Hugo was the best!!! So helpful and responsive. I am always very weary when it comes to my car and Hugo and his team did a phenomenal job with the repairs! I am so greatful for all of their help and friendly service!!! :)

�Evitar esta empresa!Avoid this company!***Geico peeps beware, don't come here for your collision needs*** Everyone should avoid this place as well. But if you have issues they are BBB accredited :-)The service department and this location as a whole has trash service. If you need the body or repair shop, find another place.My issue began with a hit and run in Feb 2022. It's July and the issues are still not resolved as my car is missing all kinds of trim pieces, lights, etc that had NOTHING to do with the accident. Yes they gave me back an incomplete car but it gets better.In short, they lied and said the car was ready in May. Come pick up day it's in pieces and they are rushing to put it back together and even so, many parts were missing. They said they would order the missing pieces and we can take the car back when they come in. Fast forward to June and July. We called for status updates, always the same, always on back order. We finally called subaru (went here because the body ahop partners wirh geico) to see what lead times are on these parts and ALL in stock and ready. Needless to say, casa black listed our phone numbers (we tested this out) and were probably betting on us moving so they wouldn't need to deal with resolving these issues (military). There is more to this nightmare, to the point I can't even type it all out:- they lost pieces of my car that had nothing to do with the wreck- they blocked our phone number so we couldn't get in contact- they said they would pay for reinstall, nope- they said the car passed quality checks and was ready for pick up, nothing had been done- they will say they will call with status updates, they won't.- they will lie to your face and do anything to avoid responsibility- they will run you in circles- they will act helpful but aren't and will drag you along pretending to have good customer service to save face.- they broke items like wiring harness ans other partsPics are first of the small accident others are to show overall condition and missing pieces. Also over spray for days. I'm concerned for my safety too because the front camera doesn't work and I have a small sensor panel (white piece) that's for the airbags, I don't trust they reinstalled any of that properly and now I have a safety concern on my hands.

I bought a GMC 1500 Denali new here and got a book of coupons for service. They are basically useless as this place will take 3 hours to do an oil change and thats with an appointment. How does everywhere else in town do these changes in less than half an hour? It seems to me this is done on purpose to discourage people from using these "free" services. I'm certain that I'll buy my next car elsewhere. Thanks for reading.

This is kind of a mixed review. The service manager, Steve, was very accommodating, and if it was just a review about him I would give him four stars. The reason for the two-star review is as follows:We broke down in Van Horn Texas, and had our truck towed to Casa Buick GMC. I told them at the time that I believe that it was a blown turbo. I was told the turbo was fine but that the diesel fuel injectors were bad. I authorized them to replace the injectors, and then they tell me that the turbo is bad. The mechanics that worked on this truck were very incompetent and did not even bother listening. Had they listened to me, the turbo would have been replaced and we would have gotten our truck back in one week. As it turns out they had the truck for 43 days!The main reason they had it for 43 days, is that they wanted to do a compression test which I told them was not necessary as I knew it was a turbo. An apprentice mechanic ignored me and his managers and tried to remove a glow plug and broke it off inside the engine.Finally we picked up the truck yesterday. About 70 mi away from the dealership the truck started hissing, and we started getting sick in the cabin because of diesel exhaust fumes. We returned to the dealership just in time, as the fumes were so bad we were very ill. Come to find out that the mechanic forgot to tighten down the exhaust manifold!! This kind of incompetence is absolutely unacceptable.

Best place to get all your vehicle services. The waiting area is a nice place to relax you can still sit down and still keep working with a laptop or with your cell phone. Before you know it. your vehicle is ready.

I went to get an oil change. I was totally ignored by Danny Martinez. I use to work there in service so I know Danny. Was taking in my daughters boyfriends car. I spoke to Mando one of the lube techs and he was the one that told me that it was late and not able to get the filter it being so late. Danny could have told me that but was out in the service drive 15 mins. Next time I go in I ll make sure it s when he s not there

I went in for a body shop estimate. I had to wait a little bit to get attended to but that was understandable because they were busy but once they helped me they were very help and answered all my questions.
