My experience,I had some damage done by hail on my car. So Tokyo collision owned by Jorge took great care of my car. They adjusted to my schedule, loaned me a car, and even helped me with my Down payment. Jorge is all about customers service and satisfaction. Overall I recommend their business.

They're loaner vehicles were a joke, signal lights didnt work, brake lights didnt work and brakes were squealing and grinding, no heat, no ac, and it smelled like coolant was leaking. And their loaner vehicles are NOT INSURED. On top of putting us in an unsafe vehicle they refuse to release our vehicle to our insurance company although we have told them multiple times and they claimed they would. We were going to go through them to fix our vehicle but with multiple times of them showing their shady-ness we have learned our lesson and will not go through them.

They charged me a lot and didn't include the parts that were in the quote, they left me the same ones, they just stole them!Me cobraron mucho y no pusieron las piezas que estaba en la cotizaci�n me dejaron las mismas solo le robaron!
