Took a truck to get the front windshield fixed and called prior to ensure the part was there. Took me an hour to drive there from out of town and waited almost 5 hours for them to replace the windshield. The receptionist was very unprofessional and rude and I observed while they fixed my windshield. They stepped all over my truck, chipped paint with their tools and materials all over my hood and still left residue of glue on my truck. I let them know about the problem and they STILL took over an hour to "fix" the problem. Definitely taking my other vehicle elsewhere.

I called and they gave me a great price the cheapest in town. They installed it within an hour. The gentleman are very professional. I ve used them before for the side windows, and I will always continue using them

The best place in town for auto glass. I arrived without an appointment for a van side window and they had it in stock. They installed the window and had me on the road in about an hour.

Took my vehicle in for windshield replacement due to large crack that spread completely across from rock hitting it . Marisela was very helpful in getting me In same day and the staff were super quick in ordering and replacing, highly recommend and will be telling my friends and family.

Don't recommend took it to get windows replaced took mine off broke the one they where going to replace it with had to loose a day of work and they didn't call me to notify me that they broke it waited 2 hrs then came back to them saying they broke it

I didn't have to take my vehicle to them and they didn't charge me extra for coming to my house...isn't that cool?They came out and changed my windshield in a very timely manner. Very fast, very respectful and it was not very expensive. And I had a gasket on one of my headlights that kept falling out and the young man fixed it without me even asking him and didn't charge me. I thought that was great. I for sure would recommend them.

Highly recommend. Prices are far better here than at Safelite Auto Glass. We have been here twice this year and both times we were completely satisfied and saved HALF of the price over their competition. Takes about 2 hours. Very happy!

The absolute best place in El Paso to get your windshield replaced. We never go anywhere else. Exterior and location may be a bit rough but the customer service & excellent work makes up for it. Melanie in the office is always on top of everything.Prices are affordable & always the best deal by far. I've been coming here for 3 years by recommendation from family who has been using Cuba Auto Glass for over 10 years.Please remember this is a LOCAL business and they do get booked up quick. If you call early enough you may be able to wait for your car to get done on the day they schedule the appointment. It's a skilled labor intensive job so patience is important, expect to wait at least 1 to 3 hours. There's a Peter Piper Pizza, Circle K, Starbucks, & Fox Plaza all within walking distance.

The 5 star reviews have to be from friends or fake accounts. They broke a plastic piece fir the mirror trim that covers the wires to the mirror, they didn't place the connecting pad correctly so it was off center and the now broken plastics didn't line up, and they left some black paint on the windshield that didn't match the pattern of the mirror connecting pad so it looked ridiculous when looking at the windshield from outside the car. It took another shop 2 hours to get it off and fix their work. The other shop felt so bad and said he gets tons of work because of how shifty this shops work is, so he charged me $50. Worse part, it wasn't even the cheapest price in town. Not sure why I convinced my self to give then a try.

I previously gave this place a 5 star review. I was very satisfied until I went to attach my review mirror and then it rained. They tore the window seal and my mirror pad is half an inch to far down so the plastics don't line up. Usually I would ask the installer to fix this but the initial work was so poorly done I'm going to have to do what I should have done a pay a reputable company to fix it.

I've had many windshields replaced through them over the years. Pricing is great and I've never had even a single issue with their work. Great prices, quality work! Don't expect a Safelite atmosphere or that high end waiting area, but if you just want a windshield replaced, great work at a great price, this is the place!Service: Auto windshield replacementService: Auto windshield replacement

The absolute worst service, i guess you get what you pay for, i was assurred they had the glass on hand, Lie, i was told it would take an hour, Lie, after they finally received my winshield, which they never had on hand, the installer , installed and broke the winshield, manger tells me not to worry, glass has warranty , to bring it back another day and they will install a new one, i show up next saturday, im told glass is in the back (Lie), that my truck will be ready in 3hrs, i return 3 hrs later, my truck is sitting there, no winshield, and the manager tells me, the winshield is on the way....Service: Auto windshield repair

I had the WORST experience. Called early in the morning to set-up time for getting replacement of windshield, rear glass, and both sides door glass. Got there at Cuba Auto Glass around 10 a.m. I was told that It would be ready by 2 p.m. Well it turned out that at 6 p.m. they were still installing the doors glass. They NEED better installers with knowledge of installing vehicle glass.

Update : 8/12/23: I been coming to this glass repair place for years now. If you go before closing time, they will still service you. They work pretty fast and are professional. the prices are very economical and fair. I definitely recommend this place. they are in the process of renovating their office, but I m glad to see that business is growing because I remember when it was just the one room reception area that was tiny. Definitely glad to continue to support this establishment. I recommend calling prior to your visit to assure they have what you need in stock.

Prices are reasonable and the job gets done rather quickly. The establishment is getting remodeled so it's very uncomfortable while waiting, I suggest taking an umbrella to go for a walk. The receptionist is rude, main reason why I'm giving it such a low rating.

This is the only place that I over go to for any kind of window repair. A few months into owning my 2020 Sentra (I bought it in January 2021) some jerks thought it'd be fun to shoot my window with a BB gun in the middle of the night. I called them and not only was their price incredible ($145 installed), they had the window that SAME day. It was installed with zero defects in my car. I also take all of my customer cars here because of well priced they are. Seriously recommend
