2021 Jetta GliMy vehicle has been under Casa collision center s care or lack of since October 14, 2023. The shop doesn t inform you of the progress and just leaves your vehicle on the back burner once they have received payment from insurance. When you ask for answers, they are quick to evade accountability and place the blame on their parts vendor. At this point my car has gone beyond the 3 month mark (1/16/2024 currently) and i still keep getting the run around. If you need to get your vehicle repaired, do your due diligence and AVOID Casa Collision at all costs. I wish somebody had warned me.

This is my go to for my vehicle repair. Jaime has always been honest and a great communicator including the girls who answer the phones at the front desk. The team that does the body work and paint is awesome and have always left my vehicles just like new. I won t take my vehicles anywhere else. Keep up the great work Casa Collision!!

The worst experience ever getting my car fixed here. Brand new parts they couldn't install a bumper correctly nor could they paint it right. 4 times I went in and my car was "ready" only to be completely disappointed in the workmanship. I've had better luck with body work then their replacing of parts and a paint job. Would not recommend at all. Finally have my car back after 48 days and that was because I gave up expecting quality work from them. Upon picking up my car there was poor customer service as I was just handed my keys and no one spoke to me. I'd rate zero stars if I could. Please do not get any work done here.Also like others have mentioned issues with battery, my check engine light was on due to a low battery. I believe the car sitting for so long and assuming they are using the radio drained it. Luckily I did not have to replace it and it was recharged after driving some time and check engine light came off.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I would 100% recommend going to Casa Collision if your vehicle is in need of repair. I was in accident and my truck was absolutley destroyed, it was my only means of transportation to and from work. Casa Ford only required a few weeks to repair everything and make my baby like brand new again! I m so grateful for all their efforts! The ladies in the front are very cordial and kind as well, making the whole process more smooth. The team even detailed my baby for me before I picked her up. Thank you Casa Collision, you guys are the best!

This place has the worst service ever. My car got stolen and GEICO chose this place to get it fixed. They never called to give me status on the cars progress. My car was returned in December with missing parts. I paid the deductible. And they claimed that they will fix anything if it wasn t correctly fixed. The car came out shaking. The bottom part of the car was hanging. I took it back. They said it was a pulley and my battery. I bought a new battery. I took it for that pulley. Casa Kia left my battery loose that it would turn of completely. I had to take it back again. Supposedly they fixed that and my car was still shutting down completely and I had to force it to start. I took it to get fixed from the bottom part again this Monday, the car came out shaking, engine light turning on and not turning on again. Let alone. All these times I m the on that had to be calling and calling to get status on my car. The never had the decency to call me and let me know when my car would be ready. They always claimed certain time and dates and they never had my car ready by the time they would say. My car came out worse than how it went in when it was recovered from being stolen. Now the insurance wants to value my car so I can get a check and now Casa collision gets to keep my car after I pay lots of money to the insurance and the insurance paid them a lot of money. Worst place ever. I don t recommend any of you to let your insurance choose this place.

I thought I took my ford truck to the best place to get it repaired......WRONG!It's been 6 long months and my vehicle has parts that are the wrong size, running paint, sealed rubber are not molded to size, CASA COLLISION TOOK NEW PARTS FROM MY VEHICLE THAT DIDN'T NEED TO BE REPLACED AND PUT REFURBISHED PARTS. I CAN GO ON AN ON. WORST PLACE IN EL PASO DO NOT GO THERE YOU WILL BE SORRY!!!!

I don't recommend this place once they receive their check from the insurance company they half way work on your car and overpriced the insurance company and put minimum parts and labor to your car. They received a check for over $17,000. Dollars and I still don't have my car for a light ballast they can't find. Baloney!!!!!!!

I would 100% recommend going to Casa Collision if your vehicle is in need of repair. I thought I had a battery problem they said in warm climates, the battery lasts about 3 years. They charged it for us and told us to keep track of when we put in new batteries. I was unaware that the tires in the back were very worn- it was true and the replacements were reasonable. ( I just had the car looked at by another shop and they missed the whole thing- scary. )Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance

I'm not sure whose fault was that, but after them working on my car for a MONTH - it was returned to me with a dead battery.The day they returned the car to me, they knew the battery was no good, but didn't say anything, so when I called them 2 hours later and said that I couldn't start the car, they offered to replace it for $200.I thought since my battery died on THEM, it would be THEIR responsibility to fix it (because I had no problems with the battery, whatsoever).Besides that, no other issues were found. The work that they actually did do on my car was fantastic, my new bumper and headlights look nice, and the colors match perfectly as well.

I am very satisfied with their services. They explained everything I needed to know in detail and were very honest.Communication was effective and they finished the work on time.I haven t experienced any issues so far so the quality of the work they did is also very good.

Horrible service, please do not take your car there. They can't seem to fix my car correctly and have wasted my time going to pick it up four times, only to find the same unfixed problems. There is definitely no quality control or pride in the service they provide. Caliber collision is much better.

I took my 2022 Accord to this collision center because it was recommended by Geico Insurance. I received my car 1 month later. once I got it, paint was chipped by the hood and my front sensor cover was missing, I called to get the two things fixed but The reception was rude and did not send the messages to the person who fixed my car or returned my calls for an update . I called a half a dozen times during a week and no answer. then when she did answer she would say that massage was passed and they will call me back. they never did, and when I talked to Jaime, the person in charge of fixing my car, he would say he never got a message. I was scheduled to drop of my car and when I did it sat all day and it was never touched. I had to pick it up because it was my daily driver. A week later I got scheduled to take it in, my chipped paint was fixed and sensor cover put on, a week later on the 15th of July the cover fell off and I noticed the sensor itself was missing a bolt, they just put the cover on without securing the sensor. I had to drive my car with all dashboard lights on do to sensor not reading well. I talked to Jaime on the 17th, he said sensor bracket will be in 1-3 days. it is now the 24th and I have yet to get a call to take my car in. on the 18th I traded in my car to the Honda dealership didn't want to be driving a car that was worked on by such a unprofessional company how much I don't trust their work at casa collisionServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Garbage shop. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE! if you have to go through Geico look elsewhere you will regret taking your car here. The shop front desk lady provides no communication with when and where in the process when my vehicle will be complete. The lady just tells me to call me back which she never does. They never call me when an update , I have to call them and when I do the lady knows nothing. My car has been there for 3 months now, and i am moving due to the military and I might have to leave it behind because this shop provides no communiction on anything. There are constant delays without you being informed until you reach out to the shop. Poor way to do business AVOID AT ALL COST.Service: Steering & suspension repair

I had a really bad experience with a body shop a while ago and I was really scared to turn my car in but I'm glad I turned it in to casa collision center. I'm 100% satisfied with the work they did and the price was very fair. They took less then 2 weeks to return my car which is appropriate for the work that had to be done. The gentleman that assisted me is Ceasar and he was truly a professional. Thank you casa collision center for a great job done.

Our car was hit in the driver's side door. We asked the door be replaced. We were promised it would. When getting the car back there was a whooshing sound coming from the door when driving in high speed, like the freeway. Upon inspection we noticed it was the same door. They only repaired the door. They're more interested in the bottom line than they are in customer satisfaction and customer service. They only tell you what you want to hear. Great service. Got my car back in perfect condition 2 days earlier than expected!! Everyone was so nice and patient. Hector (store manager) took his time and explained everything they were going to do and what they did to my vehicle. If I ever need a shop again, this is THE place I will go!!

Absolute worst customer service/communication.Unfortunately while replacing the bumper they broke a motor for my windshield wipers. They informed me that they ordered the part and would let me know when the part arrived so I could bring my vehicle back. I waited 1 month before I called to get an update.When I did finally call, the receptionist told me that she didn t know why the part was not in and that she would give me a call back. This happened 4 more times and each time I gave her 2 weeks to get back to me and not once did she call me back. So it s now been three months since they ordered the part. It was not until I went in person that I was informed they had ordered the incorrect part and that they needed to take my vehicle to the Volvo dealership for inspection to insure they order the correct part.I dropped my car off with Casa at the scheduled time and an employee from Casa drove me to get a rental. I called the dealership that afternoon to make sure my car had been taken and they confirmed it was there and the part was ordered and would arrive the very next day. I called Casa the following afternoon to get an update. The receptionist said my car had not been brought back yet and she didn t know any information on it and once again said she would call me back. I never heard back from Casa Collision.The dealership called and informed me that Casa had changed their minds and ended up paying the dealership to install the part and that my car was ready to be picked up. I had to return the rental and find a ride 25 min away to the dealership because Casa decided they were not going to bring my car back to where I dropped it off at Casa Collision.Services: Auto body & trim repair, Body & Trim

Brought my SUV in to have rear lift gate leak checked. Jaime assessed the unit, said he like to have someone sit inside watching during a water test to determine origin of leak. I arranged that appt. Even though Jaime was at another location that day, Cesar stepped up to fill in. He gave me a quote to fix which I thought was very fair. I called today to reschedule due to snowy weather predicted for tomorrow. CC was again most accommodating and responsive. From my experience so far, I m impressed with their service nd commitment

I was in my first accident recently and was hit pretty hard. I decided to bring my car here for some repairs since I figured being part of a dealership I would probably get more than some little alameda shop. I think I made the right call. The thing that made me feel calm was the warranty offered. Really love that and made me feel at ease. All I had to do was give them my claim number and they handled it from there. If I had any questions they were just a text message away which was nice because I don t really have time to be making phone calls. They also called me to let me know what was going on which was nice it let me get a good feel for the progress on the repairs. Just because im a paranoid person I took my vehicle to a different dealership to get an inspection done and everything looked good to them! If your competitor says there s no issues I am at ease since they have every incentive to say otherwise lol the car actually looks great and you wouldn t even know it was in an accident. Overall I m very happy being in an accident is very stressful so I m happy that I was able to not worry about the repairs on my car. Hopefully I don t get into another accident ever again but if I do I ll definitely go back. The guys in the office were nice and easy to talk to. The quality of work isn't too bad. I had my front bumper replaced. The problem I have is the condition I got my truck back. I purposely left money in the center console and it was gone when I picked it up. I didn't bother saying anything when i noticed it at the shop because I'm pretty sure they all would just deny it. Good luck trying to spend itSomeone was also trying to listen to my stereo but couldn't figure out how to get the subwoofers in the back to work since I purposely cut the power from them. They had my bass knob turned on and all the way up trying to get them to play music.I also had items in the seat pocket on the passenger side that were on the floor when I picked my vehicle up.All of these things should have never been touched because it has nothing to do with repairing my bumper.Just like a lot of other reviews; the communication is horrible. They don't keep you updated unless you show up to the shop.I do not recommend this shop

The staff was very professional and very friendly! A gentleman named Jaime gave me a really good estimate. And I also appreciate manny Luna for calling and giving updates on my vehicle frequently! A young lady by the name of Maggie Ramirez was very helpful as well and has amazing customer service! This team is just absolutely amazing. They left my car like if it was brand new! Took them over six weeks to fix my vehicle and it only had minor damage. Very poor communication between the body shop and it's customers.
