06/2021I found my self back here unfortunately because they handle Geico s inspections for their collision so I went ahead and agreed to do the work to replace my door with them, There was a line that was removed from my air conditioner fortunately my husband was able to place it back because that would ve cost me because I had a huge leak in my passenger door right underneath the glove compartment they removed all moldings from the front windshield to the door that they replaced .I put a passenger door and the driver door side picture So you can see how my molding looked before they touched it when they replaced my door and then did that s how it looked after if you notice the molding is completely gone I took it back to mike and then also called and spoke to Danny they wanted me to call my insurance and ask them for more money so they could finish that or fix it but that was completed by them it wasn t done correctly but when you pick up your vehicle and they ll make you pick it up at closing time so that way you don t have enough time to look at the car it s like a hurried process and I could see why. I also remember him saying that he s sorry that he took so long they re short staffed and too much work

If you're thinking of taking your car in for repairs, please think twice before you do. They placed someone else's license plate instead of mine on the front. I was driving with two different license plates until I noticed. When I went in to get this taken care of, they said they had lost the plate. REALLY?? Then, they said I have to go to the DMV to get a replacement! My own time, my own transportation and pay for it myself. Then, my car was driven over 200 miles when it was supposed to be there for a front bumper repair only! Why did anyone there had to drive it at all? Who authorized that?

I've always get good CS here. My bad review is for management. Credit card surcharge, seriously? Tell your cashiers to mention this prior to taking a credit card.

Even with an appt I had a long wait just for an oil change. They didn't give me a courtesy wash or install my cargo liner. Good customer service in parts, he patiently helped me download my Buick rewards points for some merchandise.

Out of curiosity, we went to check out the Buick Encore. Loved it so much ... with the fantastic aid of TYLER ARRIOLA, we purchased 2 new Encores. Tyler is simply the most professional Sales person we have ever had the pleasure to do business with. Everyone we met from Crawford's family treated us with great respect & went overboard to ensure we were completely satisfied! This was definitely the best car-buying experience ever....!!!

I bought my first pick-up Truck (GMC Denali) at the end of April from Crawford; and this was the best buying experience I have ever had! I have bought Cadillacs, 3 Audis, and 4 Hondas. My Sales person was Michael Mannix, and he paid close attention to all of my needs. I could not believe the level of detail he went to! To include, introducing me to the service manager, and giving me a full tour of the Facility! Secondly, the Finance Manager Mrs. Holguin was outstanding in her knowledge and assistance with all financial issues.
