not DIY friendly. Who knows what other issues i'll have down the road with maintenance. First and last Honda I will buy. I have been a loyal customer of Honda since 2002. The safety and durability of their vehicles compres to no other. Was approached by Bobby, he identified an issue with my key and ignition that I wasn t aware of. I wasn t charged extra and he made sure I got a fair price for what I was asking for. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I would recommend Bobby to any customer, he has a high level of professionalism and excellent customer service.

OM GOSH, Ralph was AWESOME He was so patient with us, answering EVERY QUESTION, and accepting a trade in at the LAST MOMENT which was worth dirt but they took it anyway!I will come here EVERY TIME I buy a car LOVE HONDA & RALPH

Traded in my 2016 accord for 2018 CRV. Worst mistake I made. A week into driving it the problem s began. Brought it in for diagnostic and they did nothing. They always say they re so busy and to bring back the car a day when they re less busy. Due to my work schedule I couldn t bring the vehicle back. 5k miles later the transmission bracket broke. I brought it back to the service department. Spoke to David, he suggested I come back another day and drive away with a broken bracket. I spoke to Sally the manager she told me to leave the vehicle and they would diagnose it within 24 hours. I went back the next day and had to do their job calling the warranty company to get myself a rental. Avoid this place at all cost. They sell lemon cars.

Out of the 7 vehicles we have purchased, our salesman Aaron was the best salesman we have ever worked with. He was the most knowledgeable, the most friendly and the most patient with us. He and Javi were absolutely AMAZING! We will recommend any and everybody to ask for Aaron. We are so happy with trading in our 21 Civic for a 2024 Honda CRV Sport Touring Hybrid!

At Honda of El Paso, I was received with a warm smile and a firm hand shake. Eric Tarin my salesman is very knowledgeable of Honda vehicles. He explained in detail all of the safety and power train features available on Honda vehicles. He answered all of my questions. The staff, management, and other salesmen were genuinely attentive and courteous. At no time did I feel pressured to commit. Upon asking, I got a great discount on the price of the vehicle and financed at an impressive 2.9% through Honda. I have to say the honda brand itself is not a hard sell but what always puts a cherry on top of a great vehicle is having a great experience with the dealership! They did an amazing job showing me the different vehicles I wanted to see and their knowledge about them is next to none 100% would recommend going to El Paso Honda for your next purchase!P.S. if you don t have a sales advisor in mind look for Alex Ortega he was amazing!

After going to three other dealers I ran into Alex Ortega he was a very professional and helped me get the vehicle I was looking for ! After learning my recently purchased vehicle wasn't eligible for a promotion of two free oil changes, wasn't ecstatic about it, but ultimately understood. Since I was already there, I decided to move forward with full price. The Service department was unhelpful, and seemed like they were in a bad mood. Went somewhere else, it was just an oil change after all - it's really no big deal. Who needs that?Sales was helpful when I purchased my vehicle though, still thankful for that.
