Angel, came to my home evaluated the damage, gave me a time he d pick up my vehicle from my employment. Completely professional and kind, kept me informed through the process. He then delivered the vehicle to my home. The work was fantastic, the car looked brand new. Awesome customer service!!!! Highly recommend!

Sal and his crew did a phenomenal job both in communication and execution of repairs. He loaned us a vehicle, and even worked with our insurance to prevent them from totaling our vehicle. These guys were truly a blessing and we are so thankful to have had the opportunity to work with them.

These guys are great!! Walked me through the process and handled the insurance company! They were punctual when they picked up my truck and had it back to me when they promised. The work was great and you d never know it had hail damage! Great customer service and I d highly recommend them to anyone!

From start to finish they made the process very easy and stress free! My truck had very bad damage from hail by the time I got my truck back it looked brand new!

Ruben with Complete Auto Hail Repair was awesome to work with. He was able to talk with the insurance company, found damage that the initial estimate did not cover/was not going to repair, and his techs did an awesome job on my aluminum F150. Definitely recommend. I'll be in touch if another storm happens to come through!

A Guy named angel came to my house and was very professional and knew what he was talking about and completely convinced me to get my car fixed the very next day. If he wasn't so nice I wouldn't have gone this route. The best part is they lend me a car for the meantime. I would have gone to a body shop to fix my car and paint it a whole new color.

Did very good work as far as dent repair, and Ruben was very nice. There were some problems as far as not putting all the screws back in my headliner, and I had to find out myself that a clip was broken, but once these problems were addressed they were delt with very quickly. High review for customer service and the pdr itself.

Great experience working with Ruben and the El Paso Team. He was very knowledgeable and available to answer additional questions in helping me through the whole process from dealing with insurance to completion of the repairs. Excellent work done in a timely manner. Highly recommended!!!

Angel and George run the number 1 auto hail repair business in El Paso. Ford house on Redd rd advised me the best they could do was help me on half of my 500.00 deductible. George and Angel never thought of charging me any part of my deductible. They worked it into the job. The only guys I would trust my 2022 Chevy dually too. They even do rv hail repair. I'll be bringing it by too. Thank you guys.

We had the pleasure of working closely with Ruben, and his team in Colorado, as they serviced our clients vehicles. Repairs were done in a timely matter and very helpful in processing the claim with our adjusters. All around a great company and great workers! A job well done!

Great service! They repaired hail damage from my truck in a few days. No deductible paid and they ven lent me a vehicle at no cost. Raul was very professional and easy to get a hold of. Would definitely recommend.

The service is fantastic. My truck was picked up and even delivered spotless and better than ever. Every detailed was managed with care. Everything I had a question or concern ot was addressed quickly and accurately. Overall the service was superb quality!

Excellent work! Brought my car to them after it was damaged by a Hail storm. When I got my car back it was like new! All the dents from the storm were gone plus other door dents that were there before. If I could give them 7 I would! I highly recommend.

Westside Tent- I ve had two vehicles repaired here from hail damage in El Paso, TX. Both times I received excellent customer service from Raul. He truly goes above and beyond. They get the job done quickly and they handle all aspects of insurance claims. The convenience of having them bring my vehicle back to the westside tent for me was great. You wouldn t even know my cars where hailed by looking at them now, the repairs where good!

We had severe hail damage in Albuquerque. The people at Complete Auto Hail Repair did a great job at fixing my cars and getting me to and from the car rental facility. They also gave me a heads up on any hold ups with parts that were on back order.

These guys did the repairs right and quicker than expected! I see why the other reviews are just as highly rated. This is no fluke, they know what they're doing and it makes it easier to recommend to others and also return if we ever get more hail damage to our vehicles again!

While in Lubbock, TX, my car was hit with damage from a big hail storm. I live in Georgetown and I m new to the area so finding someone I trusted with my vehicle was proving to be difficult. Worried about the damage and being taken advantage of, I called CAHR. They offered to do something that no one else did; they offered to come to my job for a free estimate. Once there, they gave me their number to call/text so they could meet with the insurance adjuster too. Once that was done, they took my car (approximately 11am) and told me it should be two days when I got it back. The next morning (approximately 8am) I see the gentleman pull up with car looking good as new! I work in the automotive industry and when the guys at work saw this their jaws dropped. Less than 24 hours and my car was back ANd they guarantee their work if something pops up later. It s been two weeks and my car is still look better than before!

They reroofed my home. But they did not bill by the work done. They wanted all of the insurance money. After having a meeting with them they would not change the bill. If you use them get an estimate FIRST and ask for an itemized bill.
