So in Nov of 2022 I went to Complete Auto Collision and spoke with Tony about an estimate on a fender bender I had. So I had to make arrangements for a rental for the allotment of time for the repair thru insurance. Tony told me that it would be completed on a Thursday so I could pick it up on that Friday. So Friday came and my car wasn t competed so I had to rent the car for the rest of the weekend which Tony said he would give me a new battery for my car to make up for the rental out of pocket and never received it. I talked with Tony quite a few times and he said he would all me back and never received his call. So moving forward to the repair of my car at about 6 months after I was medically retired out of the military and had to leave El Paso and had to move to Florida and couldn t stay in El Paso. After moving my cars paint was peeling and flaking off which I contacted Tony and told him that I had moved away and he said to me that he would see what he could do for me that he would call me back and I m still waiting for his call. I ve tried to get in touch, left messages and could never get a call back. I m putting this out here so I could get thru to him and hopefully something can be done for my car because this should not be a normal thing that the paint be coming off!!! So I got into a car wreck on September 20th 2023. It was not my fault but they had the same insurance company as I did. They wanted to total it but I fought because this car is how I take care of my family as a driver. I went to 8 different shops and they laughed and said there's no way they would touch it or I would have to pay 1000s above the insurance company just to try to fix it no guarantees. One of my tire shops I deliver food too helped me out and sent me here to Tony. The car went in around November 6th. He worked hard to make me happy. I didn't expect it to look ok or even be fixed. He took it in and worked like crazy and kept running into severe electrical and parts issues. I now have my car back and it's so much better than I ever expected. Thank you guys! I'll be seeing you for mechanical stuff too.

Tony and Angel did a great job repairing my 2020 Chevy Silverado. Although there were unexpected issues that came up that delayed the original timeline to fix my vehicle, they were always reassuring and communicated the issues. As customers we can get frustrated or anxious at times because it may seem that we are being deceived, but we have to understand they are the professionals and the unexpected does happen. I will definitely do business with them again should that time come.

I been to many auto repair shops around the city, and I mean a lot of them are good some just waiting to steal you blind. Well I found a place that they do care in helping you out. I called on a price on a car that was hit, Tony came out the next day to my house and gave me an estimate right on the spot, he explained what was going to be ordered and how long was it going to take. They took more than a month that quote me, but that was on the companies that he ordered the parts from that took a little longer, which totally understandable. The car came out better than new, the matching on the paint was dead on!! Beautiful work, it was worth the wait. I want say thanks to Tony and his crew for the work and the constant communication and update of the car.

I had gotten about half my car repainted and the time line they quoted me just kept getting pushed back longer and longer it went from 1 month or so to it taking about 3 months. The repaint was my hood, front and back bumper, left back quarter panel, and trunk. They got paint over spray on my wheels and when i picked up my car the they had broken my grille and on the trunk there was already a chip in the clear coat and all over there was clear coat drip and messed up the alignment gaps on my bumper. The owner did pay for the grille. They fixed the trunk by only putting new clear coat on the bottom half where the chip was to get out of redoing the entire trunk, a couple months have gone by now and you can see the line where they did the fix because now the clear coat is chipping away. On the left back quarter panel there s a small dent. The owner promised to reach out within the month i picked up my car to get someone to pull the dent but never followed through. I wouldn t recommend getting your car done here whatsoever.Service: Painting

Had several expensive issues with my truck, it took longer than expected to fix these issues, but they were very thorough and made sure everything was cleaned and working optimally. When the work was done, they made sure to show me the old parts taken out and the new parts put in and explained what each piece did clearly and concisely to make sure I understood what needed to be repaired and why. They saved me money overall and I appreciate their business! The only issue I had was their reliability of calling me back for updates on the progress, mostly because they are busy and do good work. Great service overall!Update: Had to take my truck back in for another issue and they hooked me up and fixed my issue for free! They appreciate loyal/returning customers and I appreciate their business! They are easily the best mechanics I've had the pleasure of doing business with. I will continue to return here for any future vehicle issues!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Electrical, Air conditioning

This is the go to place for a high quality and professional repair, I am very happy with the service these people provided for me and the way they made me feel confident and comfortable of the place I had chosen to get my vehicle repaired. great service, an great shop overall to tell the truth my car needed some work but it went in the shop an i got it back faster then i thought not only did the owner see to it him self but he helped me out tremendously and my car is looking an driving better then ever i couldint be more appreciative as to tony the owner an his crew especially with holidays coming up im very pleased with the work an great affordable prices definitely recommend this shop, they will for any work u need done and have you back on the road asap, also just wanted to say thanks to tony an his crew for doing a great job on my vehicle and getting me back on the road, very much appreciated

Overall their was a disconnect between the owner, Tony (I believe his name was) and the manager. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, THEY WILL KEEP TACKLING ADDITIONAL ITEMS TO THE BILL!Although they worked with my insurance, and requested more money to which they received, I didn't appreciate how they still attempted to haggle for more money from the customer. I've done business with other reputable places, and them trying to exploit a situation, didn't really leave a good impression on me.Also this place isn't BBB accredited business which questions their business practice, and while the work maybe great, didn't like the excuse for not being a member, or the add-on charges and how they did this or that for free. Just give me the bill, justify the additional costs, and be done with it. Got my car into a little accident. Took it to Complete Auto Collision after my insurance claim and they replaced my whole bumper with a Whole new one and complete paint job . Looks good and drives good . Thank you guys .

Took them my Ford Expedition that had a few minor issues including a radiator leak and some electrical porblems. Tony was mire than kind and had his team work on my SUV. From day one he was very transparent on time considering my vehicles warranty would push back as expected. I received calls from him at each step and the repairs to keep me updated. There was even a repair they completed that the warranty company fought to pay and Tony and his crew ate the cost. Highly recommend this shop and his team. Great mechanics and from you can see they do some nice Body work.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Air conditioning

My experience at this auto shop was not positive at first then I realized I misunderstood our contract the goodness of Tony's heart he tried calling me several times but I was stubborn and ignored the calls so finally my husband talk me into calling Tony sure enough after speaking to him everything was resolved I took my Acura back and he fix it my car is running like a brand new car again so happy for the result so my advice if you run into my same situation please give Tony a chance to fix it he will do a very good Job KUDOS to you Tony and thanks for being excellent Mechanic our family will come back to you again and again

This place is great!!! I was recommended by a friend that had previous work done to his car. I needed to fix the steering column of my GMC Sierra and they quote me a very good price for the job, since at the dealership was very expensive. At first I was a little skeptical and was hoping that they would do great work, but when I picked the truck up, I was surprised at how good the job was done. They have a friendly, professional and reliable staff. 100% recommended.

Someone dinged the front bumper on my new Porsche Taycan in a parking lot, taking some paint with them. Since it required more than just paintless dent repair, this place was recommended to me by my ceramic coat specialist at Fox Auto Spa. Their estimate was fair, and the work they needed to perform was explained it great detail. More importantly, they finished faster then their quoted time frame, maintained fantastic communication, and the work itself is fantastic. It was a small dent, but because it needed paint I was worried it would be tough to match, but it looks like nothing ever happened. So pleased with their work and can't recommend them enough.Service: Body & Trim

These guys are the best! A couple years ago I had to drive from El Paso to NY and needed new brakes installed before the long trip--they did my brakes and looked over the car to make sure it could handle the trip. Everything went well. In the past people have always tried to take advantage of me with auto repair (quoting me higher prices or telling me I need x,y, and z done when I really just need x) because I am a woman and it REALLY annoys me, but I don't have to worry about that at all with CAC. I know that if I have an issue with my car they will be honest with me and do what needs to be done for a price I can afford. They will always have my business. Thanks!!!

Love this place! John and Tony were awesome. Great prices and they know how to work on Smart cars! This is huge because Smart will tell you to only take it to approved Mercedes Benz Smart Centers. Unfortunately these are soooo pricey and often far away. These guys handled my Smart better than any dealership. Got my 10,000 mile servicing, new brake pads, and a valve replaced. Got parts in a timely manner. Smart's estimate for these things would have been well over $1000. These guys got it done for less than $300, plus some helpful advice on how to keep things running smoothly. Will be bringing my Smart car back here again!

Tony and staff did an outstanding job fixing my Volvo SUV. While driving on a cross-country trip through El Paso, my dashboard started lighting up, instructing me to pull over immediately and turn off the car. The engine heat gauge was at the maximum. The car was towed to the nearest reputable repair shop which happened to be Firestone. By the next day Firestone had decided that they did not have the expertise to fix the car and referred me to a local repair shop, Complete Auto Collision.At this point, I thought I was going to have to junk the car. Tony assured me he would be able to fix it in three or four days including ordering specialty parts from around the country. It was a major repair job and Tony promised to get me to my final destination on the East Coast. Which I did and with no car problems.I would highly recommend Complete Auto collision for complicated repairs. If I lived in El Paso, they would be my go to .

Great work done by this body shop. If you re looking for a quality body repair this is the shop to take it to. I highly recommend them. My car looks awesome and I been receiving a lot of compliments. The staff is real friendly and helpful. Thank you very much!
