I wouldn't take a broken skateboard here...I've been giving my friend a ride almost everyday for 2 months to talk to the manager/owner because they can't get anything right with parts or labor fixing a KIA ignition. Every time they give another lame excuse (lie) of what was done or needs to be done. I give them an F- for communication. You almost never can get them on the phone and they seldom call you with information or updates, so you have to go in person to find out anything and see what the "story of the day" is. *** ALSO*** Please take notice that the "great" 5 star reviews are pretty short. I just want to say this place is awesome Chris and his employees are the best. As soon as I got out of the car they greeted me not like some other places that they ignore you. My car messed up on my way back back home to Arizona from Georgia they were awesome fixing my car got my car up and running that day. I made it home safely with my baby Chris thank you for going above and beyond for me you are the best if I lived closer I would definitely come to you for all my car services god bless you!!

How long does it take to fix a kia soul ignition?? It's been 6 weeks since Aug 4th, and still it's not ready? Is he refusing to fix my car or what??? Last excuse was waiting for a specific wrire to the module. I WANT My CAR!!!

Took my VW in for intake manifold replacement and synthetic oil change . I took the manifold, the sensor, and spark plugs as requested by the owner .. not only was the job poorly done but check engine was still on.. he said it would probably turn off soon.. the oil was drained and not put new oil in.. drove away with the car without oil until I got home only to check their work and realized that oil was not replaced and bolts were missing.. Had to take it back. Also had the recheck the manifold because the RPM was running too high and car was shaking. Before taking it to them car only had the engine light on. The vehicle didn t show any mechanical problems until I drove it out of the shop. They blamed the faulty issues on the manifold being defective which I doubt it . Their attention to detail and doing their work properly is what gives them my bad rating and I ve not recommend this place to noone and never will. I m extremely disappointed with Chris and the owner who have very little to zero care for fixing what they messed up on my vehicle..Service: Oil change

Chris and his team are great! Took my Raptor in for a fender bender and they did excellent work on the fiberglass in one day! Excellent pricing and service. Would definitely recommend. They only take cash, which i cannot say i blame them with Banks wanting to take 3% of your sales!!

My SUV would not start and I'm not from the area and I didn't know who to call, but I saw "discount auto shop" had good ratings and was close. So I called them and they came and picked me up and drove me and my kids back to the hotel. They fixed my SUV the same day. I am very grateful for their service. Thank you

DONT EVER EVER EVER!!!!!!! take your car to this place, is a fraud! Chris the owner does not know what hosnesty or responsability are. All he knows is to waste your time and money! He seems to be very professional at the beginning but as soon your car is there he would be giving you excuses why your car is not ready and after a few days he won t answer your calls.I had to take my car to another shop. I will never in my life will recomend this shop took my car in December for a clutch work and ended up paying a new transmission that they never put.Chris the owner told me this work will take as long as 2 hours but took him more than 3 months.he had me lie after lie after lie going back and fourth. that the parts he order were wrong,that the the new transmission was orderd but after 2 months transmission was rebuilt.got my car back 3 days ago with a leak on transmission and a bad sweaki noise on the clutch car was totally a mess inside and out.Service: Transmission

A piece of the suspension got broken in the middle of the road and was close to 5 pm. Nobody that we called wanted to help us. We called this company and not only did they came to us they hauled the truck to shop and gave us a ride to a hotel close by. In the mourning we were in the road after 10 am. Thank you for getting us home and being so nice after hours and you didnt have to. Defenetely a good place to go and trust.Service: Steering & suspension repair

If I could give it negative stars I would. This shop sabotages your engine and force you to come back. I would not recommend this place to anyone and if you're unfortunate and already took your car here I suggest you have an EXPERT check it out.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Towed my truck in to have the starter motor replaced. After dropping it off I started looking at the reviews of this mechanic shop and became a little nervous. But Chris was very polite and friendly and finished the job with a life time warranty on parts and labor. If I had to write anything bad about this shop I guess it would be the punctuality. What was suppose to be a 2 hour job turned into two days. But Chris would call me and give me updates so I wouldn't be left in the dark. I give this shop 4 stars overall!

I m new to El Paso and trusted them to fix my vehicle when I needed it done quickly. I had to pay over $600 up front, which I did as they made it seem like I was getting a great deal. That didn t include the $200 of expected labor costs. They promised it to be done by Wednesday or Tuesday at the earliest. When those days came around I was given excuses about the part but promised that it would still be done on time. When Thursday came they stopped answering my phone calls and so if I wanted to know the status of my vehicle I now had to drive over there and talk to them in person. I did this about twice daily Thursday and Friday. Both days I was promised that it would be done by the end of the day. Then I was given more excuses about why they couldn t do it. Finally Saturday rolled around and my vehicle was still sitting in the parking with no work done to it. I ended up taking my vehicle to get it fixed somewhere else. However I needed a refund, which I was promised if I came back in a few hours I d get it. When I came back he wasn t able to refund me and told me later that day at 630pm. When I returned at that hour the shop was closed. Finally Monday they refunded me my $600. I was then able to take my vehicle to the dealer auto shop and they fixed it for $300. So not only was their service bad but so was their so called unbeatable prices. I usually never leave a review of a place but I feel like other people need to know to avoid this place unless they like overpaying for work that doesn t get done on schedule.

had an oil change all went well. Spoke to Chris about having a delete service done on my truck. He sure talked a good game. Took my $1800 for parts and has ignored me since that day!! I guess somethings are ..... DO NOT USE THIS PLACE

I can't believe this shop is still open. Chris comes across as a reformed hard-knocks kinda guy but reform only goes so far. He talks and says what he has too until he breaks or freaks up something on your car, then he disappears - a lot like his reformation, LOL. You are who you are Chris - BTW - He turned a $2,800.00 repair into a $7k salvage.

Avoid this shop at all costs. Went in for a diagnostic and Chris did not put back the parts. Stated he would but never has and refuses to answer my calls. Chris caused more damage to the engine. Upset because I decided to wait till a later date to fix vehicle. Will be seeking legal actions against the shop.

Tells you he will buy new parts and put them on your vehicle and that he doesn't believe in doing body work. Well he did body work and never replaced with new parts and insisted they were new parts. Had to take my car back to him several times to correct defaults on my car. The last time I took my car they had parts hanging in the spray booth being painted again and it was the old parts and not the new parts like he said. I complained he refunded my money for the new parts. I will never take my vehicle there again.

I took my Honda Pilot to get it fixed the control arm axel passenger side where damage bad! Chris the owner gave me discount price, guaranteed it was going to run like new personally would take it to get wheel alignment and said he would buy new parts. It took them one month to complete! Wheel alignment was not done, I had to bring my suv back since it was not fixed right. Turned out Chris bought wrong control arm go figure! He was charging me an additional $600 and then tried to say ok I will not charge your for the labor! lol this guys is full is it! I did not pay him and do not have intention to pay him. This was couple of weeks ago. He should be put out of business!

We are new to El Paso and needed some work done to my BMW. So We talk to Chris the owner. He sure talked a good game and claimed he knew what was wrong with it and mentioned that he could get it done promptly. Well....One month goes by ....ok car not finished yet. So then I stopped by everyday to check on the work that was being done and nothing, my car is still sitting in the same spot engine taken apart and nothing has been fixed or put back together. I was promised every other day that it would be finished. I heard about every excuse in the book about parts being ordered they wouldn't be in until next week. My car is much worse shape than when we brought it in. So BEWARE, He's a LIAR and con artist. He will take your money and not do any work.

You can never compare this shop to any other shop. The men at the shop are friendly, nice, professional...great customer service. The prices are affordable from any other shop.

After takiny my car to get the oil changed for two years, I decided to do the oil change myself. When I did the oil change myself, I had to take off the whole oil pan because the srew you loosen to get the oil out was welded on and the oil was like slush. I then realized that they never changed my oil. I paid all the time without having the oil changedMy car was sounding very bad too. I hope whoever gets anything done there, make sure they do what they say they did.Service: Oil change
