I just had my entire truck painted with bed liner (Line-X). Gonzalo Amores did an amazing job - overall as well as in the details - door jams and seams. Looks like a brand new truck, and now resistant to dings and rock chips. Managed by Billy West (Service Manager) and Leonard Quintana (Service Advisor) at Casa Nissan. Couldn't be happier.

I just wanted to say that the staff working in sales and also in the service department are very friendly and knowledgeable. As soon as I pulled up to the service department last week, I was greeted by Paul and he addressed my concerns immediately. He also followed up with me during the process and kept me informed with each step. I was very pleased to receive that type of welcoming and informative treatment during my visit, it made me feel like a valued customer. Thank you for all you do Nissan!

Gustavo was very communicative from the moment I got there to the end. I appreciate all the updates. Front lady that attended me was kind and joy such a nice way to leave, I hope they continue to have great service. Also the popcorn is a great hit!

Came in for some recall work and went smoothly. Very respectful and didn t take long to get my car back. The technician did send a link through text to extra work that could be done while my car was in the shop like new window wipers (which I did need), topping off my coolant (was low), changing out my air filter (didn t need to be changed right away but wouldn t hurt), and rotating my tires (If I wasn t buying a new set I would ve done). I see how some people dislike technicians pushing unnecessary jobs but being a self proclaimed car guy , I do appreciate this if it was for a family or friend who doesn t know to much about cars. If I didn t have everything in my car already (wipers and coolant) and tires showing up this weekend I would ve taken some of the offers. If I wasn t moving outta state, Casa Nissan would ve definitely been the place if I wanted good certified work to be done to my car. Would recommend to family and friends and anyone looking into diagnosing or fixing issues to their vehicles.

Service was excellent from the fast response to me arriving, Gustavo assured me that my vehicle would be well taken care of. Very professional and courteous. I was in and out in under an hour for a complete oil change and full inspection.I highly recommend getting any service done here.

I am sadden to say the technicians and advisors are providing a service for themselves to gain a higher $ commission from the customers. A disorganized operation possibly due to nonexistent supervision of what s going on. A few times I was basically called a liar while dealing with the service person who attends to the phone calls, follow up with service status of my vehicle was weak I was making the phone calls for status. At the end of the day I was short $1k, they didn t do all of what I requested to be done to my vehicle because I spoke up or they missed due to their inadequacies doing their jobs as expected. I have a pending recall I will be going to another location or will I ever purchase another vehicle from Casa Nissan.

Facts: Took 2 1/2 hours for free oil change. Skipped out on car wash due to how long it took.Opinion: Service advisor FANTASTIC.Won t be getting service there unless absolutely have to. Need to get home to verify all buttoned up.

I bought my vehicle in December and brought it in for service. Ruben is the one that handled every bit of my transaction, he kept me informed of how my service was doing and even got my oil changed and had my plates put on. He handled everything professionally and quickly, I love the personal attention to detail we received. A+

Unhappy customer...Had to go on two separate occasions due to service recall, never received call when vehicle was not ready after 5 hours the first visit, and never received a call when it was ready the second time... received three separate phone calls for possible trade in value... received two complete and separate quoted estimates in which they said they would email to me.... never received email. On two separate visits it just "Seemed" disorganized, personnel unaccounted for "stuck in traffic," and lacking coordinated communication. Perhaps just two unfortunate and atypical experiences.

Although I arrived without an appointment, Orlando came right out to ask me about the problem. I had to wait from 10-3. That seems long. But the explanation of the test results were clear, and my questions were carefully answered. I did not feel rushed out the door.

If you ever have a service issue, I would advise to request Paul D. He ll definitely take care of you and your vehicle. He made sure my Frontier was working perfectly, everything was tested and it was safe before handing it over to me. I blew my transmission about 187 miles east on I 10 and limped to Casa Nissan. Casa was awesome and had my transmission in stock and I arrived at 8:15 that night and they started on it at 7 o clock in the next morning and had it done before they closed around 430 the next day it was about 22 hours to change it out. Fantastic great job team!

The person helping me out took to long for him to get me the response what my car needed to be done , mostly all Nissan representative or coworker you can tell they don t work as team they work independently also they send my car back it wasn t even clean from the outside ..But so far the mechanic did a great job on my vehicle

Check in my car was great, followed up with the price quote was great. What I do not appreciate is when the agent in charge of your case tells you call me or txt me if any questions does not follow through when I did text him about some questions. I had a question that need to be answered and never txt me back or call me. Second thing when you are the cashier to pay and the cashier told me it is a 2.8% charge to pay with a credit card to force you to pay cash. Just like a lot of businesses in El Paso passing the credit card fee to the customers instead of negotiating better the transaction fee with the bank that processes credit card payments.

What can I say? Great Costumer Service, wonderful attention and easy-going purchase. Carlos was great, as both salesman and guide, he made this experience clear and easygoing.Unfortunately, I m not leaving a 5 star review because when I bought the car, I was not informed that it was not on service/available, so instead of leaving the shop driving or within the expected time, I had to wait about 2 weeks in order to get the vehicle and finally start driving.Besides that, I feel that the wait might ve been worthwhile, I got a wonderful car, with a pretty decent deal.Thank you Carlos and thank you Casa Nissan!

Eddie greeted me as I arrived. I signed the paperwork and left my vehicle in their hands. He called me later and said my vehicle was ready. I went in and paid my bill and they brought my truck up front and I went home. They were fast, friendly and efficient. Thank you.
