I had my 1968 Impala brought here for restoration. After looking at all the shops in town, the clear choice was Drive Auto. The work is world class, the owner is there to answer any questions and Jose is a professional at the paperwork. The car came out incredible. They have turned into my one-stop shop for everything auto. I don't even waste my time looking anywhere else. If you want, in my opinion, the best shop in town... Go see Drive Auto.

Alfredo Rios and his professionals worked extensively to replace quarter panels and door skins. Repair sheetmetal, to laser strait before painting a beautiful Plum purple on my 1969 Dodge Coronet. The best materials and paint made for a perfect paint job!

Seems like a very nice place! Has an antique auto appraiser and retired from doing classic and antique restorations I will say that this place does a very nice job as far as I can see! I had the pleasure of meeting Freddy and he walked me through the shop took me to his other lot and I could see by the way our conversations went that he really loves what he's doing!!

I had an accident and my suspension was completely wrecked. Cracked the wheel as well and had damage to the body. I couldn't believe how amazing the repairs were just picked up the car I have a 2014 BMW 535i and put it through it's paces on the loop. It ran beautifully. These guys definitely know their way around European cars. Looks like a small shop but quality and customer service is amazing. Wouldn't take my car for repairs anywhere else after this expetience.

Told me they could supply me with a rental car.After the insurance agreed to repairs they told me no loaner cars available. Took 3 months to repair my quarter panel. When i had to pick it up, they still had not replaced the bumper, the windshield was broken and the paint job was bad. No service , no warranty, no quality, no shame. I can't imagine a worse place to get your vehicle repaired.Unfortunately I had to give them 1 star to get this posted. Would not post with no star- which is what they deserve.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

From fender bender, to a hot mess of a wreck. Or just hail damage. A Ford pinto or your priced possession. Auto collision is where it's at. Alfredo Rios will work with your insurance so you don't have to. Friendly atmosphere.

Beware. Dishonest. Broken promises over and over. You have a lot of choices. Read all poor reviews and see the pattern. Take your business somewhere else

Service was on time. Staff and owner very kind, helpful, respectful and professional. My car looked BRAND NEW and drives like a dream after having the entire front passenger side crushed in! Worked diligently with my insurance and kept me up to date. Didn't mind any questions or drop-bys while working on my car. And they were able to help with my deductible. I will definitely be coming back for any future auto repairs necessary. Thanks so much, guys!

Alfredo Rios is EXTREMELY professional, pleasant, and courteous. The whole staff takes good care of you, and they are great with prices. I highly recommend this shop. They are honest, great ppl. He's the plastic surgeon of cars in El Paso. They declared my car totaled, and he fixed her like new. It's been 2 years and no problems.

I brought my car to get a front bumper and aftermarket spoiler paint matched and mounted. I also requested for some small hail damage to be fixed with PDR. When I arrived after 30 days, my spoiler wasn t even painted. So they said that they would get that done by the end of the day. Why is the job not done after 30 days? And the final product was awful. Paint runs all over both doors, overspray in the door jams, and the worst part, they didn t prep the bumper or the spoiler at all. No sanding or primer. I can tell by the way it s falling off and chipping because none of the surfaces were actually prepped, which didn t allow the paint to adhere to the bare fiberglass. Don t trust google reviews and don t be swayed by their show cars that they use as an example of their work. This place was nothing but slow, dishonest, and paid 0 attention to detail. Also, not a single dent was tended to. The car is worse off than when I brought it in but you live and learn.

Absolutely terrible!! If I could give less than 1 star I would. Took a vehicle here after it was damaged from being stolen. They claimed to fixed everything. Little while later the car was not driving straight took it back to find out they never even removed the skid plate in the first place and he rack and pinion was snapped in half. Hey claimed it wouldn't take long and they would fully cover the rental car costs. It took 3-4 days $600 for the rental car. They claimed they would send us a check because it was their fault for not fixing it the first time. They never paid us back for the rental car and and blacked out phone numbers. Just took it for a 30 point inspection to find out the left front wheel bearing is still all messed up and they never replaced it. Do not go here or trust them ever

Drive Auto collision purchased several salvage vehicles from the insurance company from 2019 and have not yet paid for them. We have been contacting the company for payment they owe over $20,000.00 and they are refusing to pay or even respond to us. I would not recommend this company the parts they sell you may not really belong to them and have not been paid for.

Save your money and time, this shop is a scam. Worst jobs I've ever seen. I ended up paying out of pocket to get my car fixed at another professional shop. You've been warned.

Superbwork done faster thanpromised and the nicest collection of folks reflects fine management...got there before 8 and owner saud been there since 6...diluge ce and details....took old truck to em to souff it up...very pleased
