I recently had the pleasure of working with Caliber Collison (Montana Location) and I couldnt be more impressed with their services.If you want high quality work and believe in first impressions, then look no more, Caliber is your place for Auto body repairs. Jason was a huge help from start to finish.The staff took their time to thoroughly assess my truck and provided me up front what the cost and wait would be.Lastly, if you need a rental car, Enterprise is there as well and will take care of your vehicle (rental) needs. 10/30/2023Got a fender bender on early October. Took my car two weeks after the church and it was done less than a week! Aracely and her team are great!!! They are super nice and efficient. They really care about the costumers. This is the place to take your carP.SThe new bender looks better than the old one Lol!

If you are looking to get back to normal life after a collision. Rethink bringing your vehicle to Caliber. Next week makes 3 months. Their automated system would be great if proactively used. After about 10 rescheduling dates. I always have to call and then be told sorry not ready. Still waiting for parts. They didn't know 24 hours b4 pickup? I have to call to be told at that time they do not know. When my last call was yes we've got 1 part, and the other will be here next week. Hmm how can you tell someone it's due next week, if it's not in transit.Rethink using this shop, I highly regret using this State Farm Select Service provider. Atleast if you don't want to wait for 3+ months to get your vehicle.

Dropped my car off after my wife got in an accident. From start to finish Jason had great communication with us on the status of the car. Even with kia sending a defective part they still got the car back to us well before the estimated date. Overall had a great experience!

I had a fantastic experience at Caliber Collision! The staff was incredibly friendly, and the lobby offered nice refreshments. Angel, the person assisting me, kept me well-informed throughout the repair process, providing constant updates and estimated completion times. The exterior repair was impeccable, and to my delight, the team even cleaned and vacuumed the inside of my car. Overall, Caliber Collision delivered a 5-star service that exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!

This location really helped me out. They took my car the day I got hit and kept in contact the whole time. After I got my car back there was a wind noise coming from the area that got hit. I called back and they helped me right away. Jaime was awesome and helped me out throughout everything, I could not have asked for better customer service. I would definitely come back and or recommend this place to anyone.

Highly recommend Caliber Collision! Especially if you have a claim with Progressive and are looking for an authorized body shop!GM John F. was great to work with and provided exceptional customer service. And their Service Advisor Jason T. was knowledgeable and very detailed with his work.The pickup and drop off process was simple and efficient. Dropped my vehicle off on a Wednesday, and they had it ready by the following Monday. Upon pickup, Jason walked me through all the checks and work he performed on my vehicle, and made sure that all my concerns were addressed. They did a great job repairing my vehicle, and I feel confident with the end result! Overall, great experience!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Took my van here for collision repair work. They were very nice during the estimate and all the way until the day we received the vehicle back. Sadly, that's the end of the "service" I received.The estimate was in excess of $1700 and they had my van for at least a week before we got it back. After looking at the work, it looked as though they spent less than 10 minutes and a few sprays of paint over the damage. Absolute GARBAGE. It looked as though nothing was done but extremely poor & lazy "work". Called to complain about the quality of work and the manager took zero ownership of it. He stated nothing was replaced and all they used was some "bumper repair kit". Heck, they even charged labor costs on my lift gate that didn't even need any repair (was working perfectly).Stay away from this place. I was using insurance and my agent is now blackballing this company from their list of trusted repair shops. Total waste of time & money!

Jason Trueblood and team at the Montana location did an amazing job repairing my Explorer! Personally I have not been in an accident in over 25 years and the whole process was new for me. My vehicle fell into a time when many workers were on strike and my car parts were delayed but it was WELL worth the wait!

They guy here have the awesome sauce after having issue at another location they took my car in repaired it correctly and got me in and out so fast. The staff were very professional they all looked good in their uniforms. I m so grateful to them and John he took very good care of me if you need work or services done Caliber on Montana is where you need to be. John saw the issue I was having and took care of it. Thank you guys so much!!!!!

If you need your car repaired, this is the place to go. Everything is transparent and great customer service. I had a great experience and Aracely Rivas was very professional. I have gone to other body shops and they are always shady. This place is the way all body shops should be.

Had repairs done here with my insurance USAA. From start to finish Aracely kept me updated on progress. Car was actually ready a few days earlier than quoted. Interior was even detailed! (I have a German Sheppard and sheds allover me.) So that was a bonus for me. Love my car looking brand new again.Front desk clerk always helpful and had her paperwork together.

Received my car with both the blinker bulb and headlight bulb fried. Came back to get those replaced.The main issue was receiving my vehicle with missing retainer clips, a gap between my new and replaced bumper and the headlight, misaligned headlight that made a huge blindspot in dark roads, and damage on my infotainment screen. On top of all that, I had to continuously text/call to get updates for my vehicle because they would change pick up day (3 times) and text me last minute about it.If I receive my vehicle 1 week later and initial pick up date changed multiple times, I would at least expect it to be fixed properly but that was far from the case. The general manager got in contact with my local caliber collision and I got my vehicle re-repaired.I don t know what happened with my experience with this location considering this location has great reviews, but I would not recommend this place.

Caliber Montana is very reputable. Angel was very helpful during my vehicle collision repair. Enterprize car rental is on site and makes it easier. My truck was ready a day earlier and was washed and looked great. Thank you and happy holidays to all the employees at caliber.

I do not review businesses ever, so the fact I m actually doing this is because I found it necessary to inform all of you. DO NOT GO HERE, take your business elsewhere. I went to caliber collision due to a collision everything was fine at first they fixed up the damage and everything was good. Some time passed by and the side step in my jeep wrangler became loose, I went back and talked to them about it. At first the manager tried implying that maybe I hit something or damaged my own vehicle, I use this vehicle on a daily basis and never did it receive any damage. He took the side step off and proceeded to tell me they would get the part and let me know when it arrived. He kept the old side step. It had been roughly 4 months I ve tried contacting them numerous occasions, I even called corporate and I ve left numerous voice mails. Nothing. Not having the side step has made my life so difficult for especially for my wife whenever she tries hitting in is just a hassle all together. This business is a joke all the way to corporate. SAVE YOURSELF THE NIGHTMARE. I refuse to give in to this business and will be reporting it to the BBB and the attorney general. DO NOT COME HERE TELL YOUR INSURANCE TO REFER YOU SOMEWHERE ELSE. I m calling my insurance too and see if they can do something about it.

My experience wirh Caliber Collision from the start was professional until the end. Communication with Jason was every other day with updates on the repairs. Great customer service, Jason was courteous, friendly, attentive to concerns we had regarding the repairs. Thank you, Jason.

At first things went well.. Aracely was awesome to work with and she kept me informed and tried to get my vehicle repaired sooner! My truck was there for 30 days. I picked up my truck close to closing time. In my drive home thru Ruidoso I noticed both my fog lights and high beams were not working, which they worked prior to taking my truck in for repair. I called the following day and was told they had pictures of my fog light bulbs and they were not burnt out. Despite me noticing after an hour after I left the shop. Also high beams were not working, and radiator reservoir cap is missing. I bought new bulbs to replace the burnt out ones. I took the headlamp assembly off and noticed high beam bulbs were still intact and operable but would not turn on. I troubleshoot by checking fuses and relays all working fine. I could not find out why high beams were not working so took it to a mechanic shop for diagnosis. They too could not find what was going on if all wires had power, finally realized the connections were crossed , they connected my side marker plug into the low/ high beam plug and l/h beam plug into side marker plug. Was a simple fix but still charged a diagnosis fee of $130.00. After the time they had my truck the expensive bill submitted to insurance you would expect to not have to have theses issues and pay an additional $249 dollars out of pocket.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had a bad experience and I do not recommend this body shop, (Montana location). I do not how why to many people give 5 stars to this business, maybe I had a bad luck day but it has been a nightmare after I got my car back. They do not follow their "core values" about quality Inspection. I as a customer had to do it, and I found several flaws. Missing badge, Several scratches on different parts of the vehicle, a missing OEM Gasoline from the trunk, paint job is slightly different from the rest of the body of the vehicle, door do not sealed completely after closing it (photos below). And finally the most important and its about safety, the steering wheel is NOT CENTERED, if I drive straight with the steering wheel centered the vehicle goes to the left. Sent an email to manager John Fulcher and his service manager Mr. Javier Hernandez called me back the next day to take the car back and fix the issues. The only thing that they "missed" or didn't want to do it is the alignment which might require extra labor and money. I got my car back exactly the same way I turned it in. I feel that they didn't even touch it at all. The only the thing that they did is to detailed my car just to keep my mouth shut and stop complaining about it. I recommend to all the customers to check every single possible detail because under the hood there are too many things that we can't see and they can easily go unnoticeable. And trust me they do not charge a couple hundredth dollars they charged over $10,000 to the insurance company. I would rather take my car next door to Oaxaca Body shop maybe they can do a better job than these guys. Sorry Mr. Hernandez I thought you were a man of word.Espa�ol: En pocas palabras no recomiendo este lugar, no me dejaron el carro en las condiciones en las que estaba antes de que un conductor me chocara. La pintura no es exactamente la misma, se les van varios detalles, como en las puertas, golpes en la carroceria y no instalan ni reparan bien las partes. Como no es su mueble a los trabajadores les vale mad y no tienen el m�s m�nimo cuidado, hasta para lavar y detallar los carros lo rayan, ya ni la chiflan. Aparte lo mas importante que es es la seguridad del chofer asi como de los pasajeros la ignoran, no repararon lo que es la parte del volante, la suspension no esta funcionando con los angulos correctos, esta fuera de alineacion. Estos compas no hacen buen jale aparte de que cobrar muy bien $$$. No se dejen llevar por ser una compa�ia nacional mejor busquen otro lado. Got hit by a semi & live out of town but Aracely & John made the process so much less stressful. The customer service was perfect & the car looks amazing ! 10/10 experienceUPDATE : from my original review , once I got my car back I noticed several things wrong with the repairs . One of which Aracely blamed on me and said I was hitting things too hard while driving and broke on my car . Which was not the case at all. This and another piece on my car were never repaired I was told they were waiting on a back ordered part and was never consulted again or contacted further . Save yourself all the issues from this place and take your car Somewhere else .

My truck was it from behind the hole that was shifted and miss a line. They replace all parts of the Orion parts that they could get their hands on as quickly as possible and the communication was excellent.
