Just replaced 4 tires and asked for 1 TPMS sensor to be replaced. Dropped off at 2:30 and was told they'd be done in an hour. Was told I'd be given a call when done.Come 5:15pm, I head over to the store and ask for my vehicle. I asked why no one called me and was told that the TPMS sensor took longer.Not only can 4 tires be changed and balanced in 30 minutes but the sensor takes less than a minute to program.Costco, I recommend you audit your tire department. They left the blue protective film on the new tires as well now I have to take that off myself, as well as the grease that was left on the tires.I spent almost $1k on these tires and this is the service you provide? Whoa...first and last time.Maybe you should work by appointment only. That's if you truly want to serve your members right.

First time with the tire center and it was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. One person named Richard was super rude and had no people skills at all. No one explained what the procedure was after I filled paperwork at desk so when I accidentally walked into bays and asked how to get my sons truck to the bay Richard was a real jerk and instead of advising me not to be In the bay or asking me what I needed he stood there with an empty look on his face and raised his voice when I asked what to do next. No people skills and no manners on how to speak to people. Definitely needs training. So sad to this from Costco. Costco Managers need to train the tire crew on people skills. I d rather pay more elsewhere plus elsewhere they carry the higher end brands anyways.

Good car service, terrible human service!! They always only have 1 person working the desk. Good luck if you re just trying to come in for a quick issue and you re stuck behind someone consulting on a purchase. I had to wait 20+ minutes both when dropping off and picking up my car for a simple tire repair cause I was waiting in line to speak with a service person.

Long time costco member, got a leak in our tire during our drive home from CA. Got there first thing in the morning and they took care of my leak within 45min so we can continue on our journey. They got crowded fast though so I was lucky I got to be the first in line.

On 9/8/2019- I discovered my rear passenger tire was flat at 6:00 PM. I ran over to COSTCO and asked if your personnel could repair it. They agreed and I was saved. this was excellent CUSTOMER SERVICE! That is the reason I return time and again, the workers are happy, courteous and helpful. As was Oscar and Fernie in the tire shop. Thank you very much and count on my business for as long as possible. God bless you all.

The service I received was horrible. If I was a man I know my experience would have been completely different. Last time I get tires here.

Service is okay. They striped my lug nuts to make me buy new ones. Like buying a set of 4 tires isn't enough.

GREAT SERVICE! Flat tire fixed in less than 45 minutes. WAY TO GO COSTCO TIRE CENTER:)

Needed a flat repair at 8 PM was told they were closing up. Thought they were open till 8:30 PM?
